    If I could, I would leave 0 stars. This is nothing but a scam to get your money.They said that they sent me a letter stating I would automatically be renewed.I CAN NOT FIND SUCH A LETTER FROM CLASSMATES!BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!!I have filed with ****** to see if I can get my money back.Customer service said all they could do is take me off auto renewal but not refund my $60.00 There are more and more of this type of companies out there doing business and as I understand, THE ************************** CAN NOT HELP BECAUSE OUR PREIDENT AND DONE AWAY WITH THEM HELPING,YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN NOW, MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!This is what ****** indicates:Yes, the ************************************ (****) still exists, but its operations have been significantly impacted by the ***** administration's actions. While the agency was targeted for closure and experienced disruptions, it was ultimately able to resume some of its work after legal challenges *** ******* Milledgeville GA

    I have a free account or so I thought. It seems I had another account with an old email dated back several years ago. I saw a bank charge for $60 just today. I called them and inquired and was told there are no refunds ever given. I told her that I was not aware I had a second account and a paid one at that. The email has not been in use for a good while so if they sent an email about the renewal I would not have received it. I thought I only had one account. I find it appealing during these days and times that something cannot be worked out with a company that is all about sharing yearbooks and reuniting classmates. Be sure to check your account status or youll be charged like I was for something you didnt even know existed!!!

    I received an email recently that indicated that Classmates renewed me for three years. No advance email to tell me that my renewal was coming up, nothing. I called and they said that three years ago I checked auto-renew on their website. Such bullshit! I never auto-renew. They said no refund was coming even though I called on the day of the charge!I now have called my credit card company who is researching the matter. Classmates must really need the money. This is thievery at its worst.

    Total RIP OFF and bad practices! I hadn't had anything to do with classmates in YEARS. Out of the blue I am billed $104 for a subscription I supposedly requested in 2023. It's 2025! I called telling them NO I don't want it. They only will stop next years renewal. The service team from them do not care you don't want it or not. They claim they sent email about the renewal and said it may have gone to spam. I asked the guy if he checks his spam folder emails individually and read them daily? He said " yes I do." yeah Right and I am **** Poppins. This company needs their rating as an F I told them no to the subscription and they turned it on the same day AFTER my call to cancel. Beware of them and avoid like the plague they are!

    I've received a billing of $22 from classmates.com.On my credit card even though I never subscribed to them. They frequently send ADS on my email.Even though I have asked to be unsubscribed. I called them and got a very rude person after waiting a very long time. She said they do not give refund and can't take me off the Email list . I am amazed that nobody has ever done anything to shut down.This business . They are literally stealing money from people.

    Classmates.com is a scam. Do not sign up for it. Do not pay for it. They will scam everybody that signs up. Theres nothing to see anyway you can get more information on your classmates on ********. I see the reviews and classmates.com has done everybody else like they did me. I hope they check on their food.

    My husband and I are very disappointed with Classmates.com. They never notified us about renewing a 2 year subscription. I called and they were very ****, and reminded me that they do not give refunds. So we are out $96.00. We are in our 80's. Most of our classmates are dead!!

    Classmates automatically charged me for another subscription I did not want. Then talked to a horrible person who was not helpful. Called back got a nice person and asked for a manager to call me and still no call from the manager. I called my bank to stop payment. Classmates is a scam operation.

    Classmates renewed my membership at twice the price despite me canceling on the renewal date. They refused to refund the membership fee, and still renewed my membership for another year even though I don't use their site. Total scam.

    Lied to me in advertising about having a yearbook to my graduation year and school. Had me sign up to view a yearbook it didn't have, it has in its contract to recharge you for a service you can not use, and have a no refund policy. I lost all my money as they keep changing you and you can not get any refunds. This is a parasite website.
