  Classmates fraudulently charged me $96.00 on my MasterCard without my consent or knowledge. I have requested a full refund and am now waiting for an answer. I thought I had a free membership, how did Classmates get my credit card information? How do you get away with this? I am going to be referring this to my Credit ************************* the BBB, the ************************* the ********** of ******** and the *************** I checked the Customer Review Submission Terms and gave you one star because it was the only way to leave my review.

  A terrible site to work with, I just received a bill for $105 for another year of a service I found to be a bad joke from the beginning. Although I quit using their service long ago, they will not remove the charge under their "no refunds" policy.Reading other's comments that they canceled and were billed again later, I will try to block them from my account. The only other option will be to cancel this credit card and replace it I'm sure profanities are not accepted here, so I cannot give my full opinion of the organization.DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE......... I'LL REPEAT............ DO NOT JOIN CLASSMATES.COM

  Horrible horrible site. Liars! Sent me email as if a friend I had been looking for was there and that I had five private messages. Only lets you see after you pay and beware it automatically puts you on auto renew. The private messages were only advertising from them and my friend doesn't even have a profile there. They had my friend's name as mine on the profile that was supposedly mine. So screwed up. I called them immediately and ask for my money back. All they would do was change the profile to my name and take the account off of Auto renew. I have no interest there whatsoever, no one would know me there. I told them all this but they would not give me back my money and the only reason I paid it was to have contact with my friend that they lied about.

  If I could give zero stars I would.Extremely poor customer service. They turn on auto renewal, charge you then tell you there is a no refund policy if you want to cancel.Do not use this site, it is a total scam as others have reviewed.

  January 20, 2021, Classmates.com charged my account for $18.00 for a one-year subscription to Classmates.com. On September 24, 2021, I was charged $36.00. On September 24, 2021, I was charged $96.00 to my financial institution. Per my account billing and payments, my account type is 24 months, and my renewal option was listed as manual renewal. I only gave my credit card on January 20, 2021. This is credit and / or debit card fraud making unauthorized charges to financial institutions. In the past I enjoyed Classmates.com; however, unfortunately I now realize that Classmates.com is a SCAM. I have read hundred of similar complaints and reviews. I am sad because I did enjoy Classmates; however, today I see Classmate.com as a SCAM.

  Classmates.**** are annoying run by the woke community, no matter how many times you ask to be removed from their site, they say wait 2 weeks, yea, ********* cant count or read do not use this site!

  They automatically sign you up for renew when this is not obvious from their billing practices. My last rate went from $36 to $96 and I was not made aware of that. I asked for a refund and they told me they do not offer refunds for ANYTHING. I have cancelled my subscription.Jack

  Received a invoice by email after my credit card was charged. Called to dispute the charge the first business day after the charge was applied. Was told that they do not issue any refunds. I said I thought this was ridiculous since they did not provide any indication that they were going to charge my account for this in advance. They said they issue a notice 30 to 45 days prior to billing. I searched my email and there is no such indication prior to the actual billing. Do not waste your money on this.

  Classmates .com claimes I have entered a agreement to use their service.I have not. Their emails to me and now my wife are put in spam. They are charging my wifes bank account in wich I never or she never has agreed to for billing. This charge the bank says has ocured on occasions going back to 2022. I never subscribed to their survice. I receive Emails from their fraudulant Web site Classmates .com. I tried to unsubscribe. *** will not syop billing my wifes account. How they ever go her account bank information we have no idea? I have never used her bank card to purchace antthing on line. I have my own account. We talked to a representive on the phone that was rude,would not help, and said they will continue to charge her account. I want this stopped. I am going to complain to the ************* Attorney General. I want this stopped.Why is the BBB giving them a A rateing anyway is beside me . I will also report that.If my bany wont or cant stop this fraud I will then file a complaint about you and them to the ******* Resurve complaint department and ******* reserve consumer help. And ******* Attorney General.I expect a responce from you, that you will resolve this or I will file a complaint to the parties above.You have a 10 word minimum? I see 596 characters remaing on this review. I should not have to leave even 1 star for this company and should not be forcced to by the BBB
