08/14/2025 Microsoft Request Number ********** Once again, Microsoft did not contact me today as requested. I cannot get Microsoft Technical Software Support. This is not the way it is supposed to work.I am requesting that a Supervisor contact me tomorrow, August 12, 2025, between the hours of 1-3pm USA Eastern time. So I checked my emails one morning and seen a email from Xbox saying i violated one or more of their community standards and got permanently banned and never really gave any other information which I know I have done nothing wrong since in atleast the last couple months Ive been mostly playing offline games so Im pretty sure this was a wrongful ban. My xbox account SuperiorLoLz with the email address *********************** was falsely suspended by the lack of security and protection on the platform. There is an exploit or software going around where people can send false reports. Microsoft has said that the have been actively trying to help prevent and get rid of these exploits but the issues have been resolved but more keep reappearing. If Microsoft were actively trying to prevent this issue they would have stopped it from causing any further damage. Many people have been banned by the same issue Ive been banned for. This is an ongoing problem that Microsoft needs to fix so people can feel safe on their platform without them feeling like they are vulnerable to being attacked by this exploit. As a result my account has been suspended indefinitely. My account was restricted due to violations of the User Agreement violations that I did not commit. I had asked for more information on the situation and what was the reason I was suspended. Ive received an incompetent response that my account is permanently suspended with no care whatsoever to help me recover my account back. Ive tried to contact support but I cant submit a request because they have restricted my access to certain things I can do which includes contacting support. This situation is deeply unfair and has caused me to lose all the money Ive put into the account that I will never get back. I pay for a Microsoft 365 Standard Business Subscription. I have all of my credentials and am able to log into their ************* However, when I log into my account to download their apps and access my files, their site shows that I DO NOT have an active subscription. I called their support and was told that this was an issue for their 'Data Team' and a ticket was created. I was then told it would be a minimum of one week, despite paying for the service. I explained that this was not acceptable and asked for a Supervisor. The agent said he was putting me on hold, but simply hung up on me. So I called their Data Team and gave them the ticket number, the agent then explained this issue should not have been sent to them and told me to call their customer service and explain that the issue was not with the **** team. I did that, now 2+ hours into these phone calls, and was again told I must open a ticket for the **** team. In short, I am still on hold attempting to have my 6th conversation to simply request I get the service I paid them for. I added a wildcard domain to my app service on azure. Usually when I add a domain, a free certificate is added to my app service. This time, azure charged me $299 for it. I had no idea that they were going to issue me a wildcard SSL certificate for $299. You also charged me $69 for another domain. They should have warned me that I wasn't going to get the free certificate!!!! What the hell? Certificates within the app service have been free until now. I am rejecting this response because: I have filled out these forms numerous times! I cannot submit any more information because I dont have any! I have done everything Microsoft instructed me t via email, nothing worked! I had this email since 2006 when I was using it as a job requirement working at home. When I left that job in 2008 I stopped using it! I was only using this email for online purchases and such! The hackers got my password somehow and changed it so I had no access, but I can see them using it! I received an email from Microsoft on that day at 6:47 am stating a new app had access to my data through a thunderbird connection. I did not check my emails until early afternoon and The hackers had already had access! I am so disappointed that Microsoft doesnt have a customer service phone number! I contacted the CEO of Microsoft via email twice, never received a response! I would like to know if the hackers are still using MY email, but I guess I will never know! I am disappointed that you do not believe this email belongs to me or OFFER another way I can prove its me! Well I will never use or purchase another Microsoft product ever! I must respectfully but firmly dispute Microsofts response regarding the enforcement action against my sons Xbox account (Gamertag: CronusStrafe). The reasons are as follows:

Microsofts response relies on a generic statement referencing unauthorized software or service manipulation without presenting any account-specific, verifiable evidence. A sanction of this magnitude requires substantiated proof, not a broad citation of policy. In the absence of such evidence, the suspension cannot be presumed valid.

My son has never engaged in unauthorized software use, achievement manipulation, tampering with Xbox data, or any comparable violations. His gameplay is legitimate and transparent. He publicly streams his sessions on Twitch, which serves as contemporaneous evidence of compliance. Representative examples include:

These broadcasts, along with past sessions available on his channel, demonstrate regular and fair gameplay without the use of unauthorized software or exploits.
