  Completely horrible company! They are the worst. I had a bill that went to them without my knowledge when I found out about it I called to pay it in full. They were the worst people to deal with all I wanted to do was to pay the bill. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. They told me I could not talk to a supervisor and that they are not working to please customers. I spoke to ****** he was the worst then **** and then Zeke. They will leave you on hold forever if they dont feel like talking. I will be filing a complaint with the **************** as well. All I wanted to do is pay my bill IN FULL which I did but thats not the way they should handle calls.

  The worst company *** ever dealt with. Very rude and unprofessional making you feel like you have a very low IQ. I had a charge that was drafted out of my account without authorization today. Mind you I just made a payment Monday. I tried to explain I didnt authorize the charge for today and the *** refused to listen to what I was trying to explain so that I could get a clear understanding of the additional draft on my account. After speaking to the operations manager as he called himself and 3 calls later he said a refund would be issued by a different company and they are overseas. He said he didnt have their number but I could look it up myself because they (I ******* werent in the business of customer service. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with especially in these times when we are all having it rough. I hope they never are in this position and get treated the way the man at ext 1201 did. He needs to be let go expeditiously!!!

  I've been dealing with this company trying to pay off my debt for an apartment complex that I owed and I've been paying them every week and when I decided to pay less than what I was supposed to pay they threaten me and cussed me out because I wouldn't pay more this is very unprofessional and something needs to be done about this

  I do not ant to give this company any stars at all! This collection agency's behavior is bullying and possibly illegal. They refuse to send a paper accounting and will not say why the amount they are demanding is so much more than the original debt and they can't subtract either! I think this is fraudulent and against the law - there are laws that insist that collection agencies be clear with people as to what is charged and cannot be outrageous in any fees, and why amounts are charged. IQ Data International does none of this. They have harassed us and demanded over $800 more than the original debt and refused or ignored my requests for a paper copy of the account. If I could afford a lawyer, I would start a lawsuit!

  Only one of the three agents were helpful at all. One hung up on me and another put me on hold, never to return. Not a good experience at all. Especially for someone who was only trying to do the right thing.They would not give me a manager's name or contact info.

  Moved out of the ***************** complex back in Feb 2023 due to the fact I was deploying. I gave the complex 30 days notice. They gave me the amount of half months rent and that was the final fee. I get a call from the collection agency August of 2024 saying Im in collections and been since Jan of 2024. I had no idea what was even for. The person on the phone was super unprofessional. Never introduce herself. I told her the situation and how I gave supporting documentation to the apartment complex before moving out. She gave me an email address to dispute. Next day I see Im in collections. I tried emailing multiple times. I finally get ahold of them on the phone and this person is also rude. I told him the situation and he told me how I was wrong and didnt provide the right documentation to the apartment complex about moving out or providing them orders from my deployment, and how I broke my lease a month early.. even though my leave ended in Feb of 2023 and I paid the fee/half months rent. I never once received anything in the mail from either the apartment complex or collections agency, the information they provided was wrong, and they were extremely unprofessional.

  All I can say if now I know why they created the ****** This company violates pretty much all of them while talking to you like you are beneath them. This is a fraudulent account opened up by my father unfortunately and I have filed fraud charges on him for it. I sent over all that information and she still tells me oh well I still have to pay his bill! No way! I would not pay ********* for someone else's debt! I learned today the only way I can resolve this debt is to get an attorney. This is ridiculous.

  In March 2023, I received a letter from Data IQ about a collection owed to a previous apartment complex. I had lived at the property and moved out in June ************************************************************************************* September 2022 but did not hear back. The property found out that the former property manager did not send out statements of deposit on 8 tenants including myself, and the new manager was unaware they did not get sent and escalated the account to collections. I have emailed back and forth with the property who had communicated to the collection agency and placed the accounts on hold. Then in May 2024, I find out that the collection is on my credit report and lowered my score by 80 points. I contact the debt collection and speak with *************************** and explain that the account was placed on hold by the property and he says it came off hold on 4/24/23. I explain that I have an email from the property on 5/11/2023 that the account was suspended.**** said I should make a payment on the phone since this is a debt I owe and he will delete it off my credit report. I said I don't even know what the debt is for and I said I will call the property to verify. He said that if I hang up to do that, the offer to remove it from my credit report will be "null and void" and that he will mark my profile as "refused to pay" and put notes that it can't be removed in the future. I ask him why is he not allowing me to verify with the landlord especially that I believe there is an error, and he said "cause you are wasting my time over $400". He said I had 30 seconds to pay or the offer is void, and unfortunately, I succumbed.I then learn that in WA state landlords are required to send out move out statements within 21 days (the limit in 2022) and if they fail to do so, they have to return the security deposit and cannot deduct nor collect after the fact. The debt collection used coercive and aggressive tactics to collect an unlawful debt.

  This business practices predatory behavior by contacting friends, family, colleagues and even former colleagues. They are breaking a ton of laws over measly amounts of money, it's very sad. After being harassed and threatened with legal action today, I have contacted my own attorney to sort it out. Beware of these criminals!

  This place break so many state and federal laws, I did report them to the attorney generals office. They are trying to extort ****** in made up fees lol. I am waiting for them to take me to court so I can show a Judge their illegal action of extortion. Of course I will never pay 4 more year and it c Falls off my credit so they can Fudge right off.Dont forget if you dont need credit dont pay 7 yr and its gone.
