Attached are items bought from Amazon in December that are still within the time frame of returning. Call center hung up on me 3 times including a supervisor. They said account was frozen nothing can be done to the account. No returns No pics. That's not fair to me. Product is damaged or not what I ordered.
What you see is my caption call texting me what she says. And me trying to email what she says but failed. Supervisor hung up on me at Amazon wouldn't not give me information on upper management or any resolution. Call center ***** we got disconnected half way thru everything we did and she never called back. People don't understand hearing impairment and they aren't patient nor understanding and very rude and unprofessional when they just hang up cause they don't like repeating themselves or I correct them by asking them to slow down and talk louder. They do for about 5 words then it sounds like they reading a screen going 90 mph
These are returns I was wanting to return due to not knowing Netgear was refurbished. Glasses were damaged. Supervisor said she could not send label like they normally do. I have to take it to **** I explained to her my disability and I do not drive. I do not leave my house and haven't in years. I couldn't go to **** That amazon never had a problem sending *** driver throughout the years. She said that rule just changed and later in conversation she hung up on me. I tried to explain to her my account ******************* and the tracking number that I have for that account she would not find them that she had to email fraud department that after I sent evidence to fraud department that all of a sudden my account disappeared. But I have emails sent from Amazon as well as tracking number and order numbers to that vanished account that has all my serial number order numbers credit cards pictures devices safe list go on and on. But she goes to tell me I'm wrong there's been no account to that email and those order numbers are wrong. But there not

In October 2020 the nightmare began. I contacted amazon after I got scammer call asking for money saying they were from amazon. Kept trying to get me to download and give payment. My account information would change like phone number. I have had been dark web and accounts breached. I was tormented terrorized and tortured for over two years and still happening. Devises I bought from Amazon has other names and emails in my devices that I had no recollection of. I have amazon devices signed into my WiFi network that I do not own but spectrum says these devices are within 200 feet of my router. I've begged amazon to deactivate the devices that I live alone I don't own these devices I had ip address and mac address of the devices. They said I'm not the registered owner. No but there devises are in my home and I believe is the brain that's remotely controlling my thermostat lights cameras and doorbell. I also believe there's other amazon devises being used. Amazon allowed the hacker to add my amazon account to surveillance cameras Ring and BluADt. I don't know what these names and emails are in my devices like Firestick Chromecast Cameras. I can't get into my accounts now that I sent evidence to prove my theory. I told them my *********************** was hacked they acted like it wasn't possible. Then ***************************** same thing then ******************* same thing.. ****** is using amazon products I bought directly from them to hack into my devises bought from them. And I can't do anything with these devices cause I can't get the model number serial number off the account cause hacker changed my information locked me out of my own accounts I had to prove my identity. ****** applied for amazon credit card. Charged my credit cards and debit cards. Ordered over 200 orders on my account. They allowed all this to happen and fought me tooth and nail. I have kindles Firesticks Chromecasts cameras RING BluADt Home Security ICSEE light bulb cameras tablets TV's almost every smart device hacked into all my accounts. They keep hacker in but locked me out. No heads up to freezing accounts after I turned over evidence but I got kicked out months while hacker tortured me threw my account my devices bought by them. I can't even watch tv get in my safe all bought from Amazon. I have returns never credited back to me. I had credits on the accounts. Most of all I have my amazon photos on each account that can't be replaced. I have ****s of dollars. I can't even return damaged merchandise I just bought month ago cause amazon freezing account no heads up. The call center has escalated promised return calls NOTHING. They hang up on me now when I start talking about everything I've encountered and don't understand why I'm being mistreated I'm the victim not the hacker. Countless hours a day trying to resolve. I want my money each account they owe me, and my credits from returns I never received, pictures and videos on amazon photos each account, honor damaged returns and returns that weren't expired, my credit bureau fixed, replace my devices I bought from them but can't use either cause they will not supply order numbers or serial number or cause there hacked. I want these devices shut down on my land and home that were hacked and I don't own. All the monies I've had to pay out cause of there carelessness don't care know it all. I want my life back. Over two years I've been tortured terrorized and tormented. I'm disabled unable to do what most can do mobility wise. I have hearing impairment and double vision in left eye. On my ******************* account that amazon just up and closed without any prior notice or explanation. I was waiting on a eero to be refunded to my account that I had purchased and returned. I have no idea where that credit went to and of course amazon call center says that account doesn't exist never existed. Gave them order numbers and they said the order numbers didn't exist either. Attempted to speak with call center again. They said my account would be credited for glass accessory and two dog hats. They would send *** to pickup the Netgear by today and I haven't seen no *** truck here to pick up the package. They said the driver could scan the package when picking it up to return it that it didn't need a label. That I could create a new account. I don't want a new account I want my account or my information off my account my pictures off those accounts and merchandise refunded to me. I want these devices that's signed into my wifi network located own my premises within 200 feet of my router dislodged cause I don't own these devices and these devices are what is being used to remotely control smart devices within my home that I knew nothing about nor did I give it permission. All this chaos that amazon has caused due to lack of security as well as the hackers. This is to much for me. I've already had nervous breakdown. Can we please get this resolved and close this nightmare??

