  I called the agency trying to handle a eviction claim. When calling the agent did not provide me with any information regarding my claim stating i owed 9810. When calling the local I received a different amount. The agent then stated I do not qualify for a payment plan due to speaking to someone in November. When asking for notation of said call in November, the agent stated the call was answered and then disconnected. I am trying to get this debt off my record to move into a new home. The agency has not provided information about this said debt. I would like to come to number to settle this debt.

  I am filing this complaint against IQ Data International, **** regarding their unauthorized use of my personal information and the fraudulent reporting of an alleged debt. I have no contractual relationship or prior dealings with IQ Data International, nor have I granted them permission to report any information about me. These actions are improper, unauthorized, and violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (*****). IQ Data International has fraudulently obtained and used my personal information without my consent to report an alleged debt to consumer reporting agencies. I have no knowledge of the debt, no contractual agreement with *******, and no relationship with their client, *****************************. ******* actions breach the **** by failing to verify the accuracy of reported information. Additionally, they violate the ***** by attempting to collect a debt I do not owe and engaging in deceptive practices. Despite their claims, ******* has not provided any evidence to substantiate this alleged debt. They have not delivered proper validation, including the original contract or proof that they have the legal authority to collect this debt. I request that IQ Data International provide the following immediately: The total amount of the alleged debt. An affidavit or true bill of the debt. Accounting records showing *******/u2019s ownership of the debt. A copy of the original contract. The name of the original creditor. Verification that ******* is authorized to collect this debt. Proof that the statute of limitations has not expired. Any payment history related to this debt, if applicable.   I am writing to dispute the inaccurate and unauthorized reporting of an alleged debt on my consumer report. Under my rights provided by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and 12 CFR 1006.34(c), I demand immediate action regarding this matter. Unauthorized Reporting Identity Theft Violation I did not give ******* or any associated entity written permission to report my information to any consumer reporting agency. Under 18 U.S.C. 1028A (Aggravated Identity Theft), identity theft occurs when someone: Knowingly possesses, uses, or transfers an individual's identification without a permissible purpose. Reports or furnishes information without authorization or proper validation. Since I never authorized this reporting, it is an illegal and fraudulent act, and I demand its immediate removal from my credit file. Failure to Provide Validation I have previously requested proper debt validation, yet no legally sufficient validation has been provided. Merely claiming that a debt has been verified without providing actual documentation does not meet the legal standard under 15 U.S.C. 1692g (FDCPA) and 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (****).     How can you possibly say youve verified this account with no account information, there is no payment history, account information missing,  account information with no data. You cant just say verified with no validation or verification. I have never done business with ******* or had any contract with *******. Signing a rental lease with a leasing agency is not considered a consumer credit transaction under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) or the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) because it does not typically involve the extension of credit. 
    I sent them a Cease and Desist under ***** and yet they continue to contact me through 3rd party reporting agencies which constitutes a violation. 
    *********** has violated the ***** as outlined in ********* V Convergent outsourcing *** , 836 F.3d 507 (5th cir.2016) which state that a consumer report is a medium of communication and thus subject to cease and desist requirements.

I am insisting that these incorrect entries be removed from my report immediately, or that irrefutable evidence be provided to verify their validity and accuracy, in compliance with the Metro 2 Format.Furthermore, IQ Data International has failed to respond to my disputes within the 30-day window mandated by federal law. This delay is unacceptable and violates legal requirements. The ************************ takes these matters seriously, as evidenced in cases such as ****** v. ***************** I have maintained a detailed record of all our communications and am prepared to take further action if necessary.This letter serves as a final attempt to resolve these issues amicably.
