      I was force to pay $6.99 a month for documents your company took from my computer without my permission. there was no good contact. i never want the cloud and turned it off. Your company never return my personal documents. then state i had to pay your company $6.99 or you would start deleting my personal information because your server could not accommodate it. your company forced me to pay the $6.99 a month for well over a year. return all my documents with include birth certificates and marriage certificates. I am 74 and with food prices and cost of living costs I CAN NOT AFFORT TO PAY YOU ******* MONEY.Your company sent me a request for $9.99. I never had a subscription with Microsoft. I paid ****** money of $6.99, which I can't afford and will not pay. Please return all my information to my computer. Do not keep any of my information. I never asked for the cloud. your company also stop me from using my back up on my back up drive.Fix your mess and stop trying to charge me for a service i never asked for....

      I had issues with a game that was pre downloaded before release through Game Pass Ultimate, which I pay for monthly. I spent over a half hour just getting the ability to speak to someone and while they were able to fix the issue, it was 100% an Xbox issue not loading data correctly. I spoke to the representative's supervisor, *****, and he said that there was nothing Xbox could do to compensate me for my time. After close to an hour trying to fix an Xbox issue, he basically told me to go kick rocks. Not a great look for a multi-trillion dollar company.

      They use **** call centers in ***** to deal with customer support. These support agents are extremely dishonest and the company as a whole is not trustworthy. I ordered a Wireless headset that was stolen off my porch since Microsoft refused to do signature delivery, now they are refusing me a refund and the support agents gave me fake names, fake id numbers, and even lied about their country of origin. They then put me on hold for over an hour so I would hang up and not be able to review the terrible support I received

      I would give zero stars if I could. After installing windows 11 update, my bluetooth no longer works. I have paired, made sure viewable, uninstalled the update, still not working. Reset my computer to default and bluetooth isn't working. The fix listed on their website does not work. Getting ahold of a real life person is basically impossible, requested phone call yesterday am and they did not respond. ******* this issue with Windows update and everything comes back with this issue and Microsoft being aware of the bugs in the update, yet still offering it but no support for what they did to my computer. Step up Microsoft and provide customer service and provide quality products.

      Microsoft support is almost impossible to navigate. I couldnt speak to anyone for a refund for an unauthorized charge. Went to cancel the subscription I shouldnt have had and it doesnt even tell you the service its for! Was forced to dispute through my bank (again), and the next charge will result in legal action. Lastly, you will be reported to the **** District Attorney for making this so difficult to get a refund or even gain information for billed items.

      This company has the ***** customer service support I have ever dealt with. It's a fully automated support server with absolutely no way regardless of which information you feed it, gives you the ability to talk to a "Live person", to "CHAT", or to receive a return "PHONE CALL". Even if you call the "Customer Support line, you get an "Automated" recording that will hang up the call. No wonder this business is NOT BBB Accredited. I would never think that Microsoft would offer this kind of poor service. G

      Charged for Microsoft 365 but i did not request this. Spent 17 hours on the phone with no resolution. They keep saying trouble ticked filed and someone will call me. When they dont they go through a litany of unanserable questions and end at someone will call you back. Round and round.

      Ive been BITLOCKED out of my Laptop since 7/11/24 !!! Ive spent HOURS online & phone, trying to resolve this HOSTAGE/nightmare dilemma. I bought this Laptop in 2020, but only began using it in 2022, BUT wasnt told about the BitLocker security up-date, add-on to the **** So, I never got a recovery code from Best Buy, **************** or Microsoft. ************** have both claimed that they had no liability relating to the BL freezer program, leaving only ** responsible for BL program, (& recovery key, which I wasnt given!). ** has not made a response to me, in any form that I can detect. They even failed to reply w/in 24hrs, when I made simple request to change password, on my seldom used account, when I needed to gain access to same. On this matter, Ive made near 2 dozen RFI attempts of **, by phone, email & mailed old- school letters, none of which yielded ANY sort or reply! I still have the original receipt, & BBs own credit records can prove my ownership of the device, & the main reason for BL, is the potential threat of theft of! I went to sleep one night, & woke to find my PC, & 2 years of personal data irretrievable, though all were MY intellectual property!!! Most precious, are nigh 40 essays, which were meant to be used as scripts for podcast! ** & other large corporations have made digital *****, to insulate themselves from **************** issues, they might be confronted w/ ! 1 can only speak w/ a robo-agent, when a human could solve our issues in short order. I got first PC in 2002, involuntarily, because newspapers dropped their classifieds! I was a ********* for 35 years, & an ESL teacher for 12, w/ some overlap, between the 2. Can U help me ???Thanks for consideration, If NO, can you refer a specialized Lawyer?***** H ******** (Have I raised a freedom of speech issue ?)
