      I dont appreciate your sales people going door to door in a gated community with a very clear no soliciting sign. Then they have the nerve to knock on my door with a second very clear no soliciting sign. Then they STILL attempt to give their pitch after Ive asked them to leave.

      DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS. I recently signed up with this company. During the initial conversation I told this terrible sales guy, I was interested in getting a new alarm company , but had 3 months remaining on my then current company but could not afford tp pay two bills . That being said I told him I would wait until i complete my obligation with my current and would get back with him in 3 months. He immediately responded not to worry he would pay off the my current provider. He asked me to send a copy of my contract with my provider (which I did) and he would take care of it. I agreed , he set a date and the system was installed. The technician short circuited the thermostat during this process, causing the A/C not to work. I reported this and he was sent back the next day but could not resolve the issue. (the problem was a blown fuse which I replace myself and got it going. Upon the next billing period I was debited $91.45 from my previous company. This was 2 months ago and they still haven't paid my old contract off. I've spoken to them 4 different times and each time they tell me payoff is in process. In the meantime I've made 2 of the 3 remaining payments. On the last conversation I was told they've sent a gift card to cover the charge. I have yet to receive this card. I must say they did give me a much better deal and the equipment works well. I would like to warn anyone considering using this company to BE AWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE SALES PEOPLE.

      Vivint was taking payments monthly for 10 years out of my checking account. I moved in June 2024. I switched banks and they were still taking payments out for 10 months after I moved out of the house. The bank contacted them they paid for payments back, I was on the phone with them for hours three different times and they swore that they were gonna put the money back in the bank account. Then they swore they were gonna send me a check for the other six payments and I never received anything. They all lie no matter how much the supervisor tells you theyre going to send the check they never do. They should be put out of business. They are disgusting.

      Vivint home service is a fraud we were told we had 30days to cancel service and when we tried to cancel we was told we only had 5days to cancel now they told us we have to pay over a thousand dollars to cancel service and also the service amount is different from what we was quoted

      This company is a scam. I was told I would have 30 days to try it out and could cancel at any time. I came back to cancel with in 30 days because it doesnt work and is to expensive, they then told me it was a 3 day period to cancel. Who tries something for only 3 days??? The guy lied about everything and basically pushed his way into my house. Dont get sucked into this scam. They wont return emails or calls. This has been a total nightmare.

      The service works, but customer service is horrendous. Just to cancel the service, took us over ************************************************************************************************************ using them anymore. No matter how many times we told them "no" to the multiple offers over and over again, they still remained pushy and aggressive to the point of us about to lose our patience. We informed them each time; we want to cancel and stop with the offers. They simply would not take no for an answer. This in itself does not make me want to stay with a company such as this. I feel a little bad about their personnel who are forced to continue to harass those that want to just cancel. They need to do better.

      Company has refused to ****** my account and issue my refund. Every 30 days it seems they want me to send in another cancellation request even when their service is below par and i dont have any functional equipment. after I've made multiple attempts based on their policy to cancel my account. At this point I'm considering filing a claims in court to have Vivint terminate my account and punitive damage. I have contacted them multiple times and sent emails but they keep running sales pitch for me to stay and at this point it seems like intimidation. I no longer believe in this company. They just want my money and my account cancelled

      Absolutely terrible company to work with. They are scammers and snuck things into the contract making us personally liable for a business account.When requested to install the equipment in our office, they refused saying we were not in a serviceable area. This is AFTER we confirmed multiple times about installation. They sent 4 technicians all who refused to install the security system. After this they told us we signed a contract till 2028 and are demanding we pay over $5000 just to cancel the contract with them.They outsourced their financing without notice to ************ and opened a line of credit and now it is tanking my personal credit score due to Vivint's unprofessionalism, underhanded business practices, and overall borderline illegal operations.When trying to call them they put you on hold for 3-4 hours and then cut the line. When they call you back the line goes silent. They leave no information or notes for the next service *** or supervisor and you start the process all over again. I have been on the phone with them for a total of 20+ hours!!!I would refrain from getting involved with them in any way possible. I will be opening a legal case with them to get my money back on top of damages if I do not get a response.
