    This is not a good company. They take you money without the possibility to get it back. They should have an F rating as you don't get anything of substance and then they auto renew you and defend it by saying it's in the fine print and their terms (which no one reads cause it's too tiny and WAY too long). Over 2K people reviewed it with 1 star but unfortunately I looked it up after I was scammed out of a renewal I didn't want. Bad company with bad CS.

    This is s SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. THEY WILL CONTINUOUSLY CHARGE YOU EVEN THOUGH CANCEL OVER and OVER

    This is a total scam. They charge your credit card without permission. They also will not let you to unsubscribe. I had to get a new credit card to stop their fraudulent charges.I cannot believe the Gov't allows such unscrupulous activity to continue. Something must be done against this den of thieves.

    I signed up a year ago, I thought i cancelled my subscription how ever they charged my credit card on a Sunday. I called them today and told them I didnt authorize the charge. They said they send me an email reminding me of the renewal. They didnt. I had them cancel my subscription however they wont refund me my money. Im filing a dispute with my **** card, BBB complaint, complaints with AZ attorney General where I live, WA state attorney general, FTC, UCC (uniform commercial code) and whatever other federal government agencies oversee internet purchases.

    Stay away!! They conveniently have all accounts setup for "auto renewal" when you initially sign up. They do not give you any notice before they charge your account, and very sneakily build me about 5:00 a.m. my time on a Saturday and don't have any customer service in the office until Monday. They refuse to refund my money.. I think enough of us should get together and file a class action lawsuit against these scumbags for their deceitful business practices

    Do not sign up for this site. If they get your email, they will not stop trying to bill you and spam you with emails. Also beware, any and all of their specials will sign you up for a subscription. They do not make this clear in the signup process, but you will know when you are suddenly billed in 3 months. They also will not allow refunds, which there is no justification in doing. The services they provide are digital and can be revoked at will, this company is here to take your money for services you didn't know you signed up for, and will not give it back.

    I have hit the unsubscribe link for a year, but still keep getting their emails. Today I noticed when I unsubscribed that there were arrows, and when I clicked on them, there were 7 more boxes you had to unsubscribe from, and there were numerous arrows. There is no instruction that tells you you need to click on them and unsubscribed to 20 different thins. There is NO OPTION to unsubscribe from all, they just keep harassing you. I was told the law is, if you unsubscribe, they can't hide things from you so they can keep harassing you with emails. It would be nice if the BBB did something instead of just note it.

    Cancelled the subscription more than a week ago and Classmates.com billed me anyway. Called within a few hours of the billing to find out why and requested a refund with a rude agent refused to refund the money. There was no grace ******* no notification but plenty of useless emails which was one of the reasons to cancel. I have a screenshot of the day I went on the website to cancel which said no card information on file, assuming my request to cancel was validated. Please let me post the screenshot! **************** was useless and refused to budge on a refund. Insisted on keeping the $60 cancelled subscription. Contacted my attorney and filing complaints with everyone that matters. This is wrong and nothing more than a scam when you refuse to acknowledge a cancellation.Look at the complaint's below! When is someone going to step in and fine this company for fraudulent activity? WHEN?

    I do not have a classmates account and Im not sure how they have my credit card information but they keep trying to charge me all the time, two times per week and I cannot reach them as their automated message says go to your account. But I dont have an account! I tried entering my email but that email does not exist in their system. So how are they charging me and how do you stop them! Its a complete scam!!!

    Apparently, several years ago I looked at this website and signed up for an $11 year-long membership. Just like many of the other people who have filed the unusual number of complaints about classmates.com, I got a notice this morning that $23.48 had been deducted from my Paypal account. This was done with no prior notice, nor did I authorize it. I called the number on their website and spoke with ****, employee number 5713. He told me they would not refund my money, the best they could do was cancel my membership when it next came up for renewal. I am amazed, given the number of complaints I see that nothing has been done legally about this scam company. -- *******
