2 starsI ordered a headgear replacement strap for resmed airfit f20 full face mask on July 21, 2023 and kept getting the run around about the delivery date because of a damaged label. I ended up getting a refund for the product and will still be receiving the product by August 2nd. This is a medical device that my husband needs at night to breathe but has to transport his oxygen tank to the bedroom every night because he can't use his bi-pap machine and this isn't a light machine to move around. I have never had any issues with anything I have ever ordered from them until now. We are not very happy customers right now, but what do you do?Review fromLynnmarie H

1 starI recently purchased an item that stated it was going to be delivered by saturday July 22nd. When i checked the order the next day, the *** said july 29th. I then tried to cancel the order and was advised that because it's preparing to ship i could not cancel. Thats when i realized this order is from over seas. This has happened a few times with Amazon.com. Any time this was the case the item was very poor quality or not even the item i ordered. I want to keep my money in *****************. Amazon should be stating the seller is overseas and the location of where the item is coming from. Tonight i tried to cancel the order with a rep with ****** over the phone. His name was ******. He had me on hold a while and when he came back to the line, he assured me he was able to cancel the order successfully and i will receive a refund in the next couple days. I never received a confirmation email stating so and the order still says being shipped, not canceled. So i called amazon again, spoke with a rep named ***** He told me that ****** tried to cancel but wasn't successful. So ****** misinforned me giving me false hope that all was fine. Im furious in amazon's actions of letting sellers from overseas sell in the US and stating false information from the sellers. Im furious that the Amazon reps gave me false information saying the cancelation was successful. Im furious because i should be compensated for the frustration Amazon has caused. I should be refunded all my membership including prime. Im leaving Amazon as a customer because of the lack of knowledge they have and the way they perceive to be such a great company.Review fromDeborah N

1 starThe company Amazon is not following the rules setup for leaving reviews. I have been trying for almost 2 months now. I have everything in place that is required to leave a review, but have been refused. How can we trust that the reviews on there are truthful if they are giving some a hard time sending a review. I have been through the help center, their email department and have been told numerous times it will be fixed between 48 to 72 hours.Review fromJeff G

1 starWow. This is the first EVER Amazon review with the BBB? Stringent word limit, so this will mostly be about Prime Video: I'm watching Prime Video as part of a free 30-day trial of Prime . . . which, believe me, I'll be canceling at the last possible moment. (They use people in a big way; you better believe I'm going to use THEM when I have the chance.) And what kind of streaming product is put out by these masters of logistics, algorithms and Everything Else on Earth? Well, let's see. Don't ever pause your viewing. Instead, watch every single episode, of an entire 5-season series (e.g. *****************) all at once without stopping. Otherwise, best of luck getting back successfully to where you left off. Sometimes you will, other times not. (Unlike other, WELL-designed streaming services, with Prime Video "Resume" does not mean what one would expect.) And, does Amazon show any respect for ITS OWN productions? Or for its customers? Or for the interest their customers have in the artistic merits of what went into those productions, and the people involved in them? Apparently, no. That's exemplified by the fact that, more often than not, you cannot see the CREDITS . . . or, that is, any more than the first few seconds of them. Too bad that, in most cases, these shows never make it to DVD (you know: that "primitive", obsolete medium). If one COULD view them on DVD, one could rewind or fast forward, in such a way that it's easy to see how far you've gone; one could freeze the frame, in order to look more closely at something of interest, without having most of the screen obscured by icons, thumbnails and "information" we didn't ask to see; and, of course, one could view, slow down, and freeze, ALL of the credits, of ALL episodes. But that'd be in a world where billions are devoted to saving the REAL Amazon (forest), rather than sitting in the pocket of a clueless egotist whose obscenely gigantic company hires the dumbest of the dumb (retail, AND video).Review fromNicholas D

1 starI was waiting to get approved for Amazon Flex, it told me 3-5 Business days for my background check and It was over 2 weeks since I finished it up, I called and was connected to an ****** call center and barely understood the person on the line due to his thick accent, He kept telling me it takes 21 days to complete and I asked him why they don't let people know about that in the app which he didn't give me a clear answer and I accused the company of lying to people (when you don't let people know that a 3rd party takes care of the background check and it's an additional 21 days after that, that's basically lying to people) I asked if I could speak to an American since I could barely understand him due to his English and my ********'s and he accused me of being racist because I wanted to speak to an American and I've had bad experiences with ***** Call Centers, I told him I'm not and I just need to speak to someone I can understand which he proceeded to call me out because I wanted to speak to an American which I then hung up because he wasn't being helpful and accused me of racist just because I wanted to speak to an American and I don't believe in outsourcing jobs, I want a personal apology from the company and the person I spoke to due to the inconvenience of this phone call and me being accused of racist just because I have a disability and can barely understand verbal interactions with someone who primary language isn't English before I take legal actionReview fromKira J

