      This company lies to you about there service. Had them come out to do a prevented treatment. After they treated my rental ( one side) they said they do not do a one time service, and I need to sign up for 3 time service at $150.00 each, but because it was half a unit they dicounted it $30.00. each time. Now I have renters that moved in and they have ROACHES!!! Which that was what I was trying to prevent from happening. Saela said that I have the bacic treatment service. Saela said they have GERMAN ROACHES which the service I have doesnt treat for GERMAN ROACHES and for rhat kind of ***** its a ONE TIME treatment for $300.00. Saela didnt explain any of this at any point. When I called to explain this to them and ask for ALL my money back ( because the treatment they use didnt work. There response was, we did the treatment you signed up for. AM NOT HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE OR CUSTOMER **********************!!!

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Back in 2023, my wife was approached by a salesman who came to our door and got her to sign up for a contract. After that contract had lapsed, we planned to have another company take over the services due to the ineffectiveness of the treatments. Earlier this year, another technician came by the house and spoke to my wife, saying that he was going to spray again. Nothing was mentioned about entering into another contract. Now we are locked into a 36-month contract, with the only means of escape being to pay a ****** of $1,300! The treatment straight up does not work; they were just out here, and my son is getting bitten by mosquitoes and spiders daily. We keep finding spiders and beetles in our home.We have called them numerous times to try to get them to let us out of this outrageous contract, to no avail. We are now considering legal action in order to finally be done with this company. Avoid them at all costs!

      Sales people have come to our city harassing everyone about signing up. They ignore no soliciting signs and won't take no for an answer, even after telling them several times you're not interested. Most of us have to close our doors in their faces to get them to leave. Some of the pushy sales **** have even stayed out knocking on doors past 10pm... This behavior they are teaching their **** is completely unprofessional, and most of the time the **** don't have a city license to be soliciting anyway. Stay away from this company!

      This salesperson ignored our no soliciting sign and interrupted our holiday dinner to solicit. I asked them to leave and they wouldnt. Had to close the door in their face.

      Zero stars more appropriate. Sales jerk, introduced himself as *****, came to our door. Inconsiderate punk. Didn't take no as an answer. Had to close door to end. Ring captured him happy with getting door shut on him, "I win." Nice to see a salesperson engaging in rage baiting.

      One star is too much. Horrible company to deal with. My contract ended and I told them I was not continuing, mainly because the service did nothing. I continued to get emails and texts about my upcoming service. Every time I called to tell them I don't have service they gave the same story saying I had one more mosquito spray. I wish I had recorded my previous phone calls with them. It is a scam, plain and simple. Now I am on hold for 30+ minutes to argue about the same thing again. NEVER sign a contract with this company, NEVER work with them. RUN AWAY!!

      Saela representatives came through my neighborhood at 845PM on a Friday night. Loud knock on my door. So effing annoying. They can't respect my evening, my family or my house, why would I use their services? Their representative would NOT SHUT UP! I just said it's 845pm and shut the door in their face.

      Do not use this company. The sales people are aggressive and belligerent. They intimidate senior citizens into signing 18-month contracts that are impossible to cancel. There is a huge penalty for canceling the service. They dont respond to emails or text messages, and their customer ********************** department is patronizing and defensive. They are a pest needing to be controlled.

      I kindly said no 5 TIMES and was ignored each time by the salesman. I finally shut and locked the door and he stood on my porch continuing his pitch. Ive never been so uncomfortable by a company. This is harassment and whoever is teaching your employees this business tactic should be in jail.
