      I am rejecting this response because: Hello,
      I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current process and lack of support regarding the transfer of my account data to another account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution.
      As a customer, I expect a more transparent and efficient process when it comes to managing my personal data, game progress, purchases, and achievementsespecially given the investment Ive made into the Xbox ecosystem. The inability to transfer this data or get adequate support has left me frustrated and concerned about the flexibility and user control ********************** offers.
      I would like to understand why this process is so limited and what steps are being taken to improve it in the future. I also request a more personalized resolution to my case.

      Today, on August 15th, and for some reason, I was unable to log into my computer, saying that my pen has been Requested a change it then prompted me to try to sign into my live account that I used in which case it's said. The password had been used to often be used anymore. I attempted to recover my password. And it told me that my phone number, it could no longer be used for verification purposes. I've gone through all the support. Try to request it through a official form. Try to contact them through a phone. And I've been denied anything. I have the phone number on file. I have the email. Half the account, but it won'let me recover or change the password. That's been used too many times I don't understand why I can't just use my phone number for 2 part. Authentication, to recover my account. And I can't get a straight answer or recover any of my accounts now, even when prompted to get a code sent to a different email. That doesn't exist. It won't let me do anything I can't contact anybody and I don't know what to do anymore because somebody tried to log into my account besides me with the wrong password, too many times and I'm somehow suffering the consequences of having my computer encrypted against my Request and locked out of doing anything else on my computer. It seems unacceptable, and as a large corporation with access to numerous resources. The fact that I can't get ahold of anybody. Whatsoever it's disappointing. I'm losing my own hard drives through another person's influence. It's unacceptable.

      Hey,This is not the first time I'm trying to resolve this issue with microsoft about my microsoft account "*******************************************"Its been complianced locked, its so frustrating to deal with this. I already tried to resolve this with this form: **************************** They just gave me some answer stating "Violation confirmed" which I won't accept of course. It is my account, they can't just take it away from me. I'll link you a screenshot of that answer which also includes the *** number. I also shows you screenshots when I sucessfully passed the **** when I got asked for it.Which is no longer possible to fill out now for the account because its restricted now from sending security codes/doing ACSR. Hope you understand what I say here. So don't tell me to fill that out please because this is not a solution for the problem I have.I just hope that someone is willing to help me with my account because my whole life is connected with it as you can imagine :D Thanks!

      This is regarding my hacked Microsoft account I have contacted microsoft support/Xbox support many times and have provided all account ownership details screenshots etc.. but all the times they only end up suspending my account which is hacked because of security protocols.Microsoft refuses to recover my account since 2FA is enabled by the hacker but it is still possible to recover the account and ******************** sends the same email which says account permanently suspended every time I escalate my case I have talked to a lot of live agents who told me this is unfair but they can't do anything about it for microsoft reading this I want you to do a data transfer on my account. I request that you transfer all associated data (including Minecraft and Xbox progress) to a new email account

      On my original case I have provided all information needed to verify the account ownership that is enough and the acsr method which you suggested doesn't work since 2FA is enabled by the hacker.please read the original case and look at the account ownership proofs if you once again reject it I might have to call my lawyers.I have been trying to recover my account for over 4 months now. I hope you read all the ownership proofs and get my account data transferred to a different email which is said in original case.

      Hello, my name is ****** ***** and my account is RyZe **** and recently at the end of July, I was falsely and permanently banned by the Xbox network I was supposedly suspended for engaging in the manipulation of Xbox services. Ive literally never done this in my life. I havent played my Xbox the past like a year and I get onto play with some old high school buddies and all of a sudden Im banned, but Im very unsure how I could be banned ifI havent played for so long. I am a content creator and I was using my Xbox to make an income and Ive tried to contact Microsoft for the past monthand nobody responds to my emails. I tried to send an email to the legal team now Im trying the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they fix my problem. *** never engaged in an activity like this. It could possibly be a Dios attack on my account since I am a content creator, and people me. and this is a very false band that is just wrong. Ive put time and money into this account. Had that account for the past probably seven years, probably put 7 to ********************************* games and DLCs for content, creation, etc. I would love to see the Better Business Bureau help me to get this solved.       I am rejecting this response because:  i am rejecting this response. It's because I cannot accept it. I have not used my Xbox for the past year. Therefore I cannot be banned for essentially anything. The enforcement team is just banning me for whatever reason. Maybe it's because they know me being a ******* or I use my Xbox to make my income in to play certain games and DLC's in Xbox exclusives.  As I said, I have not played on the Xbox for a year.Therefore I have not even touched it really?So I'm very unsure of how I could be banned here.I am very disappointed in xbox enforcement for letting this happen

