      If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I keep getting charges for memberships that I've cancelled. I even changed my debit card number, and they still found a way to charge me for Amazon Music.

      Worst experience with Amazon gift card. Hopeless customer service. Seems like a scam is going on in Amazon. We got four gift cards on my son's birthday as a gift, loaded them into the account worth $135.00. Same day when we were about to use them, we don't see any balance in there. It's zero. No transaction history is shown and money just wiped out. We tried to load them again and it was showing that it is already redeemed. Called customer care and they raised a ticket. Just got an email after that saying that please check if you have redeemed to another account. Since then we have emailed multiple times, done a chat with customer care, nothing is happening. It's like no one is bothered. Today I am writing this review to save others from this kind of scam by Amazon. Please beware, a big fraud is happening.

      Amazon has forgotten it'd people like you and me that allowed them their success. I have several issues with Amazon but I will showcase four. Amazon sells from 3rd parties that violate most warranties. I bought the grass that you roll and water. It didn't grow. If I had bought it from the manufacturer like I was led to believe I could have gotten a replacement or refund. Furthermore, the manufacturer said they had not authorized any 3rd party to sell their product. Two, false advertising. I saw an ad for UTI medicine. The medicine didn't have anything to do with UTI but was simply PM advil. Three, canceling orders. I recently ordered a product and discovered I still had an entire new bottle. I canceled the order within *************************************************************************************************** it was shipped. I called **************** and was told it was probably canceled but had to wait until the delivery day to wait and see. It was delivered. Called again and was told I could pay for it to be picked up or drive 30 minutes to an *** location. The last issue is about deliveries. I will order several items and Amazon wants me to wait and have them delivered at once. I pay for prime and some items I need right away. Instead, Amazon will send them when they want, not within the 2 day I was promised. I ordered a 40 lb. item and it was shipped through the ************* It was not in the jeep because it was too heavy. I had to wait four more days and go in to work late to pick up the item. Amazon customer service did nothing for any of my issues. I spent $1891.73 last year for home, office and the church. Can you guess what I will spend moving forward?....ZERO.

      False advertising. Given a *guaranteed* 5pm-10pm delivery window, items not delivered and now customer service waffling that "maybe by 2am". So now I can either stay up incredibly late waiting, or I can risk the package being stolen from my porch.

      I order a laptop for $1543 I sent it back the same day because it was not as described and i have been having an extremely hard time getting my refund back.The complete run arounds. Amazon told me i was getting a $25. Credit to my account lies. They said its going to take up to a month because of the price so please be careful for how much you spend the more you spend the longer the refund takes. And if your in school like myself beware of how long it may take to get a refund. They should do better all these amazon trucks on the road so the the business is thriving give me back my money. Treat your customers Fair.

      On 7/23/2023 around 9 pm, I was trying to figure out a warranty issue regarding a product and gave feedback regarding the inaccurate product description on the website. A customer service person named **** had a very bad attitude instead of helping me figure out what was going on. I tried to buy a new camera, but it was a renewed one when it was delivered. I didnt know that because the website didnt say that at all. He said it showed in the order detail of the website version, at that point, I figured it was not showing in the *** which I have been using all the time. I was trying to let him know that, but he wouldnt listen and suspected me of being a scammer and didn't believe me at all instead of taking some time to investigate it. Even though I tried to offer a screenshot to prove that, he refused it and told me that was clear enough on his end, the implication is that I was lying. In the end, there was a sarcastic tone that told me to be safe, and then quickly closed the dialog box.I've complained many times and each time I've been told I'll get an explanation within 72 hours. But I have never gotten any response.I am active-duty military and a minority. This sarcastic tone of wishing me safety makes me feel very uncomfortable. I will use all my resources to complain about that person until I get a sincere understanding and apology.

      Amazon needs to train their drivers! I manage an apartment complex and at lease once a week, a driver leaves 30 or 40 packages on the ground, next to the mailboxes. We have package lockers right next to mailboxes, but they're lazy and untrained and leave them right on the ground. A free for all for anyone who walks by. We email quality control constantly, and never get a response. I don't wanna hear anything, if my package disappears, Amazon better replace it, IMMEDIATELY. I'd love to add a photo of todays delivery to this review, but apparently I cannot. By the way, **** rating. Pathetic.

      Worst experience I have ever had with Amazon in all my years as a customer with them! I am not looking for price matching from a competitor! Im looking to get the deal I ordered for the price I ordered on Amazon by Amazon. That is a reasonable request after spending $599.19 (1 item)There was an issue with **** where it was stuck at the local facility near my home where *** stated there was an ******************* was damaged. So it never went out for delivery, and states its on way back to sender. ******* stated they are treating it like a return, even though I never received the package. Now I cant get my prime day deal (that is still in stock), because Amazon wont match your their own deal. All while holding my money for 2 weeks & up to 10 days more?! When Im not looking for a refund, Im looking to get the item I ordered in the 1st place. This doesnt seem to be a company living up to their goal to "build Earth's Most ************************** Shame on you ******************** for sticking it to your loyal customers.

      I would give zero stars if I could! Since day ONE of being an author on KDP Ive had issues with their customer service suspending my account and finally terminating it for having multiple accounts even though I told them that was NOT true! Do not waste time on KDP folks theyre wicked heartless people who will look for any and every reason to boot you.

      I ordered a tv during prime day for a reduced price. I received the tv damaged and Amazon could only issue me a refund. The price of the tv has gone up since then and they will do nothing to compensate the difference in the pricing. I shouldnt have to pay $100 extra for a tv I had already paid for that arrived to my house damaged. Further more when I called Amazon to explain my situation and to see. How the could help me resolve the matter I was hung up on twice by management. I wasnt yelling. I dont understand why I should have to suffer for something that wasnt my fault. Amazon will get the retail value of the item from the shipping company yet I have to pay a price difference. How can you claim to be number 1 in customer service when you treat your loyal customers like this?
