      Excellent service with fast internet service. I would highly recommend Ziply for phone and internet service. Very dependable and the agent that helped me was awesome.

      I have a large no soliciting sign on my front door, plus two no soliciting stickers on my doorbell, plus a no trespassing sign. ****** came by on her electric scooter to promote the product. I said No thank you, I have a no solicitation sign right here on my door. Oh, Im not trying to sell you anything. I just wanted to ask you if you knew you have zipley fiber (whatever) in your neighborhood. I already had an encounter with your workers a few months earlier where they were rude to me. Please tell these Zipley people to cease and desist. They are frustrating. They put in the fiber cables in my neighbors yard and I was there to hear them say the monthly cost was much more than originally quoted.

      Our internet has changed hands several times. *******, Frontier and now Ziply. We were promised Fiber in 2020 to be installed by Spring of 21 or early 22. Instead, we found we were only receiving less than 1MB download speed. We were ignored for YEARS of complaints and finally a technician found that we had a cap from a prior provider - *******. We were promised a decreased **** and while taking a mere $20.00 off the $170.00 **** a month this stopped and there ****ing department seems to be dying a slow and painful death. Bills being received after due date. NOW my **** has increased by at least $60.00 since 2025. I am paying for fiber service without the benefit AND no date of when it will be available. I am still at less than 5MB download speeds. My last **** said I owed over $400.00 with no explanation of the additional $255.00 added. Currently trying to get my landline working as it stopped working days ago. I keep calling and receiving different reasons for the outage. I was just informed a technician will need to be sent out. I have had to call monthly to fix my **** as it has been wrong, late or indiscriminate charges added. There have been late charges added even when the payment was made weeks before due date and Their website does not reflect in real time changes made. I have to trust that the customer service *** is accurate and has documented the new total due. IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER PROVIDER I WOULD SWITCH WITH **** IN MY HEART AND SOUL! I actively discourage anyone from using this company every chance I have.

      When I subscribed to their service, the price was $49. A couple of years later, they hiked it to $55. Then to $60, now - $75.They demanded credit card number for a $10 discount so in fact, they charge $85. This outfit abuses its virtual monopoly in our market which is illegal. I attempted to communicate this simple concept to their customer "service" located in the *********** but apparently they are not bound to the US laws.They promised fiber service YEARS ago but have never delivered, speed is slow but they charge $5 for "road maintenance". No kidding.If there is any - ANY - alternative, go for it.
