This company is an absolute joke for customer service. I ordered a phone during Amazon Prime day deals. They shipped me the wrong phone. I attempted to speak with several representatives about getting a replacement and all they could do was offer me a refund. All I wanted was the correct phone shipped to me. They would not help. Several customer service associates actually hung up on me including a supervisor who was not very helpful at all. I explained over and over again that this was Amazon shippings fault not the customer and I just wanted the phone I ordered shipped to me but they did not care that I did not get my original order. They also would not price match so that I could buy a replacement phone. All they want to do is charge outrageous prices for Amazon Prime and then not stand behind their products or their shipping. I would not recommend buying anything of real value from them at all. And good luck having to deal with customer service. If you don't like what they have to say they will hang up on you which I find to be very unprofessional.

Canceling Prime Membership is not straight forward. I purchased a Prime Membership. The term was 7 days and the cost was $2.99. I went to the website to cancel my membership after X days within the 7 day window. A screen appeared saying I could continue using the membership for ** days. I thought that meant the membership was cancelled. Day 8 I received a charge on my charge account for a ********************** Membership. I went through the process again on Amazons website. I got the same message that allowed me to continue using Prime for ** days. I scrolled through that rather lengthy screen and there was a button on the bottom telling me to continue with my cancellation. I was then transferred to another screen that officially cancelled my Membership and refunded the amount charged. This is an extremely deceptive process Amazon is using. Consumers need to be made aware of this process. Amazon should change this process and make it more straightforward.

I am deeply disappointed with Amazon's handling of my seller account deactivation. Despite submitting all the necessary documentation to prove the legitimacy of my business, including company taxes, legal documents, and trademark information for our ***-made products since ****, my account was deactivated without valid grounds. The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of responsiveness from Amazon's seller performance team. Despite my repeated attempts to appeal and seek resolution, I have received no meaningful response or assistance. This lack of communication has left me feeling ignored and unsupported as a valued customer.Adding to my dissatisfaction, ********************** continues to charge monthly fees for an account that I cannot access or utilize in any way. This practice is misleading and unfair, as I have never had the opportunity to benefit from their services. It raises concerns about their commitment to fair business practices.Furthermore, I attempted to create a second account with the same company information, which was initially approved. However, it was later deactivated due to its association with the first account. This inconsistency highlights the subjective nature of Amazon's decision-making process, which seems to be driven more by emotions than objective evaluation.Additionally, Amazon's refusal to close the account and delete my personal information until it is reactivated is deeply concerning. As a customer, I should have the right to protect my privacy and identity by closing the account, especially considering the unresolved issues and potential risks involved. In summary, my experience with Amazon's handling of my seller account deactivation has been highly disappointing. The unfair treatment, lack of responsiveness, and failure to provide a satisfactory resolution have left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that ********************** addresses these concerns promptly and ensures a fair and transparent marketplace for all users.

I've contacted Amazon for a refund on an item that has taken over 6 weeks and I continue to be told I'm getting a refund and then do not get it. I've spent hours on the phone speaking to supervisors and all of them continue to tell me they are processing the info but never hear back. For such a large company they do not back or support their customers when third party sellers s**** us. I have still not received my refund and no answers.

Amazon and Jaeden are a bunch of liars and scammers. I have tried returning a dress I order from Amazon from, and outside vendor and I am trying to return the dress. They sent me the incorrect mailing address to return the dress. I think an investigation need to take place and Amazon need to be shut down. ****** is a Scamm, and I want them out of business, and I plan to do whatever it takes to do so. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau so this can stop happening to people like myself.

I ordered some items on Saturday (July 15th), and they were supposed to be delivered on July 17th! And here I haven't received my orders, I'm still waiting to receive them - to which they're still reading "Out for Delivery" (but yet we haven't received anything); I can't believe they LIED on their website when it comes to delivery dates! And here they force you to pay OUTRAGEOUS SHIPPING FEES?! THAT'S INSANE!I'm very disappointed in this company. I even tried to get my money refunded to me for the shipping fees; and when I spoke to customer service, they rejected me and said they couldn't help me! What the heck is wrong with this company and what am I supposed to do?! Now that my packages are being delayed in both shipping and delivery!Amazon better fix their company and start treating their employees better... I think I'm gonna start making my orders elsewhere for stuff, if they keep this up. Because this is total BS! I think Amazon should either refund me in my shipping or give me a gift card to compensate for what I have ordered because I spent over $100 with this company to get stuff delivered on Monday, July 17th - when they should've been delivered, not delayed. Overall; VERY disappointed, and I'm now gonna start placing online orders elsewhere. Someone should investigate because I think they're doing more harm than good...

i think your staff is somewhat slow on working out a problem. They originally said that there was a problem with my amazon credit card prime account! i looked into the website and found out there were no problems. I even called the bank and they said the problem was on your side. they have the correct information and so do you. What is the problem. half my order was charged and delivered but not the rest of it and i need to know why in words, so i can verify it with my team.

Canceled my second order in front of my gate. Same items that was canceled a week ago, and I reordered it.Customer service is out of country , nobody knows the real reason why orders are canceled, and it was the same driver for both occasions. Amazon getting so deep to the bottom. Very unprofessional and disrespectful approaching to the customer. ********************** just need your money. I am about to stop buying anything from this company.

On Prime Day 7/11/23- I purchas** dash cams, blink door bell and carmeras-theywhere suppos** to be deliver** that evening - didn't show - check** the order - resch**ule per website to Tuesday evening never got it. Kept resch**uling it for the following day - then on W**nesday- didn't update the delivery. Final got ahold of a real person Thursday afternoon who stat** that the *** fulfillment center but had a problem - if it was ok to be sent out on Saturday 6-8pm. I ok ** that - on Saturday- no package @ 8 pm - then stat** that it was on for late delivery before 10 pm- no show. I call** Sunday morning - The IA agent that stat** that my one package was deliver** on 7/12 - never receiv** - finally got a real person who now stat** that we ok ** it to be deliver** "late" no- that's not what was agre** upon. They state that all of the packages-3 items (they then stat** that if it doesn't arrive by 7/26- then we can do something about it). This is ridicules -they don't know where the packages are at? I believe that either Amazon or the store doesn't have enough stock, or the pricing was too low, unable to deliver in the time frame they gave us -so now they just mess around with you hoping you will cancel the order. So why am I an amazon customer ********************** customer? Not for long.
