      I have had my Microsoft and Xbox account for many years, I have had an Xbox 360 and Xbox One, but after years of owning my Series X I have been banned for absolutely no reason whatsoever but yet Xbox enforcement says that I had used either hardware or software to cheat in video games, which is ridiculous considering I have an Xbox Series X, which for me is nearly impossible to hack fromy knowledge.y account has been clean for years and now I have get a ban for apparently cheating, it's ridiculous that I had spent so much money and time on my Xbox account only to be taken away by a false ban under my account.

      I am rejecting this response because: It looks like I still haven't been giving an exact reason. This poor excuse of a company that just bans for no reason and has the worst support, because literally I have no other way of getting in contact about my account, and so you guys just finally decide to just move forward with it. It's sad that the response I get is the same half a** response I had received when my appeal got denied. Again I want some type of proof to show that I was manipulating the Xbox services in some way. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the company now if I receive the same copy response then I keep rejecting the response and will keep pursuing complaints.

      Hey there my account was perm banned from using Xbox services I did nothing wrong at all, i haven't been suspended in years and only have 2 strikes from Xbox, this is so wrong I have spent at least 15k to 30k on my account and now I have nothing hundreds of games gone and thousands of hours gone. please help me get my account back this is insane.

      On 7/28/2025, my son received an email from Xbox informing him that his account was permanently suspended. My issue with this is, Xbox gives you 8 strikes before permanently suspending account. Please note that my son has zero strikes, therefore his account should not be banned. Please assist us in reinstating his account. I will await your assistance before reaching out to an attorney for legal advice, as my son has spent well over $15,000 since having his account since 2016. At this point, it seems that Xbox is illegally banning accounts without providing proof of a proper cause. To my sons knowledge, he has not violated any of Xbox rules and this is why he appealed there decision, for which they instantly denied it. His gamer tag is ****.

On the Windows Outlook app, advertisements from third parties are displayed in a deceptive manner to make them look as though they were an email sent purposefully to the recipient. Upon clicking said "email", the program automatically opens the user's internet browser and directs them to the advertiser's website.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Microsoft did exactly what I said they would and why I rejected their initial proposal to resolve the complaint. They opened up an internal support ticket anyway, gave a stock response like above, and closed the ticket without giving me any chance to respond. This is unacceptable. My issue is not that Outlook has ads. My issue is that the ads are presented in such a way that they look identical to emails that have been sent directly to the consumer. The consumer then goes to open what they think is an email directly sent to them, but are actually clicking a link that opens a browser to the advertisers website automatically and without prompting the user. This is unethical and false advertising. If this practice is not rectified by specifically altering HOW advertisements are displayed within the Outlook app, I will escalate this matter further.

The attacker took full control they changed my password, removed all my recovery options, and completely locked me out. Since then, Ive done everything I can to get it back, but Microsofts support process has been incredibly frustrating.I submitted the official account recovery form right away. Then I followed up again after not hearing anything. I managed to contact support and was told my case would be escalated due to how serious it was. I was even given an escalation number. But since then, Ive gotten vague, canned responses nothing actually helpful. One support agent even told me not to expect a resolution anytime soon.This account is important to me. Its tied to my Xbox, OneDrive, Minecraft, and even subscription payments.       I created an email account **************** around 2009 to 2010. I've been using that email address till suddenly this year the password wasn't working. I went through the reset prompts many times using my other microsoft email ********************** as recovery. The recovery codes never go there.       I was falsely banned on my account which I rarely play on to begin with the account is only used for Forza horizon 5 and hasn't played any other games to my knowledge and when I logged onto Forza today it automatically signed me out and said that my account was suspended which I would like to clarify my account was not hacked to my knowledge and when I went to Xbox enforcement page to see what type of suspension I have received I found I was permanently banned with no details given about the ban and I am willing to show proof of no details given I also submitted an appeal which hasn't been answered yet either last account that I had was banned the same way and when I tried to appeal I was denied and when I contacted support and called them they said that it was a justified ban yet gave no reason why I was banned to begin with which has left me utterly confused

