      Ziply fiber is a great ************************* I've only spoken to them once, about a massive outage due to a fallen tree. Amazingly, they were on-site that day, and repaired the huge amount of damage quickly. By afternoon, my Internet was restored, along with dozens of other neighbors service. ******% of the time, my Internet "just works" and I don't have to think about it being a problem. No complaints about Ziply Fiber.

      The customer service of this company in the Tri-Cities area, is such a breathe of fresh air. The representative I spoke with on my last phone call was so kind and respectful! And when I got my services initiated, the gentleman was also very kind and knowledgeable, as well as personable. I was new to the area and he gave me some pointers of where to go and where not to, with me and my family. Just a great company!

      This company set up a free monthly account for a disabled woman only to come back a few months later with a huge bill saying that oh the program that they set her up under no longer exists. There was no warning there was no letter, there was no phone call, just a bill threatening to turn her service off. They did not care or offer to work with her when she panicked & called. She again had no idea the program she signed up for ended. They couldve done something. They couldve offered some kind of support because they never informed her, but chose to send out cancellations after they allowed the bill to accumulate for months and then called with threats, while telling her she should have been notified, but what now mattered was that she pay up.

      Couldn't ask for better service! My internet is almost always up, ready, SPEEDY, and reliable. And when I do have a problem they solve it lickety-split!!

      ZIPLY FIBER is THE BEST service provider I have ever had since the beginning when a company called Main Street came on the scene in the late 1980's. I had AT&T, Comcast, AOL and others, but since fiber optics have been a thing, ZIPLY FIBER is the MOST CONSCIENTIOUS, TIMELY and CONSIDERATE service provider I have EVER HAD.
      I highly recommend ZIPLY if you have never tried them before....you will be very happy you did!

      I have dealt with all the other "major service providers" and they could learn a lot about "Good
      customer service", from the Ziply. Believe me, I am 81 years old, and have seen the worst......Now I've seen the best. I will stay with Ziply as long as I can.
