      This company sold me a prime membership with the express promotion of free two day fulfillment of packages. They havent notified me that they changed theyre terms of service and no longer fulfill their requirements.

      Super disappointed in Amazon. I order few items on July 11th, Amazon prime days and advised l would get items two days later. We are 9 days later and still havent received my item. I need these items for vacation starting Friday night when we leave but will not be delivered till two days after l have already left. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Why advertised two day delivery from the date ordered when you cant guarantee the item will be there in the timeframe you have given?

      I have been a Prime member for almost a decade. Amazon out of no where closed my account. I have contacted customer service and spoke to multiple agents and no one has given me a consistent answer. Nor a reason for the closing of my account. ********************** is still charging me, even after my account was closed. Ive lost my pharmacy, movies that I have purchased, and Kindle access. Most of the agent were nice but others were rude and laughed at me. I just want an answer and I would personally love my account back.

      I've spent yesterday and over an hour today doing a chat with Amazon about an order that has not been delivered. I keep getting emails saying it's out for delivery but its not. On my chat today I had 4 different people and only the last one could find out where my order is. A total waste of my day.

      I have been happy being a Prime member for over a decade...until the last year or so. They raised rates for yearly prime membership 2 or 3 times now in the last couple years. I made the decision that it was still worth it because you got 2 days shipping, and lots of other free things like prime and prime music. Well that's not the case, I have gotten charged for Amazon Music, our area doesn't have 2 day guarantee all of the sudden. I think I'm getting a sly charge for Amazon prime tv now as well. Will definitely be joining the class action lawsuit about their predatory and non transparent change in business practices, namely raising the prices for prime members only to discount to normal price later. As soon as they got too big to fail they start s******* over the long term members that got them here. Now I'm not sure I'm getting any value whatsoever from Prime status.

      **************** has really gone down when they have a problem understanding you and you ask to speak to ************* they will hang up on you or tell you you have to hang up and call back however when you do it doesnt work I dont blame them as its not their fault about the products etc not understanding. But the way Amazon doesnt seem to care about their customers anymore its really sad

      I have been on the phone with an Amazon.com customer service representative who has informed me that there are two phone numbers registered for audible accounts. His name is ********. He has my phone number and my email address and he can not find my audible account. He says he can not find my billing address. I do not understand why he can not find my purchase orders. He says I have no purchases. I do not understand what is going on. Why has he told me I have a Shell Account. What does this mean? Is ******** saying my account is owned by a holding company. I am trying to get answers out of him, but he will never let me speak. I asked him for a chance to speak and he said he wasn't speaking over him. He will not let ever get me a word in him. I have asked him multiple times why he said that my phone number was associated with multiple accounts. I have asked him why he said my account is a shell account. ******** refused to answer these basic questions.

      Amazon has put my account on hold and will not unlock for me to use my giftcards they are scamming me out of 700 dollars and i will be reporting this to my credit card companies, customer support always has a different answer when i call up and are not helpful at all to helping get this resolve they are stealing from a mother of children and this is against the law and their service agreement i am ready to persue any action in regards to this i have proof of conversations on the phone recorded and each associate name

      Amazon has steadily declined in providing honest business dealings with the buying public. Amazon will no longer honor delivery dates, or even have the least amount of vetting of third party sellers it allows on its platform. Over the past 3 months I have had 4 shipments that were either late or not delivered at all. In each case, I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do for me.

      Do not buy anything from them, I bought a book for my son, The book was sent to the wrong city, I have called Amazon 7 times, 3 times spent over a n hour on hold, 1 time being hung up on and 3 times being told they were sending an email for me to fill out and never received an email
