1 starHorrible customer service, they did not cancel my account after I called multiple times.On Jan 31, 2024, I learned that a Fox technician was arrested on my block after having broken into a neighbors house. I recognized him from the mug shot.I called Fox that same day to cancel my account. They said okay, that they understood the situation, and that a service manager would be calling me that day. I never received a call back. I assumed they were just going to try to get my business back.Then on March 17, 2025, I received a text message that they were coming to service my home the next day. I immediately called ***, telling them that I canceled on Jan 31st and that I do not want my home serviced, and that I need to be refunded for the past 2 months. They looked up the notes from my call on Jan 31st. They again told me that a service manager would call me. I told them I do not need to speak to someone, I just need my account canceled and I dont want my home to be serviced. They again insisted that I look out for a call from a service manager. I explained again that I just needed my account cancelled.The next day, I received a text message that a technician was on the way to service my home. I called *** again, explaining everything that happened. They again insisted that I wait for a call back from the service manager. I told them that I have a job, I cannot just answer my phone at any time, that I took time out of my busy day to call them to cancel twice already, and that it is absurd for them to not actually cancel even though I called to cancel twice already. This is clearly a tactic to continue billing me, requiring that I pick up a call from a random phone number at a time thats convenient for them, instead of canceling my account when I called them at my convenience. Clearly my account should have been canceled the first time I called. And the second time I called. I can only hope they got the message the third time I called.Buyer beware.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starThe first service, they sent out someone to help me 2 years ago. I then signed on to their monthly payment quarterly service.For the last 2 years I have not been getting my moneys worth what so ever. Ive paid them 63 a month for the last 2 years. All for them to spray around the house a few times a year.The service calls I did utilize throughout the years, where they would spray for bees and other specific areas. HOWEVER.Most recently, I had another issue where I found out there was a dead mouse in my basement. I called fox to have someone come out. They could not find the dead mouse, did not set any traps. They put a temp seal on the place where they thought they were coming in.Then within the next week, we found out mice were coming upstairs through our basement into our kitchen. I then called again and had someone come out. The service guy put down a trap (later come to find out this trap was not even set correctly and had no bait on it.)I then decided to call someonelse at a different company to try and help me out because *** does not do permanent seals, just temporary.Within 15 minutes of him being there, he found a very old pile of shrew p*** in my basement. *** did not catch this.He found the spot they were actually coming through into my basement, and other entry points that Fox also do not find. This company also showed me the trap that *** put down that was not set correctly Because of this I wanted to cancel my contract. *** said that would not charge me for the remaining 2 months I had on my contract. However, they charged me the first time. I had to call and get that refunded. Then once again, I have a 64 dollar bill once again for this past month they say I owe money ****** would be great if I could be refunded some amount of money for the fact that I paid to not get quality service or expertise.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starSigned up for 1 year contract. If you dont cancel they automatically renew for another year. Nearly impossible to cancel, I tried multiple times and they just keep putting you on hold to extend the call so youll hang up. My cancellation fee was crossed off on original contract. When I call to reference it, they cant see that on the 2 copies in my file and ask me to find the original or Ill have to pay the $250 fee. I have the original so no worries, but I checked my customer portal and the first document they uploaded in there last year was said contract with cancellation fee crossed out. Would not trust this company. Keep receipts/records of everything with them or they will try to pull one over on you.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starYou give them a good rating, however they many complaints against them, so I appears that a complaint is useless.I canceled my service and they continue to withdraw funds from my bank account. 1 starI am currently being harassed by this company. I was past customer who left on bad terms and left a negative ****** review for the way I was treated upon by departure and the reason I left. I left because I denied the opportunity to speak to a manager regarding my account upon trying to terminate my services. I have since been called and text NON STOP even after expressing my wishes not to be contact anymore I am still being called by their sales people who fail to note or delete my account. I am seeking legal actions for this harassment and will be filing suits agains the company as well as each sales person who is calling.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starRun away from this company. I agreed to the normal pest control contract. And kept having them try to upsell me on termite protection. One of their sales **** called me the night before I was leaving for vacation and pushed and pushed me to take advantage of a promotion they had for the termite protection. I stressed that I was leaving for vacation and also didn't have the money up front. He said they had a payment plan. When I asked his there was anything in addition to the fee I was paying upfront for the protection he said no. And since they were coming out the next day to get this over with before we left, I had to sign all the paperwork quickly. I didn't realize that the "monthly fee" on the contract wasn't just the monthly payment plan for the initial fee. So now I am on the hook for 2 payments a month, to the tune of $1000 for the first year. And if I want to keep the stations that I already paid to have installed I have to continue paying the monthly fee or they will come take them out since they are a "rental". Had I known there was a monthly fee on top of the $500 installation I already paid for, I never would have agreed to this. And I called and there's basically nothing they are willing to do for me. 1 starPretty terrible experience w/ Fox Pest Control. We've used them for several months, with no issues, but today an employee came to do a termite inspection. He insulted my wife, saying "call your husband, men usually have a better understanding of these things."He then recommended a $2300 service, and said we only had 24 hours to decide, or else the results of the inspection would no longer be valid. He also refused to give us anything in writing about his findings or the quoted services, saying it violated state regulations. When I talked to a manager at ***, he said "he wasn't sure about those regulations, but he'd look into it."All in all, just really high-pressure tactics that seemed very sketchy. I'd recommend avoiding Fox and choosing another pest control company in the area. We canceled our contract w/ them.
