I have been emailing and calling Classmates at their member care email address for weeks now. The two times I was able to speak with an actual person, they were so unaware and unhelpful. They could not provide someone in management (email or phone contact) that could resolve my issue. Instead they kept emailing the same link on their website that I had communicated was the problem. Instead, it seem no one was reading my emails and instead kept sending me back to the same website link. That web link had a coding issue that prevented me from completing my submission. The employees seem to not know where each division was located?! I asked about the division that specifically managed the donation of class yearbooks. They refused to provide it by saying they did not have that info. It seemed they were either totally unaware or simply stonewalling. How is it that no contact info for anyone associated with Classmates is on their website? Why is that allowed with a corporation?

This is a shady business. They force you into automatic renewals and instead of notifying you when it's renewal time, they just charge your credit card whether you want it or not. You know a business is disreputable when they do that. Every business should provide notice before renewal. Otherwise, they're practically a criminal organization.

I canceled my subscription 6 months ago and they're still billing me every 3 months. It just happened again. I gave them a call and was told they're was no record of the cancelation. I was also told that they couldn't process a refund but I'm more than welcome to use my subscription until March. Anyone reading this please beware of this online business. They will rip you off. Please do not subscribe to this website. Nothing but crooks running it . More than likely they'll bill me again in March. I'm not happy

I just got an unauthorized bill in my account. I had originally signed up for a promotional subscription which wasn't suppose to expire until March of 2025. I cancelled my debit card with them and need to find out how to get my money refunded. Don't sign up for this site!!

I signed up for this service to look up one specific person who I found out passed away. I then cancelled the service. Not only did they not cancel my subscription, they set it up to auto renew. So I now have a charge on my credit card and after calling them they said there are no refunds. My credit card company is now charging me late fees on a charge I did not approve. Do not sign up for this service. Its a scam.

I am SO angry that this company continues to charge people without authorization and REFUSES to issue a refund when asked to. This is a SCAM and I cannot fathom how they continue to get away with this! I am contacting the Attorney General of Washington State, Mr. *** ********, in hopes that his office will take action and issue a Class Action lawsuit against this firm on behalf of everyone Classmates.com has taken advantage of! Please join me by going to this website link: ************************************************************ to download a "General Consumer Complaint" form and submit it to ********************* for consideration.

I renewed for a 90 day period, paid through ******. When my account expired last the automatic renewal setting had been set for Manual Renewal. When I looked again after purchasing a 90 period today I saw that Classmates. com had switched the **** RENEW back to automatic without my consent. I have filed a fraud complaint with the ****************************** office to address this activity as it is clearly intentional and done with the intent to defraud I am considering a class action civil in addition to that complaint. I not only know how to spell writ, I know to write one.

Do not use Classmates.com. ******. They bill you $30 the first year and somewhere deep down in where you sign up it says it will auto bill you. Here is what we encountered: One day, and I mean less than 24 hours later, I saw a $60 charge from my checking account taken out through ****** to Classmates.com. That is TWICE what the first year is, first of all. Upon calling Classmates.com we were rudely told basically too bad, you signed up and we are keeping that money. I then put a complaint through ****** and in about two days they wanted the contract we signed, etc. My husband looked and looked to see if there was any email talking about when they were going to take out the money, he found nothing. He found where they billed him $30 last year. In the end, we were billed $60. I have since turned off the autopay to Classmates.com but I want to advise anyone/everyone and especially older people, watch out for these people. The $30 is an "introductory rate" for the first year and after that obviously it doubles which no one told him either. If he had received an email regarding a date they were going to bill us he would have surely stopped that. These people just **** the money from people and for the most part play on your sentimental feelings. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU PLAN TO GET BILLED EVERY YEAR AND IF YOU DON'T MAKE SURE YOU PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL BE SCREWED!