charged. I was lied to. 4 days later I have two debits from my account and
another one pending. I can't get on my account customer service can't get
on my account. They said each day I would get email resolving this matter
and account will not be charged. But they are. I need assistance immediately

This is another call history. Please note the length of times of calls. The ones hardly much times are representatives telling me I cannot verify my account. My account hasn't changed or the phone disconnects for no reasons. The other calls are reps saying that my account ***************************** is still on hold and will be cleared up within 24 hours. I've heard that since the day my bank and Norton LifeLock contacted me about amazon trying to get money out of my account. I did not authorize 2- ******+ monies to be taken out of my account. Amazon said no order had been sent out I couldn't look at my account cause it was on hold they canceled all orders nothing shipped out every day I checked my bank called Amazon. The two ******+ finally vanished my account but I still have two that they got funds and I don't know what the fund's are for. They say nothing was shipped. I haven't received any of these 4 orders. **************** reassured I would not be charged but I was. They put my order on hold while continuously say 24 hours suspicious activity. Activities were on there end. 4 phone calls tonight they were going to get this issue taken care of. Miraculously we get disconnected and they don't return calls this last call ****** refused to discuss my account with me. I just spent 1 hour 45 minutes with gentleman that said he would send me confirmation email to resolution to my refunds. Escalating my issues with all my hacked accounts and accounts photos each account model and serial numbers to all these devices I've bought on these hacked accounts that I cannot even use gun safe 2 Firestick 3 Chromecast 2 kindles 2 tablets there's so many devices it's unbelievable. I've sent evidence to my hacking as well as the people doing so thru amazon devices and my accounts. It's been a nightmare since October 2020. I cannot take much more of this. This order was supposed to be cancelled. But wasn't it was actually taken out of my account while I had it unlocked thinking it was my curtain lights and backsplash. That order went in after I got my order in I locked it they come back and say is was declined. Yes it was since you entered a cancelled one tried to run that one again and card was locked so they couldn't get payment. If they had canceled like told everything would be fine. They just take out money whenever they want to with or without permission

I contacted seller amazon contacted seller seller did not reply. They said it would be refunded every 3-5 days no refund this had been going on since December. Now they say it has to started over now asking for pictures NEVER have before and they know they said I could throw them away. Already been approved for refund why you starting over. New Rules. And it's nowhere to be found on my account

Every package I have delivered is requested to be delivered on my porch. This package was not delivered on my porch. I'm handicap. I can't walk all over my property looking for packages. I don't think it was delivered honestly cause there dates changed says it was cancelled not shipped. Absolutely ridiculous. Still can't get into my account. Still haven't gotten photos on any of my accounts. Still no serial numbers model numbers on safe 2 firestick Chromecast I've already listed everything so! Shouldn't have to repeat myself

As you can see I spent another hour of my day on my resolving issues to my account. For one the broken glasses that were ordered back in November and delivered cracked. I contacted the party no response contacted amazon they had to contact seller and they did but also got no response so they said I would be refunded for the order. As of today's date I still have not been refunded. They kept telling me 3-5 days **** days every since I was approved for refund. Last night the gentleman tells me the sellar has to be contacted again and start the process over again. I said absolutely not I was already approved for return been waiting over 2 months. I was informed the day that I contacted amazon about 2 500+ orders they were taking out of my account that I did not authorize. They informed me all orders even my orders had been cancelled since I couldn't get into my account to see that everything was cancelled and nothing shipped out. I ordered curtain light and backsplash. I was told last night it would be delivered today and I did not receive the holder. Remember this ************************* had to be used cause my account was on hold. This account was only open to get my refunds and pictures. Then closed. I'm handicap so I can't run to the store like most people. I was informed tonight that the money my account was charged was on a account that was supposedly canceled and not shipped. While I'm thinking it was for my backlash. I didn't give them permission to charge me for that cancelled order. That's why my backsplash got denied cause they took out the other order. I told him I didn't want that order I wanted my back splash. He said order was delivered today and I told him no it hadn't and even got up to check again. He instructed me to look around. Instruct all my packages to be put on the front porch cause I cannot go walking around looking for my packages. He then after me looking he said give it til monday and call back see if I had received it. I