      The customer service was outstanding- my WiFi kept cutting out and then stopped working and she was patient in helping me get the router back on line and working great.

      What a broad spectrum of reviews! Personally, they were prompt, helpful and installed the most amazing internet speed I have ever had, and 100 times better than my last and short lived provider. Highly recommend.

      I wish there was a 0 zero star. Ziply is the most dishonest, disreputable company ever. They double billed me and refused to refund the extra payment. They claim they do not the ability to set up WIFI in my area but continue to raise the cost for internet and landline. Payments increased for no reason in one year from ****** to this month ****** dollars. I would never recommend them to anyone.

      we've always received excellent service from Ziply. Unfortunately we had to cancel the service due to moving out of their area. We would have continued it if it had been possible.

      0 stars! Ziply fiber came to my neighborhood. Marked my lawn then slapped a notice on my door, starting construction in 2 days. I asked are you going to tell me if youre going to dig a giant hole in my beautiful SUPER green lawn. Basically they said why would we tell you? That would just be to many people to tell. I said well youre in that person lawn/property for the whole entire day. Thats just not right! Okay construction has moved out of neighborhood and to the next. BUT for the second time a construction man walks right by my NO SOLICITORS sign knocks on my door at 7:58 pm. I had to get out of bed because I wake up at 330am. I asked if he was trying to sale me something? (It happens a lot in a 20 year old cookie cutter neighborhood). The man says no. Kinda mentioned the construction, so I perked right up and said okay lets talk. because someone came back out and marked all the gas line, water sewage ect. with that spray paint again. The gentleman says, I would like to set you up with an appointment. You lied ?? ****** You said you werent going to sale me something. And this is why Ill never sign up with Ziply fiber because their disrespectful and I cant imagine how they treat a actual customer. INTEGRITY!

      Excellent service with fast internet service. I would highly recommend Ziply for phone and internet service. Very dependable and the agent that helped me was awesome.

      I have a large no soliciting sign on my front door, plus two no soliciting stickers on my doorbell, plus a no trespassing sign. ****** came by on her electric scooter to promote the product. I said No thank you, I have a no solicitation sign right here on my door. Oh, Im not trying to sell you anything. I just wanted to ask you if you knew you have zipley fiber (whatever) in your neighborhood. I already had an encounter with your workers a few months earlier where they were rude to me. Please tell these Zipley people to cease and desist. They are frustrating. They put in the fiber cables in my neighbors yard and I was there to hear them say the monthly cost was much more than originally quoted.

      We were very pleased with the time and thoroughness in resolving our problem. The representative was courteous, understanding and provided constant communication.
