  Classmates.com makes it appear that they have pictures of many, many of your classmates who are members. The pictures are actually many, many of the same few people who might have been classmates.Classmates.com should be required to state facts of actual numbers of members they have from each class from every school they imply they have members.Classmates.com should be required to state that yearbooks are available for viewing at most schools and public libraries at no charge

  I reached out to classmates.com for the sole purpose of trying to find a picture of ******** *********************** in ***** **** for his daughter! She was born in Dec **** and her mother my daughter was murdered on Christmas **** by a stranger and the Police never found out who killed her And her father ******** *********************** died in January 2006 of a broken Heart and Lung Cancer two weeks after my daughter was killed!! ***** came to me and wanted to know if I had any pictures of her Daddy. I did not have any of him! But after reaching out to Classmates.com for help w a picture for his years in jr. and high school! I told them of their death and who it was for!! But They just started acting like he was alive and sending emails every single day and some days more than once a day! It has continued every single day since still w no pics!! Every day even though its been over ********************************************** and her! I asked them many times to please STOP PLEASE and to unsubscribe me but they do it even more.I try to just delete it every day but its not right and its very hurtful to Us and I dont want her to continue to cry cause of their cruel ignorant posts!! I try to keep them deleted so she dont see them! She lost both her parents when she was 1yr old! All she wants is to see him in a picture!! Can you please Help me Stop them from hurting us especially a 18 yr old girl who only wants a connection to her daddy!!! Please help me STOP THEM! Make them STOP HURTING US!!! Help me protect her! All I want is for them to leave us alone! She still NEVER received even one picture of him to this day! Please make them Stop Emailing me w false statements saying others want to date him or meet him to hook up or just talk! Its so painful! Please Help Us!!!

  I was not notified that a renewal was coming up. I found out by checking with my bank. They had taken $96 out. I did not approve or authorize this payment. I have talk to two different people ****** and ***** both were really rude. I asked if the clerk remembers what she saw 2 years ago and she laughed. I am asking for a refund. They will not send me a copy of the contract they said I signed Which I did not do. They claim that it is a contract or subscription They said they had a no refund clause but I was not told about. I think they make the rules as they go. They are not worth 1 star. I think they are fraudulently company. Complaint filed with Bank and Paypal

  It is a ripoff company. It's designed to make you think they know all your classmates. When in fact, they don't. They chosen a school and gotten a corresponding yearbook. They bait you with false connections to any of the classmates in the yearbook.They make it sound like they are giving you a bargain, when they just want your money.I was only a classmate ****** for 8 hours. In that length of time, I was able to see the ones who looked at my profile. I didn't know any of the so called ******************************************************************************With a score so low, I should have checked further.Don't be mislead.

  No stars Withdrew ***** for a 3 month renewal, thru my PayPal account and won't refund stating its their policy.RUN FROM THIS SITE!COULD NOT send documents stating their policy.TG

  This is a HORRIBLE Company.. They have stolen my Money for 3 years ..once they have your Credit card and charge you , you can not get a refund .. I finally had the Card removed from their Records.. Pay Pal still wont refund any of my money for services NOT used for over 2 years . They charge $25 a year.. meanwhile they sell LIFETIME Memberships for about $30.. which you cant get because they have you on Yearly Renewal... They claim its Like a " Contract" Check out Consumer Reviews, and all the negative stuff ********************** needs to be investigated . they are completely out of Control and seem to have a License to Steal money from people every year .. Do not EVER give them your Credit card info.

  I had joined for the free membership then did pay for a subscription. When the subscription ended Classmates automatically renewed the subscription for another year and deducted the amount from my bank account. I tried to cancel my membership and reported to them I did not authorize the automatic withdrawal and wanted to cancel the membership. I am not able to cancel or get a refund, was told there are no refunds given and my membership will end next year. I am out the money and there is no way to remove my personal info from their website.

  I signed up for Classmates one year ago I had a class reunion scheduled ** 2023. It was my understanding that I was signing up for one year. However, my credit card account was charged $60 for an annual renewal in October. I called the company and spoke with a representative. I stated that I did not authorize the renewal of the service. Her response was that I would not be given a refund. I added that service was worthless to me. It was marketed as a site being used for members of my class to sign up for the reunion. I ended up not going to the reunion because there were less than 15 positive responses from classmates stating they were planning to attend the event. I heard from a classmate who attended the event that there were approximately 150 people who attended.