again explained I did not want that cancelled order and they told me it hadn't been shipped out and I hadn't received it. Best thing he needed to do is cancel the order and refund my money and send me the order I ordered. I explained to him I wanted to discuss prime account clause I was told I was being shipping I said no I have a prime account and it's on hold out of my control and it took months to finally get it to stop on this account that I was paying also for my main account. Not to mention same thing applied to the hacked accounts. I was having to pay multiple accounts cause a hacker gets into my accounts. I wanted to discuss refund on glasses prime account refunded and order to my backsplash. Everything is 3-5 ****. They wait that many days no they are immediate of theres no nothing. The gentleman wanted to argue the facts I've dealt with every day and up and change things other than facts and others have said. He did not cancel that order and said call monday if I get it. That's not acceptable. He could have cancelled and refunded as of last night those orders were canceled. I'm not paying shipping to return order that had already been cancelled to begin with. He said he was sorry I was misinformed. What is going on why everything changes from one to another. The guy ended up hanging up on me and nothing resolved again today. No help with photos No help with updates on the refunded glasses and wouldn't refunded she shipment cause he said he couldn't refund it until its been delivered. First he said it had been then he said he couldn't refund until it does. Sounds like a bunch of chaos and confusion. Then he asked me to contact the post office and the *** delivery. I waste enough time of my day's dealing with them countless hours and hardly if no resolution. You have to talk 4-6 department about simple issues. It's totally monotonous.. They owe me money and have since December. Still owe me for a eero returned months ago plus my credit on my account on the ******************* account nobody can find. Corporate contacted me about sending someone out on 3-5-2023. Someone called and asked could they come saturday and I said yes. I got call at 8:05 am 3-4-2023. I contacted the tech back at the number he contacted me on. I left 3 voicemails as well as 3 text. I NEVER heard back from this tech not once. I contacted spectrum chat as you see there was no scheduled appointment and couldn't get clear answer about the tech that day. I contacted the tech that has been working closely on helping resolve this issue. Snapshots coming in next email. I seen I had a missed call today around 4:30pm I called cause no one showed up today either but they called to inform the outage was back working. The explained to the call center what had taken place on Saturday. She said tech was at my house at 8:13 am dogs barked but I did not come to the door. As you see from my surveillance cameras that no spectrum truck was in my driveway. I don't know why this lie was stated. Honestly I don't understand why they are not solving this issue period. As a matter of fact I've heard call center as well as techs stating that everyone that logs into my account on spectrums side that it notates date time and who entered my account. Why can't they do that on the date that I received a email from spectrum in September 2022 stating I had asked to retrieve my information. That's not true I did not request that information I had it in a book written down. Around that time is when I started getting devises signed into my network. I had a amazon echo amazon echo fire generation apple and apple phone. I don't own these devices yet spectrum says its within 200 feet of my router. Exact same thing applies with my *************************** account. I didn't have a email on my account. Online was deactivated no cell number only my home phone number. Geek squad informed me to shut down the hacked accounts. I had to go to my old spectrum mobile phone when I did that hacked email was plowing up that phone sending emails to that email about my *************************** account. From appointments tech on the way mailed new router and motim literally giving that hacked email all my information to my account. I showed the tech this and he was even surprised. He called his supervisor and he all but called me a liar saying no way there was no email on my account and said yes your right there isn't so why is this email getting emails he still said there was no way. The tech told him he was looking at it himself and yes I was correct. Later I had two account numbers but spectrum swears up the difference in account numbers was a change of billing. I don't believe this to be true cause somehow that hacked email got emails and it was not from my account. That account as well had devices signed into my network that I did not own. We immediately shut that account down and created the *** Light. I have been totally patient not blaming spectrum not holding it against spectrum. I just want what I pay for and as you see in snapshots no internet in snapshots date time and no internet I am not lying about that either. Lets work as a team not throw darts blames threats disrespect. Can both accounts not look on there side of spectrum and find out who is signing in both accounts and sending these emails to new account and old account. I am rejecting this response because:To Whom This May ************ just received this email from Amazon. Thank you for reaching out but you are way behind. My account was put on hold when I called Amazon after Norton/ LifeLock and my bank