Xbox one has been banned after use from my child's friend tried to guess his password on his Xbox. My son was not around to give him the password and somehow the box is now banned. Microsoft/Xbox has been of no use to us except to tell us to wait a week to see if the ban lifts. What a waste of money because the ban has not lifted. It is sitting useless. My 11yr old son cannot play with his Xbox anymore and we are out of all of the money spent on it. There should be some form of resolution for matters such as these.Business Response

Microsoft Advertised their GCC High Environment as Fed ramp/CMMC compliant it is the most expensive and apparently the most secure. Over the past year I have migrated over our environment only to find that many of the simplest of security features are no where near ready to use. Over the past couple months I have been simply trying to enable conditional access policies on our data. It took me 2 month to enable this feature and when it was finally enabled when I went to apply this conditional access policy it wouldn't work, I spent another 2 months working with support to get this working and they are now stating that our tenant does not have this feature available and that we would have to move our whole environment and rebuild it in another subscription to get this simple feature to work. This new tenant would cost us $40,000 extra a year and another year of rebuilding our system which would cost us another 130k. No where in their documentation does it state that this feature is not available and it is clearly stated that this is a compliant environment which is why we performed this move and paid for this service. I simply want to put controls on different sections of our data and Microsoft cannot get this to work for over 4 months now. In the meantime our data has been sitting unprotected and it doesn't look like Microsoft is willing to do anything to fix this major security issue (Reference Tickets # ****************, **************** & ****************). We moved from ****** for the security capabilities but it is very clear that Microsoft is missing some major components that are advertised as available.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because my company lost a contract which caused ** to get rid of half of our staff, we lost a major income source and we were also not able to bid on any contracts for 5 months due to this missing component that we were paying for and supposed to have. We will need at least the second part of our request to also be handled, we requested to get the top support plan for a year at no cost. I believe this is more than fair based on the time, money and major impact this missing component has caused us.

Back in March, I purchased a subscription with Microsoft one on my laptop, however after me using one time unfortunately I was not able to login for months it was like my account never existed. I reached out to Microsoft and they continue to tell me there is no file with my name however I have multiple bank statements that says otherwise. These bank statements includes their name and their contact number so I know for a fact that it is Microsoft one that is talking money out of my account. My bank ask that I contact them before they do an investigation, and I tried and they failed to reach out to me after making numerous attempts to contact them. This is a reference number they gave me: **********.Business Response

I purchased on 8/6/2022 a preorder for Madden 23, 2k23, and MW2. All games worked until recently they did an update. Now MW2 says I do not own the game and my purchase was cancelled in August. Yet they still charged me 100$ for the vault edition and I never received a refund. If it was cancelled two why is it all of a sudden after two weeks not allowing me to access anything and where is my money? I attempted to contact them and keep getting the run around and they tell me I have to repurchase the game. Iam extremely dissatisfied with this scam. Especially because Im an avid gamer and always been a fan of Microsoft til now.Business Response

stonewalled, probably by bots or illiterate employees who waste my time making me repeat myself (see evidence in attached chatroom conversation) while trying to secure my account from hackers after receiving a security alert that someone from ****** accessed my account even after i changed the password. Two factor cant be set up because verification codes fail to be sent to me, and they have the nerve to complain when I waste 5 hours, am late for an appointment, and get precisely nowhere while hackers have plenty of time to steal my stuff, identity, and so forth. Got the distinct impression that these people in the chatroom cant read or aren't human. Tried to call but their system doesn't recognize a valid phone number when given one so couldn't schedule a call backBusiness Response

The charger/power supply that came with my Surface Book 3 in 2021 stopped working. Through the microsoft website I ordered a replacement charger that was covered by my warranty (replacement 1). When replacement 1 arrived, it only worked when I kept the charging cord in a specific position. I purchased a charger from Best Buy to use in the mean time and it worked perfectly. I called to have replacement 1 replaced, since it was not functioning normally. Today that replacement (replacement 2) arrived and has the same problem.I have spent the last 2 hours on-hold and being transferred to different departments only to have the call drop and no one call me back. I am a full time graduate student who relies on my laptop to work on my thesis. I would NOT recommend Microsoft Surface products to anyone in the future, exclusively because their customer service is awful.I want ******************** to pay for a new charger that is not coming from their warranty center in **********, **.Business Response
