      I have used Ziply Fiber for several years and still going, and I have NEVER had a problem with Ziply. Not with their customer service, Not with their ************ helps. Not with their Internet speed. Not with their ******* services. NO problems at all. EVER.

      I've had Zippy internet for about 2 years and they are awesome customer service anytime you have a problem they're there for you and willing to help and very friendly Zippy's number one in my book

      ******* took the time to find out if I could increase my upload speed by asking a Technician. I appreciated the honesty that increasing my mgs would not help with this. Also, it was helpful to know that a wi-fi booster would be not help either.

      I am in school and I was pushing it with my bill. The customer service representative, ***** got the ok to help me with an extension. The whole experience with ***** was Awesome!!! What a positive Human Being. I didn't even tell *****, that I was in school and before I could explain myself. She was helping me because I reached out. And it was just a delight, I didn't want to ask for help. And I was being helped almost without having to ask. It was like a weight off of my shoulders. I just wish I could give her a hug. Thank you Ziply for the great service and customer service. And Thank You So Much *****!!!

      This last Spring, I contacted Ziply letting them know I was adding a cement parking area to the front of my lot and there was Ziply equipment in front flower bed that needed to be removed or reduced to ground level. Weve never had Ziply internet service so this equipment is a real obstacle. Time went on with repeated calls to Ziply for action and answers especially so as construction of the parking pad was imminent. All that work is done and since July Ive been in contact with a ****** who keeps promising action/planning from the engineering **** to either cap or reroute the equipment obstructing our parking area. Now I dont seem to get any return phone calls at all. I understand people are busy with their jobs, but this has been going on for 3 months now and patience is getting very thin. It is very hard to understand why reducing that equipment cylinder to ground level and protecting it with a strong cap is so difficult. Given my experience, I doubt I would ever look to Ziply for internet service!