      August 14th 2025 Microsoft banned my Xbox account for no reason. I only had one prior strike (you need 6 to get permanently banned) and hadn't been on my account at the time I received the banned. When I want to their enforcement page to appeal the ban I looked at the details of the ban and it said there was no reason. I tried to appeal my ban and ask why I got banned but received no response. After waiting about a day I tried to check the status of my appeal for the ban only to find out they had terminated my account. I received no Gmail or reason for the denial of my appeal. I am seeking a further investigation into my accounts termination. I have spent upwards of 2,000$ on the account and if I can't get it back after a wrongful termination then I would like compensation.

      Hi,Someone I know contacted Microsoft Corporation regarding a permanent console ban along with a permanent account ban (Case #*********. They were told that they were permanently banned due to partaking in Discord servers that engaged in spamming Minecraft Realms. They were confused, as they have never participated in such activity, let alone have ever used Discord. They showed me the email they received from Microsoft, and upon reading it, it became clear why they were banned (3 of my personal accounts were banned at the same time as well).About a year ago, I engaged in Discord servers that were involved in the harassment of Minecraft players, using bots to spam messages and crash realms. I deeply apologize for my past actions. During the Xbox Enforcement Teams investigation, I believe they mistook my friends Xbox and account for mine because I was signed into his Xbox with the account *********** (Email: ************************** I only used his Xbox a couple of times to play Forza Horizon (which you can see in my play activity). His Xbox, nor his account, were ever used for malicious activities. Since around July of 2024, I stopped engaging in those activities and now only join those servers because I opened my own realm, which frequently gets nuked with Discord links.I am not asking for any of my accounts to be unbanned; I just wanted to make things clear with Xbox Enforcement. My sole request is that my friends Xbox and account **************, Email: *********************** be unbanned, because he has been affected by my actions, and if Xbox would like to allow me one more chance to enter the community again, that would mean the world to **** sincerely apologize for the disruption I caused to the Xbox community and have personally apologized to many of the realm owners that I have affected. I would deeply appreciate the opportunity for my friends Xbox and account to be reinstated.Thank you for your time.

      After thoroughly reviewing your complaint and consulting with the Xbox Enforcement Teamwho are solely authorized to evaluate and reverse enforcement actionswe have confirmed that the suspensions applied to the account and associated devices were upheld following a reinvestigation. The findings indicate that the account was linked to three Discord servers identified as hubs for coordinated harassment activities in Minecraft. These included mass bot messaging and realm crashing, and the individual in question was listed as an owner in those servers. The connection was verified through account links to the Discord profile.

      Given the nature and severity of these violations, the enforcement actions will remain in effect.

      As there are no further steps available in this case, we will proceed to close the complaint.

      until  LinkedIn actually restores my account the issue not resolved.   
      LinkedIn actually does not even need to contact me,  just restore the account.   
      It really is quite simple,  restore my 30 year account without any type of governmental ID.

      Please note, LinkedIn is a company of Microsoft  (to which Microsoft lists LinkedIn on their SEC filing).   
      To be honest,  I do not believe anyone from LinkedIn will actually address the issue.   
      The end result,  will be that the account remains closed due LinkedIn tried to contact me & did not get a response, etc. etc. 
      Some other hurdle,  that LinkedIn will create to keep the account blocked.
