      I ordered Microsoft 360 on April 5, 2022, and when I received my bank statement, I saw where they had taken the same amount out again on April 18th. I have been trying relentlessly since the 19th of April to contact them with no success. I have several numbers for them, but you can never get a human - its just a grand mess.       Hello,I had an account hacked into and my email changed but not the password. so I could still log into it, However, I couldn't change my password or anything due to the email under the account being changed to an unknown email. I went to Xbox support for this issue, after proving the billing information used for the account in the past was correct and I owned the account, Instead of them getting my original email back under the account they suspended it, which caused me to lose playability to multiple games, including over 100$ worth in those games.

      I have a disability and need to talk to a support person on the phone instead of online. I need an actual person to talk me through something. They have made all their support online. As of now my OneNote is not synching just on one page. I would like to talk to a person at Microsoft and get help fixing OneNote. This company should have in person support for people and should also have phone support. Thank you!

      I paid $30 for the game of Modern Warfare and it doest not even open. I tried Uninstaller and installing add-ons and everything and still no working. I want my money back

      I'm a member of the Microsoft Rewards program, you can earn points for your Microsoft account thru tasks each month called punch cards and the point value is varied for each one. There seems to be an issue with at least one of the punch cards every other month. This month in particular there's a punch card involving unlocking an achievement and earning 500 points for your account. Apparently the punch card is bugged and you can't recieve the bonus points. I emailed Microsoft Rewards support, told them what the issue was then provided the necessary pictures to prove I did complete the task to earn the points. That was back on the 5th of this month and I have yet to receive a response. I've been a member of the Rewards program and Microsoft for over 5 years.I even asked to talk with someone higher up then the person who responded to my email about the issue and asked for proof of me completing the task to recieve the points but was never contacted since the 5th.

      For at least the last few months,a recurring charge on my credit card listed as "Microsoft PC 1 month" is fraudulently showing up on my statements. I have ZERO knowledge of this, what it is, how they got my card, and I want it stopped but cannot find a way to access the charging company!

      I have contacted Microsoft a couple of times requesting that my account be closed for ************************** other day, I noticed that they have been billing me for the last 10 months, so I called to ask again that my account be closed. The woman that I spoke to was rude and not helpful. The Supervisor advised that he could only give me a 1-month credit, which would not work for me. I am requesting that all of my money be credited. I do not need someone to tell me there is nothing in the notes. There was no conversation or consideration about the refund. I lost a job, moved to another state, and almost lost my Father to COVID... I am so offended and disappointed by the Microsoft agents all about a few dollars, its a real shame.

      I ordered a windows 10 USB stick from the Microsoft online store. When they sent it out the messed up the tracking info and put a tracking number that was already in use. That sent my package to ***** ********** where it is now stuck at the ***** facility. I have attempted to reach Microsoft support multiple times but the only time I got ahold of a human they hung up on me.
