      Since July of 2023 I have tried to get my account unlocked without any success. Apparently, someone tried to hack my account and I contacted Amazon to let them know there were some suspicious charges on my account. They told me they had to temporarily close my account. However, when I tried to get my account unlocked, this became an even bigger issue. Apparently in order for them to reopen your account, you have to answer their security questions and, if you get one wrong then your access is denied, and your account is locked again. This is the most frustrating situation I have ever had to deal with in regard to resetting an account. For one thing because it has been a while since I actually ordered anything, I had a hard time remembering my last three purchases. This is what they ask for. About a month ago I did finally get a patient and somewhat understanding representative who was able to get my account unlocked. However, when I tried to log in today, I get the same message that my account has again been temporarily locked. What a mess!!! My misfortune is that I have relied on Amazon for ordering supplies for my bookstore, and now I am between a rock and a hard place trying to get these items. I tried customer service again today without any success. I am sure I am not the only person having these issues.

      Amazon said they are closing my account I've had for over 5 years for using a u known payment. They won't give me any other reason and you can't speak to anyone about it my last 2 payments were through affirm which they provide on their website and my normal bank card. I just bought a whole security system through them along with a kindle and I've been a prime member for years. It's funny they had no issues 2 weeks ago when they took my payment for my prime, kindle membership and pro ring security from my banking account. I received a faulty bike basket and they said since my account is closed I can't even get a refund for that. Now I'm suppose to wait for someone to get back to me to let me know what I'm suppose to do with this few hundred dollars in Amazon ring equipment and my 100 dollar kindle. All over a payment from affirm.

      December 3rd of 2022 I purchased gift cards from Amazon then I realized I lost the cards by like December 6th so I called Amazon and asked the cards could be replaced the customer service representative said yes they could be that he would just cancel the old ones and I can reorder the new ones so using my Amazon store card held by synchrony Bank I tried to purchase a new new gift cards. Because Amazon had it credited my account back I didn't have enough credit to purchase new ones so I called Amazon and they said it takes *********************************************************************************** June of 2023 they credited my account back to synchrony Bank and synchrony Bank is now charging me $184 for gift cards I never used for because Amazon didn't properly credit me back the money that I owed even though I disputed the claim three freaking times I will never use or buy anything through Amazon or use synchrony Bank again

      I made two separate purchases from amaCon and both times a charge that I did not authorize shows up on my credit card. I am convinced that both were inside scam jobs. I was skeptical of amaCon before and now I know better to support this scam company. Save yourself the trouble.

      3 words. Done with Amazon!!! Firstly they signed me up for Amazon prime without my consent and started charging my credit card. Ive received so much junk from 3rd party sellers recently its disgusting a set of bed sheets that smelled like body odor and had been used, stuffed into the bag. When I took them out I saw red blood stain on the pillow case. Returned those. 2nd we bought a **** boombox that we paid $350.00 for upon arrival it was in bad condition, used found out they havent even made these in over ************************************************ it. I immediately contacted them. They assured me just to return it and Id have my refund back in 48 hours. Sent it back the seller claims thats not the one he sent us. So we opened an a-z claim. Not once but twice we lost. So they not only get to keep the merchandise but also my $350!!! Then I received a message that I wont ever be allowed to again open an a-z claim with a 3rd party seller and that Im sending to many returns back. So I am done. I may have been conned but theyll never receive my business again. I even reported that the seller had fake reviews (was told buy a representative that multiple reviews were fake and that something was going to be done about it) but never was. The seller is allowed to sell junk make fake reviews to lure more people in

      Ordered a ****** for my elderly mother on August 25th and supposed to get it on Sept. 1st. On the 2nd it said delayed. Now the say they lost it. Never contacted me just put that on there. Contacted customer service and all they did is apologize and say it wouldn't happen again. That is as fake as one can get. I need a ****** for my mother and they don't care. I will order one from somewhere else and at least get one. Canceling the prime and will be leaving horrible reviews everywhere I can

      I ordered a pressure washer it started **** psi at 2.4gpm it was false information. I got it sent to me said ***** and only a gallon per minute. I then returned to ****** on August 27. I still haven't received a refund it's Sept 15. They told me the 11th, then said 2 weeks now 30 days. They lied about the info, refuse to post my review about the product, product had 5 stars but only 15 reviews. Funny isn't it? Yet they will not post my review! Iv ended my business with Amazon I'm not taking action to get what I'm owed!

      Paid inNovember 2022 $139.00 for prime two fire sticks. One quit working on January 2023 the other June 2023 spend one and half hours on phone with one female and just was disconnected by **** because I would not enter Chequers number and routing for bank with him

      I have been buying from Amazon for years. During the pandemic, it was how I began to do most of my shopping. I recently purchased a printer for $389,89 which was not what I was looking for. I returned it on Sept 5, **** and they received it on Sept 8, ****. They are holding my return (new policy for anything over $300) for 16 days until Sept 24th. This seems illegal. It's not like they are even going to credit my Amazon credit card. Rather they will credit me for that much money to spend on Amazon. This is not right!
