      I've tried to work out any billing discrepancies. Instead I get harassing phone calls EVERYDAY, several times a day. They can't accurately tell me anything about my account. Now they won't cancel me AGAIN, until I pay some money. I believe they are desperate for money, and default account issues. I would definitely put my money into a reputable security company. I now have one!

      I would never recommend this company to anyone. I cancelled service during a move and they never cancelled it in their system. After multiple conversations over months with people who did not speak English very well, I decided to suck it up and pay for service that I was not receiving because no one could tell me anything. Also, they never had a manager available I could speak with. I paid for service for almost 2 YEARS and finally told them I would pay the balance off. I have credit card statements and emails verifying the account was closed and now they have started harassing me again. I have lost a lot of money paying for service I never received. I just want them to leave me alone.

      No stars! 2nd worse decision of my life. From the beginning when they misspelled my name and told me it would be fixed (never was) to the end where they took out two payments out of an account I did not authorize. I called them out so many time to fix the equipment, I just gave up! I bought out the contract 6 months early and used another card to pay it off. They took the payoff out of that account and then proceeded to take monthly payments. I never authorized payments out of that account. I had to call an additional 3 times just to get the payments stopped from the account I had paid off. Nothing for the interest or compensation for the trouble!

      The worst home security company ever. They lie to you and demand you pay fees that they told you didn't have to. One person says one thing then one person says another. Took 3 months to cancel my account after doing everything they ask then still charge me for the 3 months when they said I wouldn't be charged. This company is scam do not get service here. I will tell every person I know do not get Vivint Smart Home. They told me once I pay my equipment off I can cancel but then told me I have to pay I buyout a month later and including the months the cancellation was going threw. The worst company ever. Trust me when I say this they will find a way for you to pay extra and will not let up or give you no breaks. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!!!! They lied to me and still would not remove the months of payment during the cancellation process.

      0 stars this company is the absolute worst. My equipment was offline in a box for 8 months and Vivint didnt contact me until my credit card expired

      I have been having problems with my panel and cameras. The panel tells me I need to replace batteries on my window sensors. I placed all the batteries three weeks ago and the panel is still telling I need to replace the batteries. Then I will get a message saying that the battery has been changed. A couple of days later I will get a message saying that my batteries need to be changed. My cameras work when they want too. I will have a package delivered to my front door, where a camera is located, and I will not get a notification. The only way I know a package has been delivered is because Alexa tells me. I have called about this problem at least three times or more. All they do is have me do the same trouble shooting steps, with no end results. When people come to cut the grass, I turn off the notification in the App, but I still receive them. I constantly get notification about vehicles being detected and I don't have that feature on. I notified them of this problem in February and they said they are aware and working on the problem. Then they want to charge me $99 for a technician to come out and trouble shoot their faulty equipment. To cancel my contract now would cost me $700!!! I do not feel safe in my own home!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not care about the safety of their customers!!!

      This company has the worst customer experience that I have ever dealt with. After being forced to do a equipment upgrade then them getting my billing wrong time after time and calling multiple times trying to get it corrected with no results. If I could rate a score lower than a one star I definitely would customers beware

      ***** I wish I read the reviews here before signing up for Vivint. I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience has been with their customer service. I literally have contacted them every other day since my system was put in 2 weeks ago for various issues and have made an idiot of myself trying to explain to them why they're terrible. Not worth the headache.

      They didn't do their job right when I first signed up with them in December they did not do their job right I'm very disappointed in they're trying to charge me all this money from way back in December I'm on disability I gave him my card number and I had signed up for auto pay and they never took my money out of my bank account now they're trying to charge me for all this back pay when they were supposed to be taking my money out of my account and I'm very upset with all this and all I want them to do is come and get the system and take it back I refuse to pay all this money from way back in December who in their right mind would give him a card number when they're supposed to be taking my money out of my account and they never did I'm done with them I want I want them to come and get their system and take it back I refuse to have them anymore for a company like I said who in their right mind would give him a card and I was signed up for auto pay and they never ever took my money out of my account instead they let my account get billed up and stuff and then they called me and said well you are all this money they never sent me a bill or nothing that is very unprofessional and I'm on disability all I want is them come get their system and be done with them and they're very unprofessional terrible company I also have epilepsy and they've been very uncooperated my blood going up because of them I had another seizure last night because of them and my blood pressure was 200 over 112 they are upsetting me very bad this company needs to be stopped
