Microsoft has been charging my account for the past year and a half. Despite my constant effort in trying to contact them. I have tried multiple way to contact them but their phone service does not work. All of their help articles lead to a broken page or link. I could not talk to any body at Microsoft despite them charging me money without my consent. All I could get is a robot answered my call and then hang up. I cant believe Microsoft , a big company, is not doing it due diligent in providing answer for its customer. I wanted to report them for the maximum reimbursement possible for all the damages and hours of me trying to reach them through phone, email, search the website for answer.Business Response

I made several purchases through the Microsoft store before 1/16/2024. The Cashback was offered on 1/16/2024 for the previous 2023 holiday purchases These purchases promised a Cashback total adding up to $38.75 which I attempted to cash out $38.75 around 3/10/2024 with no success. My Microsoft on Bing browser cashback remains pending for weeks. Microsoft never allows me to cash out my Cashback offered in any way nor does the Cashback go to my PayPal. Microsoft support keeps giving me automated answers that are always the same asking the same set of questions I already answered. The Cashback is never obtainable to me.Customer Answer

The first week of March I purchased a Microsoft Suite software program. Included in the purchase was outlook which is required for all of the included software. I setup the account and have been unable to access the email address since. Microsoft's website insist that you sign in for customer service, I cannot sign into the account to receive service. I have made attempts to recover the account under the web prompts. Each time it states there is not sufficient information to recover the account. The account is new there is limited information. I Have contacted the customer service number as well. There is an automatic recording that directs you back to the website to log in. Being unable to log in has locked the products I purchased.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was contacted by the team that instructed me to perform a password reset. This process is the same before that is outlined on the website and does not allow me into the account. Stating that there is not sufficient enough information listed in the account. If this the is the only course of action available I will have to start legal action to recover the cost of the purchased programs and to have my name recovered.

Microsoft is refusing to give me access to my Hotmail account. This account contains my iCloud account and password, as well as all of my data. I have reached out many times. As a result, ********** has too much of my private information stored on their system with the only access( besides Microsoft) Due to this being a delicate matter, I am requesting full access to my original Hotmail account ****************** com. I have been locked out of my Office 365 Account since March 1st. I was able to open a case #**************** and spoke with ******* K a few times and he stopped responding. We included a department called Data Protection which validated me and is the one responsible to give access. After that there was no more contact from anyone. I was promised that everything is ok and they would solve it in a day. I called many times and sat on hold for hours with no resolve. I am locked out of my account as well as my email which is critical to my business. It is now March 19th and I still have no access or path of progress. They are killing my business. I was validated multiple times in the beginning and got not calls or email or any contact in the last 10 days.Business Response

I have been purchasing multiple things from Microsoft for months now and they will not allow me to redeem my points. Further, they have banned my rewards account without specifying a reason, and once you get banned you are unable to contact them. Prior to being banned, I contacted them multiple times to ask for clarification and was given a generic bot response and then they immediately closed the tickets. Even after following all of their policies and ensuring I did not violate TOS I still got banned. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for a long time and find this practice to be unacceptable. My account is still earning points when I buy things from them but these points cannot be redeemed. I would like my account to be unbanned and to be able to use the points I rightfully earned, or I would like financial compensation for being unable to use my points.Business Response
