      The service is fine but the contract they have you sign is very deceptive, youre under contract for 24 months. I called for spraying for spring ants, I signed for that service but got fleas, mosquitoes, and other critters without anyone explaining that I was get all services and for a contract of 24 months that you cant cancel. Youre under contract for a full 24 months. Very deceptive !!!!!!

      Do not sign up with them. I would give a zero rating if I could. I am no longer under contract and called to cancel the service.I had to ask the first ****** 5 times to cancel before I asked to talk to a manager. I was then asked for my account number which I did not have as I was walking.When I got home and called back I asked them to cancel and the ****** then started with the whole sales pitch again then said they would have to transfer me to a manger.That ****** again tried to dissuade me and actually said I might end up with rodent issues (ants were the problem). I asked her to cancel and she started to read the script again after my third request to cancel asking her if she could help me as I was the customer she finally agreed. I was put on hold and 10 minutes later was ************** time wasted was and hour and a half including waiting for call back.On a positive note the local ****** they sent out was great as was the local ****** I used to be able to contact.

      Don't believe their sales people or their service people. They promise - and it sounds good, but they just say what they think you want to hear. They come do a service and claim to cover everything, but they don't and then they leave after only 10 minutes. Don't sign anything or you will be in for a long, expensive contract!

      They are the worst. They lie about there services and then they dont do it. They get you to sign a contract with no way of getting out of it. I highly advise you not to us them.

      Very deceptive business practices designed to get you to unknowingly agree to subscription services and make it very hard to cancel. I cancelled and refused service, called and the kept charging my card. Called again as they said you could only cancel in the phone and spoke to 3 people and asked for confirmation of the cancellation. I received an email saying they could not process the cancellation.

      Words cannot express how disgusted I am at this company. I was accosted by one of their door-to-door salesmen, despite having a No Soliciting sign on my door. After listening to his lengthy sales pitch, I politely declined the offer of service. The salesman refused to take no for an answer, and continued to BULLY me to try to get me locked into a contact. I kid you not when I say I told him no at least 6 times. My husband finally had to slam the door in the jerks face to get him to leave us alone and respect our time and to take no for an answer. The only way I see people doing business with this company is if they were bullied into it and said yes just to get the rude salesmen off their backs. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR TO THESE PEOPLE. EVER.

      Predatory and Dishonest Practices Beware!I was very clear with the salesperson that I only wantedand could only afforda one-time service. My husband had just passed away, my finances had doubled overnight, and I explained this in detail. The representative was polite at first, but I was tricked into signing a two-year contract I never wanted and didnt realize I had agreed to.When I finally managed to cancel, I was hit with a $900 cancellation fee for absolutely nothing other than ending the unwanted service. Their contract is designed to be nearly impossible to escape.THIS COMPANY PREYS ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE AND USES DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

      Total scam artists. They lied to us. They tried to scare us into spending over $10,000, when we didn't need the service. Stay away from them at all costs.

      They charged my credit card for a visit that did not happen and wasn't even scheduled. They never give notice when they are coming and, apparently, just come whenever it pleases them. They don't even try to make an appointment, I am supposed to spend everyday of my life just waiting for them to decide to come to my house unannounced.