informed me that Amazon was trying to take out two ****** out of my account not one but two. I did not give Amazon permission to take anything from that card period. When I called account was put on hold immediately February 22nd I believe. Your email was dated March 9th. We are way past that date. After my account was put on hold cause of those two charges Amazon instructed me that all orders were going to be cancelled. She said nothing had been shipped out and my monies would void out once she put account on hold and cancelled all the orders if there was any. I could not get on my account cause she put it on hold so I couldn't make any judgment calls cause I couldn't get on my account but explained to the lady that Amazon had me in the negative plus overdraft fee and my money tied up. My banking was in the negative couldn't get money and my Amazon was on hold. The ************************* was only open awaiting all my refunds and my pictures. That's the only reason it hadn't been closed. I've been waiting on my refunds on that email since December 2022 and a refund and credit that was on the account on ******************** As well as my photos and my order number serial number model numbers to all my devices firestick safe so many things its unbelievable. I haven't been able to use not one thing since I sent proof I had been hacked and thru amazon products. My firestick had someone's else's name and email in it. Along with this person watching proone thermostat ring cameras and daughter murdering a mother. The exact advices that were being used without my knowledge in totally terrorizing and tormenting me to no end. I thought I was losing it. I begged my counselor to come access me. My lights we're dimming on there on. My thermostat was getting remotely controlled along with my cameras door bell thermostat so forth. Also Amazon let someone on my account and had added Amazon to my RING account. I also had BluAdt. Being tormented by those as well. My original *********************** was my first sign back in October 2020 when I noticed odd things happening and not knowing what or how. I also waiting on pictures and model and serial number on that account as well. This account the hacker had me my account was not able to get on my account for 6 months. I sent two forms of ID and still couldn't get into my account. Amazon let hacker in but not original owner. Had my credit card all my information. I was livid. They couldn't take my credit cards off the account cause hacker had changed all my account information and added two factor authentication. So I was screwed. The call center was not helpful at all. That email was hacked dark web and accounts breached. Per McAfee Norton BeenVerified *********** stated my hacked email had 8 other owners to my hacked email. I had leneva and 3 lightbulb cameras purchased from Amazon brand new devices email and phone number Hacker got into my ICSEE lightbulb app and cameras and leneva somehow going thru my social media account I guess. I don't know how they did it but I had a *********************** signed into leneva lightbulb cameras and even using my number and had her account on my phone. I was astounded. I had Smart bulbs lights put into every lamp and lamp. With downloaded app they can hear every word I say. I had baby monitor camera I did not own not knew anything about it hidden in my bedroom another Amazon product as well Amazon Echo Amazon Echo Fire 5th generation Apple And Apple phone signed into my WiFi network that I do not own nor do I know where it's located but spectrum says it's within 200 feet of my router. I have given Amazon the ** address and Mac address and begged them to disconnect it but cause it wasn't registered to me they couldn't. That's obcured it's on my property my wifi network. I have charges come out of my credit cards debit cards monthly for the past year or longer. I have to dispute it bank investigate it and it takes up to 6; weeks before I get my money back. I'm disabled my SSI isn't much. I have to do without meds food non food all cause amazon charging me every single month off the wall charges. I've had like order after order after order after order in the 300s of orders ordered I didn't order. Devices signed into my network with Amazon I did not own. That's why I've had more accounts than I would like to have but I'm a victim not once but every angle. I spend countless hours a days arguing over my money no one else's but mine and people like talking it without my permission. What you stated me to do in this letter I'm unsure of the one link isn't a good link and I can't get on my account to do the other thing requested cause it's on hold. Been hearing every day 24 hours 24 hours 24 hours. I don't want that account anymore cause this two 500+ taken from my account has caused nothing but chaos and turmoil. Nobody suffers but me. I noticed another email stated I was not honored the refund. That anger me cause I know 4-7 reps said nothing went out nothing shipped and all orders canceled even mine if I had any cause I couldn't get on the account to even look. But reassured numerous of times they all were cancelled and my money would appear. I got totally boldface lied to so many times from Amazon. Not one shipment has been left at my door since that day. So stop taking money out of my account that you do not have permission. Please. I want all my Amazon photos and videos all accounts my hacked devices. The netgear and whiskey glasses were purchased in November 2022 this is March 2023. Still no refund only broken promises of refund.
