    On 6/10/25 I was told to call ************** by Arcadia Creekside Apts where I had moved put of on March 25, 2025. When I moved out there were 3 month back utilities charges that were pending due to ******* and ********* take over in January. ****** the apartment assistant manager told me I would be billed sometime mid April. I stayed in touch with ****** but was not told the amount I owed until late April and at that time I was not able to log into the link provided due to I was no longer a tenant. I called ****** to let her know I couldn't get into the link and she said she would check with corporate and let me know. She never let me know. I had been waiting for over 60 days for them to return my security deposit as well which they finally did in early June. It wasn't until 6/10/25 that ******* the leasing agent told me to call the number she provided as they handle all payments after move out. I have never received any correspondence from ******* to date but when I called they stated I owed ****** which was ***** more than ******* had told me I owed in early June. ******* said they mailed 3 letters to me but I have not received any. I verified they had the correct address. I also asked them to send me something via email but was told they couldn't. I paid the ****** that I owed and sent a dispute for the *****. I called ******* again on June 26. 2025 and spoke to ***** as she was the person I made the payment to. She stated that they had approved my dispute and I had a zero balance. I asked again for a zero balance statement to be sent to me and she put me on hold and came back 7 minutes later and said they would send one out June 27th. I have yet to receive any correspondence from ******* and am requesting a zero balance statement be mailed or emailed to me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business, however it is not entirely accurate as I have yet to receive any correspondence from them.  They have previously stated they have mailed several documents but i have received none.  If it wasn't for my filing this complaint against them, I would still not know whether or not the account is still open.  Now that I know othe account is closed In reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    The incorrect information has been on my report since August 2022 (don't know when exactly), which I was not aware at first until I submitted a rental application in May ******* understanding is that the ***************** contacted ********* INTERNATIONAL, *** in September 7, 2023, requesting a correction.This is the message from assistant manager:"Hello,Ive sent the corrected ledger to them. When I contacted Experian and ********** with the manager's letter, the incorrect balance disappeared. However, Equifaxs report appears to still have it because a new credit report obtained by an apartment company I applied to for a unit shows it, the apt management contacted me regarding the issue.

    I am writing in response to IQ Data Internationals reply to my original complaint (CFPB Case Number: 250317-19381118), which is both unsatisfactory and non-compliant with federal validation requirements under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). *******s claim that documentation sent to me was returned as undeliverable does not absolve them of their responsibility to provide proper validation of the alleged debt. If documentation could not be delivered by mail, why was it not provided through the **** complaint portal in their response? A vague summary or a generic response letter is not legally sufficient to verify the validity of a debt. To be clear: I demanded full validation of this alleged $2,814 debt, including: A detailed breakdown of charges The original signed lease or contract Any move-out statements or final invoices Confirmation from the original creditor, Mountain Valley Apartments I do not acknowledge this debt and fully dispute its validity. Please note that the balance I last disputed of $2814, is now showing $2825 which I have attached proof of this illegal increase. I have no outstanding balance with this apartment complex and believe this is a false and inaccurate entry on my credit report. ** Datas failure to validate the debt per my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1692g and continuing to report it to consumer reporting agencies may constitute willful noncompliance, and I am prepared to pursue litigation if necessary for this unlawful and misleading reporting. I respectfully request the **** to hold ******* accountable and compel them to provide full validation of this alleged debt via this complaint portal, not through failed mailing attempts.

    On 10/07/2024, I sent a letter to IQ Data International requesting details about the collection account they reported. However, they have not provided any documentation to support the validity of the debtnot even an account number.

    I previously sent the attached letter requesting detailed information regarding the alleged debt; however, I have not received any response or phone call from IQ Data International. Their initial letter did not include an account number or any identifying detailsonly the total amount they claim is owed.
