I ordered a gas valve for our daughter's furnace and it was suppose to be delivered by 10pm on 3-2-2023. We didn't receive the order and found out that it was taken back to the facility at 8:20pm due to weather issues. Only problem is we had a clear day with dry roads. So was the sun so bright they couldn't make it to our house? I called and spoke with two different people and first one said by 8pm. Get online and its now marked delivery by 10pm. I called a second time and requested it be delivered this morning as it needs to be fixed asap. It now has been four days without heat. The guy I spoke with said he would put in a request to have it delivered by 10am. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he didn't have one. I called bs and he said corp was his supervisor. Well the name and email address is not going to corp I'm not stupid. Just keep getting the run around.Business Response

I purchased an AC Compressor for my car from a retailer on Amazon. I also purchased a warranty. I called the warranty and they said the manufacturer warranty is still good. *** contacted the seller and havent gotten a response. No one will help me with this problem. Its Amazon, Cardone and square trade. And I cant get any help. I need a replacement part shipped to me so I can send the defective part back.Business Response

Rest assured, once we receive the complete information we will address the issue as soon as possible. However, for any item that is outside the return window, but still under manufacturer's warranty, I'd recommend consulting the owner's manual and/or contacting the manufacturer to see if the problem in question is covered under warranty.
Most manufacturers list contact information on the product packaging. If there isn't any information available, you may try doing a web search to find their phone number or website.

The date of this transaction was on Febuary 6th, 2023 in the Amount of $231.20 for a HP 27 Inch QHD Gaming Monitor and it was the 2021 model. The reason i am requesting assistance is because my package was EMPTY (filled with no item) and when i reached out to amazon they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact the police and so i did but they claimed they couldn't assist me I contacted amazon the same day.My amazon account was even closed after contacting them in my opinion this is a little ridiculous but that is why im seeking help from BBB. I requested to return an item. They sent me a return code, said take item and code to *** location and they will scan code and pack it. Months later I receive an email saying item was never returned. So I contact Amazon and one rep says they never received it, then rep says package was received empty. Then another rep says item that was in it wasnt correct. I asked to speak for Supervisor and he tells me that item that received was not correct. I said well what was it and can you send it to me. Supervisor said no it was counterfeit and it was destroyed and I said what? counterfeit? what was it and he said I cant discuss that but you will still be charged for the item. I said I dropped the item off and *** scanned code like return instructions stated so Im no longer responsible after that point. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Amazon. On November 20, 2022, I purchased a MacBook from Amazon, but unfortunately, I received the wrong item.I immediately contacted the customer support team and was instructed to return the item. I shipped the item back on December 2, 2022, as instructed, and was told to wait for 60 days and contact customer support if I hadn't received a refund by January 31, 2023.Unfortunately, it has been well over 60 days, and I have not received my refund. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that they had not yet received the item. However, the tracking number clearly shows that the package was delivered to your facility. The tracking number is 1Z55AY222605511138.As a loyal customer of ********************** for many years, I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. It is unacceptable that I have been waiting for so long to receive a refund that was promised to **** request that you immediately look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I am writing this complaint because recently my account was restricted from further use. The only reason I was given was a generic we suspected unusual activity. The unusual activity must be making purchases because that is the only thing I have done. I've been a amazon prime member for nearly five years, and there has never been one issue with my account. For ******** sake I even own a amazon credit card. But for some nefarious reason my account was restricted and documentation was requested for the card used to attempt to make the purchase. Remind you I attempted to use a gift card, yes a gift card. Amazon is requesting documentation for a gift card. No biggie I provided amazon with the document that they requested. I provided Amazon with a screenshot of the login dashboard for the gift card that shows the last four digits. Yet that wasn't enough to remove the restriction on my account. Amazon then requested a receipt for the gift card. I provided Amazon with a receipt for the * gift card, yet the hold was not removed instead Amazon sent me a email saying that they are unable to verify ownership of the gift card. I've literally done everything Amazon has asked of me yet my account remains restricted and I while my account is restricted I am continually being billed for Prime membership I have no idea what more information Amazon could want to prove ownership of a giftcard. I've provided the receipt and I've provided a screenshot of the dash board that of the gift card login.. (I have attached all documents that I sent to Amazon to remove the restriction)Business Response

I opened an Amazon account so that I could use a $500 Amazon gift card that my grandfather gave me. I placed an order using the gift card. Amazon placed my account on hold, and then closed my account. I have called their customer service department several times and they refuse to help me. I have lost the funds of the gift card as a result. Amazon will not contact me to make the situation right, they have stolen my gift card balance from me and they have no sympathy or understanding for my situation. This is regarding my account that is registered under the email ************************* of all, I would like to start by saying that Amazon is a corrupt money hungry billion dollar company that capitalizes on scamming its' customers. There is a common denominator in all of the complaints filed through BBB and it's that Amazon loves scamming people for their hard earned money.I was in the process of getting a refund for an order, and 3 days later, I get the following email:"Hello,We have closed this account because our records show that we closed another account of yours for not meeting the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site.If you had open orders on this account, those orders were canceled when we closed the account. "Amazon uses the following tactic a lot to try and get out of paying or refunding customers as their whole business model revolves around getting rich off of scamming innocent customers.To clarify, I have never had another Amazon account, therefore it is not possible for them to have closed an account of mine in the past as such account has never existed. This is simply a way for them to close accounts when something goes wrong with an order so they never have to rectify the situation.The best and only possible outcome of this situation would be for Amazon to reinstate my account that they went ahead and closed for no apparent reason.Business Response
