      I recently changed my internet provider to ziply and wish I had made this change sooner. Not only do I have better internet, when I called for assistance with auto pay, I didn't have to sit on hold for an hour and the assistant we easy to understand polite and had everything handled for me in a very short time. Thank you

      Very professional from the first contact with this company. Service is very reliable and customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend especially if your current service is with a very large company with very poor customer service. (You know who Im talking about)

      I had a very pleasant experience with a Ziply CS rep yesterday. She was friendly and helpful, and found a way to help lower my bill. Ive never had any problems with Ziply wi-fi, and didnt really want to find a new provider. So, the rep offered ways to get my bill under control, and she was very courteous throughout our interaction.

      ziply is a ridiculous company. they try to charge both i and tenant after my tenant opened a new account. they never answer calls and put me on collection. horrible company
