I have contacted Amazon about this issue and can not get a straight answer or get this resolved I'm a seller on Amazon for ****************************************************************************************** my listings as I said I have been a seller for 12 years and I know the Amazon rules and would not break them at all and I am not posting any ****** and if the image contains ****** it is covered up before I photograph it as i always have for 12 years. I am posting similar images that I always have and never had a problem until now just this past month when they flagged and suppressed about 10 of my listings due to their system flagging them saying quote "We believe the main image has prurience which is not permitted for this product type. Please submit a compliant image to lift the suppression. Also refer to Product image requirements." I have included some pictures of what the system is flagging with no ****** including a ************************* shirtless photo no ****** and others. When i called Amazon about this on multiple occasions and talk to their bad customer service in whatever country they happen to be in they give no answers and are totally useless. 1. i need to post a photo with my listing required 2. How do i post photos just like I have posted for 12 years when your system is going to consistently flag them because their is skin showing on them but No ****** and your reps can't give me a straight answer on why its getting flagged and I have also found these same images on Amazon from other sellers how is this happening? I am rejecting this response because: Amazon didn't even read the complaint the complaint was about their system incorrectly flagging images in bunches on my listing images that have no ****** on them being flagged in bunches and this is Amazon's response to the complaint. quote: " The seller should make sure to not use any seller specific content in future listings, for things like offers of shipping."That has nothing to do with this complaint at all and it total Garbage, try reading the complaint.

Amazon had a promotion to buy $60 certain product and they will provide $15 Amazon credit. I can't see the $15 Amazon credit from my end even though the two agents I talked to at Amazon insist they can see it. I have sent ************** page screenshot showing no credit showed when product sold/shipped by Amazon. I wasted 45 minutes talking to one Amazon agent and his supervisor Mrs. ********** My order no. is 113-1418297-9798624. I am rejecting this response because:I did received an email saying I have $15 credit EIGHT hours after I spent 45 minutes talking two agents at Amazon. Both of the two agents insisted that Amazon already issue the credit while we were talking and the 2nd agent (supervisor) even reissue the credit during the call. I was asked to send them screenshot of my cart before submitting order to prove they were wrong which I did. I spent my 45 minutes as Amazon QA because the two agents are either lack of training or system glitch. Anyway, I insist that I need to get fair compensation for the time I wasted, It is $100 Amazon credit.

Hi, I am a seller on Amazon and I have a Big Problem with something they have done that is not fair and they shouldn't be doing let me explain. I have been a seller for 12 years now on Amazon and in Seller Central have created my inventory listings 1 at a time over the course of 12 years using Amazon's copy to a new listing feature I don't have or use a CSV Excel file for my inventory. About a month ago Amazon changed some of their rules for words that are allowed in seller listings specifically "Expedited Shipping Available" now can't be used in the item description or in the Bulletpoints of a item listing on Amazon. I didn't find out about this until Amazon started giving me "Listing Policy Violations" in my Account Health so its serious and all for the words "Expedited Shipping Available" which I used this as a bulletpoint and in my item description in all of my listings that i created manually one at a time over the course of 12 years of selling on Amazon and when I used this phrase it was OK and allowed by Amazon and not a problem I didn't think anything of it it was fine. I have thousands of listings in my inventory and I have **** policy violations right now there was more but I spent the last week many hours a day doing nothing but editing my inventory to edit a couple hundred of them I should not be getting policy violations from Amazon for this it was perfectly OK to use Expedited shipping available when I created these listings. I called Amazon seller central numerous times to try to fix this and they have been Zero help at all telling me they can only help me do 10 at a time a day meaning i would have to call them for 130 days straight to get this all fixed a problem they created. I told them to just take the words out and they won't. I am not going to do nothing but edit inventory one at a time for 8 hours a day for a month straight to fix this and a CSV file would take as much or more time to fix it. I am rejecting this response because: The one sentence Amazon response didn't address any of the things in my complaint. First using the words "Expedited Shipping Available" in all of my listings was OK not prohibited by Amazon at the time i used this term I obviously don't use it anymore but giving me a Policy Violation for each one and 2 Violations on and individual listing for using it in the Bulletpoint and another for Description is not right at all just remove it for me. If this was a quick fast easy process to fix and update **** listings i wouldn't complaint about it but its not it will take weeks 100+ hours of sitting editing nonstop to update all of this and I have told Amazon on the phone this and they tell me I can call Amazon Catalog team and they can update only ***************************************************************** calling them every day to get all of this updated. I a have also told Amazon on the phone that I have a serious health condition a spine injury called Degenerative Disc Disease known as DDD which handicaps me from sitting for extended period of time causing me serious tingling and numbness in my hands and legs when I sit for even short amount of times due to it compressing my spine causing me great pain the entire time yet they want me to sit for 100's of hours editing "Expedited Shipping Available" out of all of my listings one by one manually and even if I has a CSV file it would take almost as long to do, I asked them to remove it and they won't clearly they don't care about my condition or my pain one single bit.
