1 starDeceptive Business Practices. They'll tell you something is free or a one-time payment then auto-enroll you in a subscription service. When you try to speak with a manager to cancel it, they put you on hold for 30+ minutes then hang up on you. There's a reason this page is filled with 1 star reviews. Colorado AG's ************************** should shut them down.Review fromJasmine F

1 starSales person was incredibly pushy, would not accept no as an answer. I was under the impression that I was signing up for a one time service, then Im told its an agreement for service once every two months for a year. They would not send me the initial contract that I signed. Today Im sent a new contract and am told the services are actually every month and the cancellation fee is around $400. This is an incredibly predatory and dishonest business. Actually feels more like a scam than a business. Do not trust them.Review fromBeau M

1 starSalesman came to our house multiple times in one day even with a No Soliciting sign on the front door. The second time was at 845 at night when my 3 kids were in bed. After several times of the salesman knocking on the door, I answered....pointed to the No Soliciting sign and let them know I was not interested. They continued with their sales pitch even with me stating 3 times that we were not interested. Do not appreciate the lack of respect....I am a strong believer in No means No!Review fromMichelle S

1 starI had a gentleman come to my door yesterday to get me to sign up for Saela. He told me my neighbor ***** signed up and they are trying to get everyone a better deal by having more neighbors sign up. We live in a new build community and that house is still vacant, which I learned later that evening. The initial price when talking to him was $399 for the initial service and $299 every 60 days. I told him that is outrageous and that I would not sign a 18 month contract for anything. After some back and forth we agreed to $159 for every service to include the initial. He did not give me the terms and conditions to review, but had me review two small paragraphs and sign. A little while later another gentleman showed up. Was here for about 3 minutes and did not complete what I was told they would do, which was to spray all my siding and rock beds. I received an email with the T&Cs and did not agree with them, so I exercised my right to cancel within 3 business days, which must be done by phone. I had to call 3 times. The first two times I had requested a call back through their phone queue, but received no call back and then received an email stating they had reached out and if I still needed service to call again. I called again and finally got put through to a manager. I had to tell her no less than 15 times to cancel my agreement per the 3 day cancellation period in the contract. She offered to reduce the rate to $124 and I told her on my first call the gentleman tried to get me to agree to $119, so then she reduced it to $114. I still said no and to cancel, and she then offered to give me 50% off my next service, which I also declined. After an hour and a half of my day, I received confirmation that they would cancel my agreement and refund my original payment for the services yesterday. It is ridiculous to have to call 3 time and wait on hold for so long to exercise my right in the contract.Review fromChuck S

1 starSaela rep showed up at my door. Told him wasn't interested. He said lots of my neighbors were signing up. Told him he could spray one ********** let them know if I want to continue. I wasn't interested in signing up until after that. *** said he had to have credit card info cuz they can't leave bill at my door. *** said I had to sign for the one time house service. It was a lower rate. (later realized he tricked me into contract) After the spray man showed up 2nd ************ went to $140 sprayed around house about 5 min. Couldn't come inside to spray because wife is immunal comprimized. So told the guy wanted to cancel & he said he couldn't do that. Went online to chat window. Couldn't cancel either had to call in. Why am I calling in to cancel something I never signed up for anyway? When I called in they said I'd have to cancel my 18 mo. contract. What? I said I have no contract. *** on phone said you signed one. Apparantly I had been lied to & tricked by the door rep. ***** out when you cancel you pay 50% of the remaining fee for the 18 mo. contract that I did not want. Saela price was to high. Wasn't happy with 5 min service for $140. I cancelled & I was billed $492.70 for NO SERVICE and a lie. STAY AWAY FROM SAELA they will change their business name again no doubt. I have been robbed (I had to pick one star on review but really Saela is a big zero) The door salesman is into tricking customers. Beware of ******************** & trick salesman at your door. Lies & empty promisesReview fromHeather C

1 starAfter having what I thought would be a one time service- weve continued to have Seala show up- I tell them that I am not home and to cancel the service and only once was that actually done. Weve had people stop and broom off our house, spray the front, gain access to my locked back yard, and spray around the corner of my house above my dogs trying to reach the side of my house that is fenced off for my dogs. *** continued to say I wasnt interested and they keep showing up. They charged two for doing full services and only did my front yard. We cancelled our card- and they are still showing up- not only calling my personal phone about the denied payment and closed card- but they are calling my work too. Promised that it was a hassle free, service- at my will and here we sit!Review fromAmy T

1 starThis company is a scam. They had me sign for what I thought was the service I received that day but it ended up being a year contract for a service I did not want. I have tried to call over a dozen times over the past month and either get disconnected or told that a manager has to speak with me to cancel. The manager has not called me back on three separate occasions and the other times they disconnect me during the transfer. The do not have good business practice and not see how they are still operating when they are signing customers up for *********************** they didnt want and then not allowing them to cancel or ever call them back.Saela Pest Control

1 starSenior abuse and scam. No mention of early termination fee. Didnt show up on time, didnt return our phone calls for 72 hours. Will not cancel the contract, even though they misrepresented the terms of the contract. all I wanna do is move on and not be penalized for services that we dont get.Saela Pest Control

1 starWhat a terrible business model, I am just trying to cancel the service because my father passed away and they are seeking a death certificate and give their website. Well their website gives no email address. Obviously they can't do a legit product because reading below they need people to jump through a ton of hoops. Scamming elderly for a living is sad, they should be ashamed.Saela Pest Control

1 starThis company is absolutely the worst company ever. I had an individual named ************************* which wasnt even his real name. His real name was *************************. I had told this individual that my dog just had gotten paralyzed the day before & he was in emergency surgery that I was going to have to pay an absurd amount of money for & that I was going out of town for work & didnt need to be spending any more money than what I had to spend for my dogs surgery. Literally dude wouldnt leave me alone. I have obvious signs & even just got to the point where I bluntly was just like no man what dont you understand. This man literally just kept lowering & lowering the price. Like no its not about price its about im spending 13k plus for my dogs surgery & then in 3 days leaving for business for a month so I need every bit of funds to help my wife at the house if anything went wrong while I was gone. Do you think this guy gave a rats a** about what was going on in my life ? Absolutely notAfter about 30 minutes of back & forth of denial for service I finally just was like holy cow Im just gonna have to pay to get this guy off the property. Come to find out a month in that I have another service coming up in a few days that I was never informed about. So basically I never wanted to buy, I immediately had buyers remorse & should have just sent in the letter because they do have a 3 days clause where if you send in a written letter providing your information & reason for cancellation you dont have to pay the 50% cancellation fee.I was optimistic that it wouldnt be difficult to spray an outside of a residential home they couldnt even do that much as I still had mud daubers & many different insects all over the outside of the home. I even asked for them to service the garage for mice . Do you think they did that ? No they didnt do that . Please save your *********** energy do no talk to the Saela pest control guy. Do not get swindled into the free first treatment.
