      i bought a cable to diagnose vehicles it did not come with cd for driver software i contacted amazon and the told me they would give my money back they never did. this is the companies that amazon lets sale on there site.

      I placed an order and selected same day delivery between 2PM-6PM. I still didn't have the pkg by 7PM so I called customer service. Tracking said the delivery had been delayed. **************** said it was sent to the wrong station? And I should get the pkg within the next 48 hours. When I selected the same day delivery, it did not say between 2PM-6PM plus 48 hours. I believe that's what it should say or it's false advertising. This has occurred a couple of times before with the same results. Why do they offer same day delivery if they can't fulfill it??? Again, sounds like false advertising to me.

      I feel the need to warn people who have a business to stay away from business prime since switching to business prime my orders never come as promised the three times have ordered since getting business prime the day were suppose to be delivered I got a message saying were unable to deliver no one was at business when I was literally sitting at the door waiting on them and have cameras to prove they never attempted calling customer service did nothing but give me a headache their customer service is a joke. All three times they say we so sorry you will have your packages by ten a m tomorrow and they dont come and will get a message in the evening saying we tried no one there when once again they never showed up so please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from business prime your packages will all be days late and customer service does nothing for you. It sad last night they sent message saying they tried to deliver at 7:41 but no one was here but I was sitting at front door I called them at 7:45 told them the driver is a liar and they refused to contact driver and make them bring package they couldnt have been to far away in four minutes unless they lied which they did about being here. That is the worst customer service ever and they dont care because it doesnt hurt their bottom line by just one business cancelling its account when Im reality every account should matter to them. They dont even deserve the one star but cant post without choosing at least one

      I've been having issues with Amazon's 2day or less guarantee shipping since 3/2023.I've been a prime member well over a decade.I no longer get the option of same day next day or 2 Day deliveries on ANY order that I place with Amazon.Every item that I try to purchase says they will email me with the expected delivery date.Oftentimes having me to contact customer service 4 days later due to never receiving said email. 7/22/23 I've contacted Amazon's customer service supervisor named ***. Due to the many hours spent contacting customer service regarding shipping issues that can take up to 15+ days. All items were in stock at time of purchase. All shipped & sold by Amazon. Dar was willing to compensate me $107.01 (my prime day order# ending in ******* consisting of a ring doorbell, Echo Show 5, downy, & an AC transformer) for the multiple (15+) shipping issues & 15+ hours of my time spent on customer service chats & calls over the past months. Especially *********** 2023.He asked me to call back once I receive my prime day order.It was going on 11 days for shipping. It arrived 7/23 I called Amazon, another supervisor took the call & honored Dars offer for compensation. Today I went to connect my Echo Show ******************************* pinged it as lost or stolen.The item is not lost or stolen the item was my compensation for all of the issues I've been having with ****************************** lack of 2 days or less shipping.I reached out to IT support they told me that the item was pinged.That rep transferred me to the IT Supervisor ******* in IT Advance Tech Dept.He refused to activate or resend a new Echo.Claiming it's against policy even though it was part of my compensation order. ******* said The item should have been noted as a refund not a return.Thus claiming he can not help me. He then hung up on me! Amazon did a false compensation. Along with denying me prime members 2 days or less shipping, as per the contract I entered into when becoming a Prime Member.This is 100% unacceptable!

      NEVER KEEPS THEIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE PROMISE AND THEN REFUSES TO HELP CUSTOMERS FOR 24 HOURS?! AIMS PACKAGES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WHEN THEY HAVE NOT!

      I have already filed a complaint against this business. I have got no results. I have ordered a chromebook from amazon.com and i have received a broken-down outdated wrong adapter and scratched up laptop. I have long since returned it and ihave not received my refund.

      Delivery drivers constantly deliver my package to the wrong address despite my delivery instructions. And then make you file a police report and tell you to wait until the complaint has a completed status.. meanwhile I don't have my item or my money.

      Amazon has lowered their standards dramatically, They use to get my packages to the front door for many years. In the last few years and in my case, Amazon drivers almost NEVER follow delivery instructions. They leave my packages at random places. Pics of unknown places to me! Instructions are to specifically leave at my front door. Nine times out of 10, I have to request a refund, because I don't know where they left my package. A replacement would most likely guarantee another random pic of an unknown safe place! Hillarious! Too safe...can't get to it! Reps at Amazon apologize and read the script saying they will investigate, but they don't because it continues to happen. Why do I pay for Prime delivery, if the drivers they hire are too lazy to look at delivery instructions? I have explained MANY, MANY times to Reps that I have never had and still do not have access to ********* boxes, if this is the unknown delivery place...don't know! Per my lease agreement, the apartment complex charges $20 monthly fee to use these. I do not pay that, so no access...hello? I believe now that Amazon does not value the many little people customers, like me, who made them rich. Now more than ever that they don't want my business. I get the message loud and clear.

      Most of the time this company is great; however, I keep having issues with pens I order. They market it as a box of 12, but they only send me 1 pen. I've raised the issue numerous times and nothing is ever done to address it.

      I had use their prime service for a few years, delivery times nice but also for streaming which not sure why but changes to prime web site use to list free prime now says freevee or something like that and streaming *****, almost anything through wired connection gets connection issue since the change, customer service tried said streaming issue, go around it asking for clarification which not working buffering saying need more speed on a 400 mb 23 upload line, worked on 15 before so never any real help most likely why we may give up on them. I am not sure why but it is an issue so far no answer why it is an issue. It is too bad, as may have to quit find a more reliable service.
