I bought a popcorn machine from a warehouse sale through Amazon.ca and fulfilled by Amazon.ca only to find out its severely used and it actually was fulfilled by Amazon.com. It was not mentioned on the site or invoice that this would be from the US and used. I called to return it immediately and customer service stated warehouse ********************** are always used but consumers dont see that on their end - not really helpful to the consumer! I was emailed a packing label and I asked if I had to pay for this (because they sent used from the US when I bought new from ******), was told no and that the label is postage paid. I paid $278.01 plus 15% tax in ****** coming to $319.64. I received a notification that my expected return would be $252.82 and I couldnt figure out why. My **** then shows a refund of $249.48.I called customer service again yesterday to try and resolve it and they said I had to pay for postage to return it and they arent sure why the refund is different and then they said if theres nothing else Im ending this call and hung up.There is no customer service happening here I ended up losing money on a product they fulfilled from another country when it shouldnt have happened that way When they said they cant change the refund amount already given, I told them that they could give me a credit to be applied to my account for the difference then so I can purchase again (new and from ****** this time) and they said no they cant offer another refund and then they ended the call.I want my remaining money back of $70.60 - make it right Amazon!!I have all pictures showing who was to fulfill it and nowhere showing it would be used, the invoice and refund notifications and actual refund on my ****.

Would not let me cancel an order on the same day item was ordered. I paid for immediate delivery which they accepted but they unilaterally change it to three days in the future. They broke the contract and customer service was totally useless. Constantly reauthenticated me with multiple representatives only to do absolutely nothing for me.

Spent thousands, not hundreds but THOUSANDS of dollars via Amazon in the past 9 months and they sent me a product with a missing part. They will not replace, return or send the missing part because I waited 60 days before I opened the box to use it. Now I'm out $130 for a product I can not use. The price of the missing part was $12. I've been a loyal Prime member for over a decade and they're willing throw all that revenue away over a $12 part. Will never use Amazon again and I did not renew my Prime membership this month. Amazon need to go out of business as they've become such an abysmal company and their customer service is completely and utterly incompetent. ZERO STARS!

It's Extremely difficult to get a refund from Amazon. You return your item do everything right and you have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for a refund! This is ridiculous. They take my money quick enough. They should refund just the same. Instead they keep it to draw interest on it as long as possible!

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I keep getting charges for memberships that I've cancelled. I even changed my debit card number, and they still found a way to charge me for Amazon Music.

Worst experience with Amazon gift card. Hopeless customer service. Seems like a scam is going on in Amazon. We got four gift cards on my son's birthday as a gift, loaded them into the account worth $135.00. Same day when we were about to use them, we don't see any balance in there. It's zero. No transaction history is shown and money just wiped out. We tried to load them again and it was showing that it is already redeemed. Called customer care and they raised a ticket. Just got an email after that saying that please check if you have redeemed to another account. Since then we have emailed multiple times, done a chat with customer care, nothing is happening. It's like no one is bothered. Today I am writing this review to save others from this kind of scam by Amazon. Please beware, a big fraud is happening.

Amazon has forgotten it'd people like you and me that allowed them their success. I have several issues with Amazon but I will showcase four. Amazon sells from 3rd parties that violate most warranties. I bought the grass that you roll and water. It didn't grow. If I had bought it from the manufacturer like I was led to believe I could have gotten a replacement or refund. Furthermore, the manufacturer said they had not authorized any 3rd party to sell their product. Two, false advertising. I saw an ad for UTI medicine. The medicine didn't have anything to do with UTI but was simply PM advil. Three, canceling orders. I recently ordered a product and discovered I still had an entire new bottle. I canceled the order within *************************************************************************************************** it was shipped. I called **************** and was told it was probably canceled but had to wait until the delivery day to wait and see. It was delivered. Called again and was told I could pay for it to be picked up or drive 30 minutes to an *** location. The last issue is about deliveries. I will order several items and Amazon wants me to wait and have them delivered at once. I pay for prime and some items I need right away. Instead, Amazon will send them when they want, not within the 2 day I was promised. I ordered a 40 lb. item and it was shipped through the ************* It was not in the jeep because it was too heavy. I had to wait four more days and go in to work late to pick up the item. Amazon customer service did nothing for any of my issues. I spent $1891.73 last year for home, office and the church. Can you guess what I will spend moving forward?....ZERO.

False advertising. Given a *guaranteed* 5pm-10pm delivery window, items not delivered and now customer service waffling that "maybe by 2am". So now I can either stay up incredibly late waiting, or I can risk the package being stolen from my porch.

I order a laptop for $1543 I sent it back the same day because it was not as described and i have been having an extremely hard time getting my refund back. The complete run arounds. Amazon told me i was getting a $25. Credit to my account lies. They said its going to take up to a month because of the price so please be careful for how much you spend the more you spend the longer the refund takes. And if your in school like myself beware of how long it may take to get a refund. They should do better all these amazon trucks on the road so the the business is thriving give me back my money. Treat your customers Fair.