      I've been permanently suspended multiple times in the past week all my appeals have been denied and no response the emails do not specify the details of the banned accounts I've sat on the phone with 2 people and the first put me on hold and hung up I contacted them again and had them call me again and I've sat on the phone for an hour and recorded the whole thing and this person said that they cannot contact enforcement team and that I need to contact you guys. I am at a loss for words as this had been 20 accounts in 5 years and i have email proof of them in the past disclosing why i got banned but the bans in the past few years do not say anything and they always deny my appeal i even tried contacting all types of support for nothing I would like to clarify that I'm innocent with proof of work schedule to show I was busy at the times of bans etc. the account email is ************************* username (beduke) and i can provide other emails and username associated with the accounts wrongfully banned i will also provide the 2 screenshots of the enforcement page where I've been banned for proof please let me know of any response i can have i am annoyed that I've been receiving unjustified bans even though i rarely play on my console

      I am rejecting this response because:I rarely play xbox let alone play on pc the fact I even have been banned for this in the past up until today when I can assure you I myself did not make any modifications or do anything against tos as I am never on please review it properly without a bot I've always heard about bots being used to determine if the ban was deserve I would also like a more specific reason I was banned other than a list of possible reasons I was banned this should be properly looked at as this has been multiple accounts within the past 5 years no just one or two if I was banned that many times and there was evidence I should have been faced with legal action if that was true im no asking for every account back or compensation I just want the account I've spent so much money on to be unbanned as again I am innocent and that should be a compromise as I know there has been a massive ban wave from people who have been cheating and I was definitely falsely flagged I can assure you I was rarely on and if you check logs and see that I was on it definitely was not me as I can provide my isp if needed to determine the accounts as well if I was banned can you determine if a specific device made modifications because if that was the case my pc or xbox would have been device banned which they are not banned and if I've been banned that many times I deserve compensation for me being innocent yet im not asking to it I just want the account my account (beduke) unbanned as I've had that account for a long time and it's a waste of money just to be wrongfully banned thank you from the partial reasons I were banned yet its not enough

      Microsoft banned my Xbox account and it was fasly banned using a program that bot spams people microsoft accountwhen I appealed I isnt know this.       I need help, my account has been stolen from me last year, the hackers had a complete access to my computer and stole many things from me including my Microsoft account, due to the fact I was signed it I instantly changed recovery email to a new one after they tried to take it, I changed a lot of things about the account as I was panicking before they log me out, I added my 2FA and new recovery emails to avoid losing my account, after I managed to log them out I had to reinstall my whole windows software to get the virus out, I was happy that they couldnt take my Microsoft account after attempting and when they added recovery emails and I removed them all and managed to keep mine only, but suddenly a month passed and then my account suddenly has been locked, its really frustrating as I did never break any Microsoft rules, I was the victim for falling into scammers scheme and my intentions wasnt to break any rules, I did nothing wrong, hackers attempted to steal my account then I ************************* it at the last moment, after submitting an appeal they told me they cant help me because I have my 2FA on, how is that a reasonable?       I am rejecting this response because: Hello Microsoft, if I may ask why do you think I filed this complaint for? I already filled that recovery form and got a response shutting the door at my face as you can see on the attached picture, why? because I have 2FA on, you guys recommended me to enable 2FA and when I do you lock out the account and say we cant help because you have 2FA? I have 2FA access its in my Microsoft authentication app and I can obtain codes, this is not an excuse to not unlock my account, the email almost got hacked if I didnt change all the security details and used 2FA to protect myself but you locked my email and youre not helping me to unlock my account, this is really unacceptable despite having my account and games for years and as a loyal Microsoft consumer it really upsets me that you dont offer the help I need to unlock my account despite having all the recoveries and authentication codes, Im asking you kindly to help me unlock my account.

      On July 17th I purchased a game for the Xbox series x. The game is called ready or not. The game is very sluggish and freezes up. It also crashes to the dashboard. I waited for a patch but nothing happened. I would like the game deactivated from my account for a refund or store credit
