      First service on 9/20, called 9/30 and requested a follow up service as we had spiders setting off our Ring system all night. They would not provide a follow up service at no cost. The CS agent had a heavy accent and spoke very fast, there is no way you could understand what he was saying. I finally talked over him until he stopped to breath and demanded to speak to a supervisor. He finally put me on hold and was gone for some time, when he returned he "finally" agreed to a no charge follow up. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. Has all the ear marks of a very "shady" operation. **

      They RIPPED ME OFF for over $400 dollars! Some sad reviews here about months long attempts trying to cancel. We'll see. Straight up GARBAGE company.

      This company is a scam. Don't use them. They will quote you a price. Tell you the follow up is free and then they try and charge you. Buyer beware. Don't use this company

      Bad experience. Timing would never match up with mine which is understandable but instead of helping me i was offered nothing and to take time out of my day of work to make time to come let them in my house. I explained to them my schedule had changed and I had been working 6 days. They charged me $208 to cancel with them even though they could not provide me with the service they were forcing me to keep. Horrible business motto and I feel personally like they scammed me.

      They wont let me cancel my account Ive tried multiple times and they kept saying aww well Im sorry **** but you cannot cancel. I have no job and bills to pay They offered me to get a free service for this one month and that not enough time for me to find a job. Im just tryna cancel my subscription and all I get is practically no I cant and that Im stuck in this subscription. So now I got a ****** ticket to pay and this monthly subscription that my house has never received any pest control for two months. Literally Im at my lowest and this just brought me down more low than I can possibly be. Fair warning dont sign up for the subscription plans and dont open your door to sellers.

      Avoid signing a contract with Saela, formerly known as Edge. They are notorious for aggressively pursuing money from customers. I encountered a mouse problem and their only proposed solution was to clear and replace the attic insulation for $13,000. They locked me into a two-year contract (early termination fees) and charged $125 every eight weeks for bug spraying around my home. Their approach doesnt address the root cause of the issue, which is allowing mice to enter. They employ high-pressure sales tactics and even threatened that my house would have trouble selling if the attic wasnt replaced. Since theyre not local, you cant communicate directly with the owner; instead, you deal with a call center and wait on hold for managers who are equally indifferent to your concerns. Despite repeated visits, the core problem remains unresolved, and their solution is always an additional $13,000 expense. Even with the attic insulation removal and replacement, theres no guarantee it will stop the mice. I am now working with a local business to address the root cause of the infestation and going door-to-door in my neighborhood to warn others about Saelas questionable practices.

      Terrible. BEWARE. Tried to cancel my service, they give you the runaround, spoke to 4 different people, they kept trying to transfer me from one person to another.

      The Saela salesman lied about ability to terminate services. Treatments were misquoted and now I am locked in for 4 more services after asking these questions directly. Typical bait and switch tactics.

      I've been using this company for 4 years. I called to cancel my services and they would not listen to my very clear words of "I would like to cancel my services" which I had to repeat multiple times. Instead, they kept trying to sell me products, lower the prices, question after question. My response was the same every time, "please cancel my services." Then the rep indicated he couldn't cancel my services that I had to talk to a manager. After a very long wait, the manager was even more ruthless of trying to upsell, and ignoring my several requests to "please cancel my services." I don't understand why they have to get a customer to irate. I even said, "i've asked you multiple times to cancel my services. I don't want your services, I don't want you to lower my price, please don't ask me any further questions. Please just cancel my services." And still she tried to up sell me. I finally said "do you need anything further from me to cancel my services? Did you email me the cancelation agreement?" These are predatory practices.
