  I'm adding my frustrated voice to all those others who have been scammed by this fraudulent site. First they sucker you in with a marvelous membership offer for two years, then they get you via their automatic renewal policy, backed up by their "no refund policy". What a abnoxious bunch of scammers!There are notices all over the internet about these crooks, but once you're hooked by them they won't let you go. Unconscionable!Anyone know who to turn to now in an effort to get back your money? And what are other people doing to protest besides negative reviews online?

  It's not a good shot at all they don't listen to the customer they say a zero return policy but even when there's medical issues and reasons why they still don't even look at that I wouldn't go on their side if I was you

  They are taking the side of a pedophile!! This company supports keeping convicted pedophiles on the site, and does not remove them! Even worse, they person was convicted of 3 counts of running a criminal organization with pedophilia documents. How hard up must this company must be to keep users of this type! They need to remove the profile of this convicted felon immediately. If I could rate this company a ***** I would.

  THE WORST TRASH SCAM COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!!Do not even think about signing up for the trial membership - they will AUTO-RENEW you for 1 year / $60.00 / WITHOUT your consent The whole site is a FRAUD FAKE enrolled classmates that they say looked at your portfolio - the classmate is not even remotely involved with the site TOTAL FRAUD SITE!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!

  I've been trying to delete my account for years and it keeps popping back up on my credit card. I have been "assured" that the auto renew has been turned off but that is what happened last year as well. They told me there is a zero refund zero return policy. Funny part is she did not ask for account credential passwords or anything to even verify who I was. Just gave her my name and she claims to have made changes to the account. For those in the same boat - Please take the time to fill out a fraud report with your State ************************** for ** ist can be found at *************************** I noted on the fraud form they can take any money they retrieve when confronting these scammers and put it in the state general fund. For anyone looking to do business with this company, DON'T you will so regret it.

  Year book reprints include hand-written inscriptions for whomever originally owned the book that they copy from. They say they have a disclaimer on the payment page, which I did not see. No refunds or returns.

  DECEITFUL, THIEVERY, SCAMMERS RENEW without notification!Callous and rude reps on the phone, either suddenly cannot hear you at the mention of reverse the charges, or "I have other callers now." after waiting over an hour to get the hateful person on the phone who has no time for you after taking YOUR money! STAY AWAY from Classmates.com!

  They are THE WORST company ever!! I used them to spread the word about an upcoming reunion (a save the date) and learned they send emails a couple of times a day! And, they send them to people that have no connection to my HS at all. When I called their **************** reps were rude and dismissive and actually hung up on me when I requested a conversation with an Exec (who refused to speak with me). Next, I will attempt to cancel and see how that goes! DO NOT use them..there are other ways to connect with former classmates.

  This scam operation charged my credit card $96 for a subscription renewal that they claim I authorized by responding to an email they sent me 30 days before. I checked my emails back to the beginning of the year and found no such email from them. When I called them to issue a $96 credit to my credit card I was told that they have a no refund policy! I called my credit card company requesting that they dispute the charge and was told that I have to wait 15 days before I can dispute the charge. They cannot guarantee that I might see a positive outcome to resolving the dispute of this unauthorized charge. I would advise anyone not to open any emails from classmates.com.

  Auto renew for something I did not sign for up for ($96). **************** speaks to you as if they are reading from prompts. No help with situation. They report if you sign up, then you automatically renew at higher price. This practice is not good and hurts people pockets.