The other order was supposed to be cancelled. Call center said it was cancelled and hadn't even been shipped. All this mess created when amazon tried to charge my bank account money I did not authorize them to take. No order was delivered to my front porch and I showed not be charged for a product that was supposedly cancelled per amazon call center and had not been shipped out call center stated several times per conversations over days and hours of conversations. They pick and choose what they want to refund not refund? They are allowed to take money out of peoples account without permission or placing a order? This doesn't even sound logical to me. We as loyal customers should be protected with our credit card debit card as well as our deliveries and damaged deliveries. Drivers don't care they throw it around cause they don't purchase it. Thieves prey on packages. And you got call center stating orders were cancelled. I'm just shocked amazon gets by with this. I ordered two SanDisk 256GB SD cards along with a number of items (batteries, cables, power charger) that were delivered on January 20, 2023. In the package was only 1 SanDisk. I tried to rectify it on Amazon's webpage but the only option was to select a new one to be shipped but they expect me to return one but I don't have one to return since the box was missing one. They said that they weigh boxes before shipping but the missing disk only weighs **** oz whereas the other items total weighed ***** oz for less than 1% (****%) of the total weight (without the box and packaging material. Amazon has denied that an item was missing since they weighed the box and refuses to ship me a replacement or refund me the purchase price of $32.81 plus taxes. I spoke with ************ among others who refused to acknowledge that it was possible that an error was made by the person who packed the box and he refused to allow me to speak with his manager. On January 13 I ordered three packages from Amazon. On January 15 only one of my packages arrived. On January 16 I went to our Luxer package room to try to retrieve my package at 622pm. At 635pm on 1/16/2023 I was sent an update that my package was mismarked and would be delivered by 10pm on 1/16/2023. On 1/17/2023 There was nothing inside the package room for me. Amazon sent me another update that they had delivered my package at 235pm on 1/16/2023. I spoke to a representative at their office on January 17, 2023 And was issued a refund to a gift card which I have requested so that way I could receive the funds back and re-order my order ASAP. On January 19, 2023 I received an alert that My package was delivered to our package room. However just like the first package nothing had been scanned into our package room for my address or unit number and after calling Luxer one (package room) I received another temporary code per my request to check to see if my package was left in the mail room. Again nothing was delivered. I called Amazon on January 20, 2023 and was advised that my package was again mismarked as delivered And that I would be receiving my package no later than January 21, 2023 Saturday at 4 PM. On January *************************************************************************************************************** my unit number nor my name. Luxer one provided me another temporary code I entered the package room and still nothing have been delivered. At this point I called Amazon back who requested that I file a police report and provide them documentation. I followed Amazons instructions they verified the incident report number And the officers findings that there was nothing delivered in the time frames that Amazon recorded to my residence. After Amazon spoke with the police department they called me back to tell me that they cannot issue me a refund. They said they can only give me a gift card. Ordered some loafers for a pallbearer fformyndads funeral that were supposed to arrive two days before the funeral and it was delayed. I called to get a refund after the funeral because there is no need for them anymore. They said I have to wait until Sunday. I've been sick so I called today and now they're claiming they have to wait until the package returns back to Amazon's facility but a supervisor had already I formed me that the seller already received the shoes back. Amazon is playing and they need to give me my money back. I literally had to watch my dad die before my birthday and have to literally got through hoops to get my money back. I am rejecting this response because:I have reached out to many representetives at amazon regarding the items that were never delivedered to me, which involved speaking to the highest level of escalation/supervisors, and they know exactly which orders I am referring to ( they were all bundled and shipped according to Amazon's records in 1 box). They absolutelutely have no proof that the box was delivered to me, as they have no signature from me or anyone proving receipt of goods, which is normally required when it comes to expensive items, nor do they have a picture taken by the postal carrier showing the parcel was delivered.