1 starAs a Prime Membership holder for over 14 years, I have become increasingly disappointed by Amazon. Especially the last few months, I have felt that Amazon has purposefully defrauded its consumers promising them efficient, and fast delivery times. I have many experiences with failed promises on the part of Amazon, with the two most recent occurring withing one week of each other. The first was a promised same day shipping, but then was "delayed" and wasn't received until more than 24 hours after the order was originally promised, and the second, was a promised overnight delivery, which also received a marked "delay" and not expected until over 36 hours after it was promised for delivery. In all rights, 24 -36 hours is still fast shipping, but the point is, Amazon is making a promise of convenience. This promise often prevents the consumer form traveling in there own towns to make the purchase at the store or do a local store pick up. But then Amazon fails to deliver, over and over and over again. Yes they offer you a way to cancel and be refunded, but the refund takes just as long to process as it would to wait for the product tying up funds that you could use to spend at a local establishment. This seems like fraud to me, and is a predatory practice. I have attempted to share this with Amazon, but the customer service page is not deigned in a way that makes submitting a complain easy. Again, I am not surprised, if you make it difficult, you discourage people, and can continue to operate under deplorable policies and false claims of fast efficient and reliable service. Amazon is a joke, but has such a strong hold on the market, I know that this too will fall upon deaf ears.Review fromAfua S

1 starAmazon is beginning to rip poor people off of their money as well. So I bought a bra from them which didn't fit right so had to return it. Months after the return and refund process have all been completed. Amazon went into my account again charging me for that same item. When I called and they accepted it was an error they told me it will take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. How fair is this?Review fromA E

2 starsWhen ordering Digital content, such as books, music, etc., it is not the best policy to use an email in which may not be under one's control. I was a student at an University, and to get student discounts, a Student email was needed. I ordered a few digital text books for classes, as well as one for general reading.Because the University I attended was over 10 years ago, the email for the University is no longer available. Therefore, all the digital material I had purchase under the school's email server is no longer available. As I had not purchased anything under the profile set up for the University, the Amazon help desk could not resolve this issue. Which means, I am out of the money spent for those digital copies of text books and one general reading book. When requested to have a Server Administrator to look to unlock the account, the Help Desk and the Supervisor informed me, a computer tech, that they could not do this type of request.I had worked at **** and I know the Server Admin would be able to unlock accounts as long as the server recognized the email, as that was my job at *** as Help Desk Level II. I was able to start the Log into the old account, and ********************** recognised the Email and Pwd, but could not access it as the Pass Code was sent to the University email account which is no longer active. So, as a warning and advice, make sure you can pass your account to another email before losing access to Digital Content paid for, but can no longer access.Review fromKaren B

1 starExtremely unhappy with Amazon. Placed an order for $68. It did not get delivered. When I checked tracking, it stated that "An address redirection agreement is in place between the customer and the carrier. Package will be forwarded to the requested address." Not understanding what this was because I did not have any such agreement, I chatted with customer service only to find out that the "carrier had it routed to a different address." I was assured a correction was made, and that I would receive my package. The next day, I checked tracking to find "package is held a carrier for pick up by customer." Spent 2 hours between chat and on the phone to find out what happened. Amazon could not tell me where the package was (I called my post office and they did not have it). When I demanded a refund, it took me over an hour on the phone with customer service telling me "our system will not allow for a refund until after the delivery date has passed." So, there is no longer a delivery date on tracking because tracking states customer has to pick up the package, but ********************** can't tell me where the package is located. After telling Amazon I was going to cancel my prime membership, suddenly they were able to issue me a refund immediately. I will go to other stores for my items.Review fromTodd B

1 starAbsolutely horrible customer service. Made me wait by my door for 5 hours the driver never came then I got a message saying delivery attempted, no one ever came and I had to spend almost 2 hours on customer service chat to resolve the issue.
