      Excellent service as usual! The technician that came to our home was on time, professionally dressed and did the troubleshooting in a very methodical way, resolving our issue with 15 minutes!

      I had my cable repaired in short order. Great service! The technician was efficient, courteous, and explained his repair. When I called Ziply about the problem, I got an appointment the next day. The Technician was heard earlier than was scheduled, which was great.

      The representatives deliver exemplary service and they understand why it's important. We only have three true ISPs in our area. One is cable-based, the other uses fiber and are a direct competitor to Ziply (and a former employer of mine). Ziply is one of the best ISPs I've worked with thanks to an incredible local team who are supported by another incredible team at Ziply HQ.

      I've been a Ziply customer for over 5 years and in my experience they have been consistent in their ability to take care of their customers. The representatives genuiniely care! The service is exemplary and the rates can't be beat. I am deeply appreciative of a business that knows that the customer is important. ********************** knows and understands this concept and strives to set the standard in this. They are also the best internet service provider I've had and I have tried most, if not all of the "top" companies. The speed and dependability is wonderful.
