    This company is a rip-off will continue to bill you even if you do not want their subscription, The customer service representative was so rude that I am completely off for away to describe it. I received a $96.00 bill that had already posted. This company is a disgrace and should be SHUT DOWN. ****** H

    This horrible bunch of creeps OUTED me to 180 people I didn't even know and now they can share malicious gossip about me all over that filthy rag. I saw examples of what was in store for me. One star is WAAAAAAY too kind.

    Just a warning, I received my credit card stmt. And a charge for $96.00 has posted. I had cancelled this service in the spring of the prior year. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do. This has caused me an over limit fee, on a service I do not use or want. I opened up this service to find out when the 50 year reunion would be. They refuse to adjust, stating I am tyed into them until ****, that's 2 more years. So I advise... Just call someone, don't try and surprise anyone... you will be the one surprised.** and **** stated...all of management with this company will not assist in any way. I'm stuck.....***** to be on a fixed income and a senior citizen here in America

    I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against this company soon. Please sign me up if you do... This is a ZERO-star review. Like so many other people filing complaints here, I am certain I cancelled my account about four or five years ago. I was having some health issues for the past few years, so I didn't notice that I was still being charged. But this year I noticed. I called immediately, but was told their no-refund policy means no refund under any circumstance. I no longer have the email address they used to "notify" me of auto-renewal, but apparently, even if they get a bounce-back on those messages even to a dead email account, they are still free to charge you. Even if their system shows you have not accessed your account since 2018 AND they get a bounce-back of their notification, they are still free to continue auto-renewing charges on the account in perpetuity. How is this even legal? I have not used this account since right after my high school reunion in 2018, and haven't had the email address used in the original account for two years. I have no clue what the user name or password was since its been years since I used it. NOW, they won't even respond to my email asking how to access my account. So, essentially they are charging me and I cant even access the account. It's been 10 days since I began asking for this access information. I have asked four times, and I have still not gotten a response. How is this legal? This is a horrible predatory company. They should be shut down.

    Not much to add. i agree with all the other reviews, and have had the same experiences. What I don't understand is why Better Business Bureau gives Classmates an "A" rating ???

    They should be ashamed to run this business pretending to be of help to classmates and planning reunionsonly get your money..over charge you for an automatic renewal they never let you know they signed you up for and refuse to reimburse even after you cancel

    This is a no star review, if that was an option. I am a retired IT professional. This is by far one of the worst laid out website I have tried to use. Worthless information, scam techniques, and near spam email policy. 2 hours wasted. Next time I am in ********, I will personally stop by to complain I AM THAT MAD ******

    We were charged for renewal after we had previously cancelled. Found this out on our credit card bill. ****** services claimed we were notified by email that our membership was about to auto-renew, but we were not notified. ******** law requires a 30 to 60 day notice of auto-renewal of subscriptions or memberships. The business model of this company seems to be fraudulently renewing memberships without notification--beware..

    Classmates continued to charge my credit card after I cancelled my subscription and I had removed my credit card info from their website. Very shady business practice!!!

    Joined Classmates back in 2022 for $30.Thought this was the yearly membership.Come Oct.2023 they charge me $60 without any notice or warning of a price increase.Since that time I keep getting emails every day saying I have visits etc.When I click on the email it has the visit or message blurred out and wants me to pay another monthly fee to see these classmates.When I log into my regular acct. it acts like it is frozen and there is no activity on it.This company is stealing money from people and there is no recourse to getting it back.They should be in jail as it is basically a scam!!!************** Dec.2023

    It appears that this individual has duplicate accounts using two different email addresses. One is a paid membership, and the other is a free account. A ********************** *********** Representative will contact this member directly regarding his duplicate accounts.
