      Words cannot express how disgusted I am at this company. I was accosted by one of their door-to-door salesmen, despite having a No Soliciting sign on my door. After listening to his lengthy sales pitch, I politely declined the offer of service. The salesman refused to take no for an answer, and continued to BULLY me to try to get me locked into a contact. I kid you not when I say I told him no at least 6 times. My husband finally had to slam the door in the jerks face to get him to leave us alone and respect our time and to take no for an answer. The only way I see people doing business with this company is if they were bullied into it and said yes just to get the rude salesmen off their backs. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR TO THESE PEOPLE. EVER.

      Predatory and Dishonest Practices Beware!I was very clear with the salesperson that I only wantedand could only afforda one-time service. My husband had just passed away, my finances had doubled overnight, and I explained this in detail. The representative was polite at first, but I was tricked into signing a two-year contract I never wanted and didnt realize I had agreed to.When I finally managed to cancel, I was hit with a $900 cancellation fee for absolutely nothing other than ending the unwanted service. Their contract is designed to be nearly impossible to escape.THIS COMPANY PREYS ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE AND USES DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

      Total scam artists. They lied to us. They tried to scare us into spending over $10,000, when we didn't need the service. Stay away from them at all costs.

      They charged my credit card for a visit that did not happen and wasn't even scheduled. They never give notice when they are coming and, apparently, just come whenever it pleases them. They don't even try to make an appointment, I am supposed to spend everyday of my life just waiting for them to decide to come to my house unannounced.

      This company is absolutely awlful. I would never do business with them again. I have never left a review for any company before - which tells you how bad they are. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. The actual service is OK but the trouble begins when you want to cancel your account. The customer ********************** agents will not allow you to cancel until you have asked to speak to a manager. We had to threaten legal action before they would act. If I could leave negative stars I would.

      Do not hire. They email, text, call, knock on the door before they start, and then they knock on the door after they finish (stating that they need a signature) but it's really to upsell something (they do it every time). I will likely get an email, text and phone call to state they are finished. If carrier pigeons and teletypes were still around they would send those as well, I am surprised they don't fax me. I don't need continuous contact.They came door to door and I have learned my ******* I am not buying ANYTHING at my door ever again.

      I would rather saw my foot off with a hand saw than do business with them again. We had wasps and spiders on our property. We had Orkin and were pretty happy. But we ended up switching because one of their door-to-door salesmen decided to ignore our No Soliciting sign on our front door and posed as an admirer of my truck. I stupidly fell for it. You sign an 18-month binding contract with them. If cancelled for ANY reason you owe them 50% of the remaining cost to service your property for how ever long is left on the contract. We ended up moving to an area that they do not service and as a result, I had to pay to cancel the service. They also only spray indoors when requested so if you do not remember to request it, they only spray outdoors. We ended up paying more for less coverage and as a result we started seeing spiders inside. It also took me 30 minutes to cancel my account. I told the customer ********************** *** I wanted to cancel to which he proceeded to put me through a sales loop to retain me as a customer for 20 minutes. I was then put on hold for 2 minutes and it took a manager another 8 minutes to finally cancel my account. I want to be VERY clear, I stated MULTIPLE times that I wanted to cancel my account. I CANNOT say this enough times, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAELA!

      While I don't have many complaints about the service other than that technicians struggled to go to my house and not my neighbors, my issues lie with the poor business practices displayed by Saela. 1. Scheduling: Saela gives little to no notice that they are coming and provide conflicting information as to whether you need to be present. I also had to explain numerous times that I did not sign up for a monthly service, but a quarterly one.2. In that same vein, if they come seemingly unscheduled it is nigh impossible to get them to leave.3. Payment: technicians will not allow you to inspect work prior to payment and instead harp on me not having a saved payment method. Given the unprompted visits and lack of work verification I refuse to have a payment method saved that could be erroneously charged.4. Cancellation: from the two phone calls it took to cancel my service I had to be rerouted multiple times and was bombarded with sales pitches at each stage. I reiterated multiple times exactly why I was cancelling (simply not needing service anymore). The attempts to prevent cancellation were repetitive and it is obvious the customer ********************** **** are reading from a rigid script as they only shallowly acknowledge your reasoning.I don't care how good the service might be if you make my life more frustrating in the process. I am happy to finally be rid of this company and hope this review can sway others to, at the very least, look into other options.

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT HIRE THEM. HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN ** IS BEYOND ME. THEY LIE ABOUT SERVICE, LOCK YOU INTO RECURRING CONTRACT, AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL.

      If I could give negative stars, I would.This company has been dishonest and extremely difficult to deal with. The first salesperson came to my home, was very persistent, and assured me that the $49/month service would take care of my grasshopper problem. That turned out to be false the service only covers the area near the home, not the yard.A second rep came out and admitted the first had misled me. He said he'd provide a complimentary service to address the grasshoppers and had me sign paperwork. I later found out that I was unknowingly signed up for a second contract, bringing my total monthly cost to $150 for services I didnt even want.When I tried to cancel, I was told Id have to pay 50% of the remaining contract even though I was misled by two different reps. **** offered a small discount, but only if I stayed in the contract. I kept being told conflicting information. One rep said my final service would be in March and to call back after that. I spoke to ****** on March 12, who said they'd come out again the next day and that I needed to call after that service to cancel.Then in June, another service was performed without my authorization, and I received a bill. I had already removed my card because I didnt agree to further services. When I called to cancel, I was transferred multiple times, pitched new offers nearly 20 times, and told a manager would call me back which never *********** one point, they told me I still had another service left, contradicting everything Id previously been told. Ive paid almost a full year for services I never wanted, couldnt use, and repeatedly tried to cancel.Customer ********************** refused to take accountability, even after all the documented miscommunication and deception. I finally had to tell them not to step foot on my property again. This has been a nightmare to resolve.
