He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and took the time to listen carefully to our concerns about the specific pests we were dealing with. He then conducted one of the most thorough inspections weve ever experienced.?What set TJ apart was his knowledge and communication. He clearly explained the why and how of the treatment plan, showing us exactly where the pests were entering and outlining steps we could take on our end.
