    My husband and I are senior citizens living only on Social Security! My husband had a left knee replacement at the VA ******** which is a hour ride from our house! Between doctor's ************ and P/T ************ I missed seeing email from Classmates informing me that my paid subscription was due. They charged me $96 and when I cancelled my automatic subscription they refused to cancel my subscription despite the fact that I explained to them that the $96 put my checking account in the red. I emailed them twice and called them and I was informed that under no circumstances they refund your money! They obviously only care about money and not their members since I was a member for many years!

    This company is an online scam! No refund on an unauthorized automated draft on my checking account. Their so called customer service only denied any responsibility and would not reverse the charges. I filled a fraudulent transaction with my bank and hope it gets resolved soon.************************ ********** **

    Received $60.00 automatic charge to my debit card. I talked with a person from Classmates about this and he stated no refunds per their policy. I explained that this charge went from $5.99 to $60.00 without informing of this change. I contacted the bank the same day as this went through hopefully to refund my money. This company should be ashamed of this. Never again would I use this company.

    I bought a 3 month plan to look for a possible class reunion. Every time I tried to look, all the faces of my visitors were blurred, and they wanted me to buy the same plan again. When I called to complain, it worked for one day, then went **** to blurry faces. Better to keep in touch with someone from your school who may let you know about reunions. Call your school for reunion info and don't waste your time with "Classmates"

    Just like so many others I was duped into signing up for classmates for a trial period. Next thing I know I see a charge on my bank statement for additional services. I filed a complaint with PayPal and it took a couple of months for classmates to finally do the right thing!Buyer beware!!CM will keep billing you if you dont go through several steps to cancel the auto billing. The best part is they fight you to the death over the $20 charge when you dispute the charge. Never again! I did prevail in the end but it wasnt easy.

    This is a complete scam!!!! They keep sending you notice that people are trying to reach you etc so when you finally pay to be on the site you find out that all the messages are from them! And the few people that looked at your name are people you have no idea who they are! I literally cancelled 3 days after joining but I wont get any money back. Everyone should know this!

    Just received a credit card charge for an automatic renewal for which I never agreed. Checking my records, I noticed other charges which I overlooked. I never would have agreed to these charges, almost $100 a year. From reading other reviews, it appears this company is scamming people.

    Classmates nothing but a rip off. I canceled my subscription and they went and charged me. I called him and they don't do refunds even though the money's pending in my PayPal account. They are nothing but a big rip off....They should be SHUT DOWN!!!

    Classmates encourages enrollment and suggests communication to your specific class. Emails contain names other than my own. Plan was auto renewed without notice. **** told me they have a no refund policy. $66.06 worth of aggravation. Stay away Do not enroll. A total financial waste. Too bad there is not an option for a ZEEO!

    Classmates will never send an email or mail you a letter regarding an automatic renewal that you didn't agree on. They up and charge you and even if you call them they will not refund the money. They say they don't send out emails or mail because the time lapse is too great. They just want their *****. Subscriber beware.
