      Please note, I have been trying to contact Amazon, **** regarding my Amazon seller account Nethelus LLC ************** with this business. Currently, we were locked out of our account and ********************** did not provide us with any options to regain access. My seller account was not supposed to be locked. I got notice that my buyer account was closed, but that it would have no effect on my seller central account.At this time, my seller central account is locked, labeled as closed. I continue to receive emails warning that my inventory will be destroyed. However, the only option to evade destruction is to sign on to Seller Central. Despite how many numbers I have called and emails I have tried, nobody can resolve or help us to regain access. This inventory is expensive and is the livelihood of my business. I need access to critical tax information, to remove my inventory as well as to disbursements which are lawfully owed to me. To date, Amazon has ignored all communications and we are unable to log in, let alone appeal our account suspension. We believe this lock out is unethical and Amazon must reply to our issues. We would request it be sent to the appropriate party and a representative contact us immediately regarding this issue.

      On June 26, I received an email from my work email posing as the *** of my company turned out to be a scam but I have purchased 4 Amazon gift cards, each had a value of $500 so it totally $2000. I was supposedly getting them for the *** as requested which he was going to pay me back for them but since it was a scam we quickly called Amazon customer service to block the claim codes that I had sent to the scammer through text, and according to the Amazon customer service rep, they got to block two of the gift cards and the other two were used for Apple Watches. They were going to give me a status on the report in 1-2 business days, which I never got a status back so I called again and turned out that they never blocked the gift cards that havent been redeemed at the time we called and now they have all been used, so they finally did another report because the first customer service rep never did like he said he did. And still 1-2 business days I have not gotten a status on the report, they provided me a ticket # the day of the 2nd report but I cant even access or find it to check my status. Theyve done nothing but waste my time and money to get refunded when they had the moment to block two gift cards from being used by a scammer and still allowed it to be used for Apple Watches.

      My account was locked saying I violated a gift card policy which i did not on May 24th i was locked out and my electronics and tvs I have no access to because there all amazon products.. i have been more then patient but i have chronic kidney disease and a compromised immune system and without any tvs or electronics working my mental health is becoming a severe issue also i have a wedding registry on my account my daughter was married june 10th I have over $300 that family and friends gifted her that they say they can keep .. This is beyond an outrage i call them numerous times a week and if i get am email its frin there gift card department and you can not reply or speak to anyone in that department.. i have requested through there customer service department a copy of all transactions and a copy of proof I violated there policy and get told that customer service cant acess any info only the gift card department which as i said above you cant reply to any emails they ************ cant speak to anyone in the department.. i know its has happened to thousands of us .. but after over 5 weeks give or take its affecting my mental health. Any help with me ti get this rectified with amazon and get my account restored and the wedding registry with the over $300 gifted for ny daughter who as i said above was married june 10 get all that money back on wedding registry i would greatly appreciate it..
