      I am rejecting this response because: Im not saying your program doesnt work because first hand I do not know. What i am saying is when i ask for a second to research your company and results produced by indepedant opion not a sponsored website dont try to pressure someone into giving you $2000.00 otherwise your not allowed back into the program I was told im a waste of time at that rate and your company doesnt allow it. Therefore only reason to believe is your company is nothing but a scam. You do offer a money back guarntee but only if we go through a 6 month $9000.00 program, then we could request it and some of the BBB reviews shows you dont return calls or emails when that happens.

      I sadly signed up for this program. I have tried to cancel it on multiple occasions and keep getting the run around and harassed by the staff. Then when I respond and tell them I want to cancel they will not respond. I have sent 3 e-mails stating I want to cancel to the correct e-mail address to cancel the program for a full refund since all that happened was the sales call and the concierge call. I literally was signed on to the portal and watched 15 seconds of the first welcome video before realizing I needed to cancel the program. This is a complete scam of a program. Do not sign up if you are thinking about it. They try to convince you to sign up and then have you open credit cards to pay for it if you can't afford it, since it's so expensive. The cost just continues to grow. I have only got a refund for the urine tests and I have requested a refund for the full pompa program and no one will respond when I request it. Yet, I keep getting e-mails about meetings I've canceled.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I still have not received the service I paid for so I would like a refund.  I do not believe it is right for them to keep all of the money I paid just because I accidentally missed the rescheduled appointment and even if they did give me notice when they rescheduled - IT WAS THE BEST TIME FOR ME and I rescheduled for THEIR benefit.  I would like a refund now as I no longer want their services if this is how they deal with customers.

      I saw a video that lead me to believe I would have answers to my condition of Hashimotos by paying $97 for tests that would determine what type of toxins in my system was causing it. I only received one urine test (based upon the misleading video, I expected more testing) that I followed carefully only to find that I would need to speak to their health professional to find out what it meant. I made an appointment with the health professional whom I expected to give me insite into my health condition based upon my test results. The person I spoke did not even address my test but only proceeded to try to sell me on a program which wound cost around $7000. Upon reading other complaints, I see that my test was exactly the sane color as other victims of this scam, I want my $97 refunded immediately, this is an absolute scam.

      This program causes fear and is pushy about asking to open credit cards to pay for $9000 detox program. The urine test sold to Me was the same exact result for the multiple people that took it. Theyre not sick. I dont believe in the accuracy if the test. They tried to convince me to get a credit card even when I stated didnt have income currently. Assuring me if I didnt get help Id end up worse. This sales tactic is not okay. I want my money refunded.

      During the initial enrollment process, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales agent to make a decision on the same day. Despite expressing our need to take some time to consider the program, we were continually pushed to proceed with the enrollment. This rush resulted in us signing up for the program without fully understanding the details on 3/22/24.Upon reviewing the contract after enrollment, it became clear that the $15,720.90 payment included access to recorded video modules, priced at $3,600 per individual. This pricing structure was not adequately explained during the sales pitch, and it feels disproportionate to the value provided, especially considering that my daughter, who is 11 years old and has an intellectual disability, would not benefit from the program. Given these circumstances, and considering the money-back guarantee offered by your program, I am formally requesting a full refund of the $15,720.90. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the misrepresented nature of the sales process and the unsuitability of the program for my family's needs.

      On 7/10 /23 ,I was charged $264.00 and $97.00 by Pompa for services that I did not receive. The promised services were not rendered.
