      On 1/10/24 I purchased the Pompa Program for me and my husband. I paid $224.00. I took the on line assessment and scheduled a Zoom meeting. On 1/12/24 I was worried the cellular test kits needed for our zoom meeting were not received yet so I reached out to our assigned Team Member **** via email to ask where the kits were. No response. On Sunday 1/13/24 I rescheduled my Zoom meeting because I had still not received the cellular test kits. As of today, 1/17/24 still no kits. Ive sent another email to **** our contactno answer. If I push the zoom meeting again they will charge me to reschedule. I dont trust this process or company I would just like my money refunded.

      .Business was committed to release heavy metals from body and brain by taking detox supplements and chelators, to fix thyroid issues.
      They provided 1 box starting kit, 3 boxes body detox, 1 box brain detox. Total 5 supplements boxes.

      I am rejecting this response because: I completed the program ( 5 Months) graduated with zero results promised when advertised. My thyroid medication remains the same (Levothyroxine 75 MCG). Blood test for Thyroid did not change at the end of 5 months. Original urine test results (dark red)  are identical as the second test I took when I completed the program (5 months later). I have copies of my blood tests and the first and last urine test to probe. 

      You may see in my records that I purchased a second urine test after my graduation. I have them with me as a probe that your product is an complete waste of time and money.

      I was so interested in what was being "sold" to help my body heal and to feel better that I took the leap and bought a test kit make the zoom call appt. and filled out the assessment. In the midst of it I saw I was charged for two test kits (first red flag) called a got refund, thank you.Then watching video about zoom call and my spouse MUST be present? (Second red flag) looking at email with shipping information INCORRECT shipping. I'm done please refund my purchase.

      Hi there, I watched a video on inflammation and thyroid issues…how they should be tested for. I ordered 2 tests. One for my sister and one for myself. I became very skeptical, because I thought I was buying a very comprehensive test - blood spot and urine to measure neurotoxicity and inflammation., with multiple markers that I mail in to a lab - INTSTEAD What I found was a very rudimentary urine collection kit with a vial that I suspect as red dye in it. As that is the colour my urine changed to right away.

      I feel this man is scamming people, the questionnaire itself was asking questions about my affordability I feel. This guy is trying to scam the public with this ludicrous claims and taking advantage of sick people looking for answers, the vial looks questionable. The range of colour reminds of a litmus test in high school.

      I would like a full refund, this business needs to be shutdown.

      I paid for a urine analysis from Dr. P****. I had a scheduled phone interview with Mark A. and my results were just glazed over. He refused to give me any resolution to my issues or actual causes. He told me he was a Christian, yet cursed during our phone conversation. He went on to tell me if I couldn’t obligate myself financially this day there was nothing he could do and not to waste my time or his. Pretty much told me if I continued down this path that I would die. I also needed to make an ultimatum to get my husband on board or else. I didn’t appreciate his cold demeanor and him withholding information.

      I ordered the urine kit from Dr. Daniel P**** which was advertised as as a way to help diagnose the cellular inflammation he said was the cause of thyroid problems and help treat my autoimmune disease such as my thyroid Hashimoto disorder. Upon further discussion with their “ diet coach” and the program they offer, they want to charge me $8,000 to tell me the answer to the how to treat my inflammation. What a scam! I want to be refunded the $129.00 for a fake urine test.

      After being captivated by Ava's health journey on Facebook, I decided to purchase Dr. P****'s inflammatory test on 12/29/23, hoping for solutions to my own health struggles. However, my optimism took a hit during the consultation. The test result, which turned bright red upon filling the vial, was barely mentioned.

      The consultant initially seemed promising, but my enthusiasm waned when I was informed that the recommended 5-month program would come with a hefty price tag of 7-8k. As a healthcare professional myself, this was disheartening, as I had expected more transparent and affordable options.

      I signed up for a program through Dr. P****, then realized I need to read reviews. Seen reviews on the BBB about them charging people over 7k or more for a program. I feel i was scammed at this point for money for a urine test that everyone on the complaints said turned red no matter what health issue they had. I thought it seemed strange to answer questions about my income on the assessment questionnaire. Asking me how long at my job, and how much am i ready to spend on my health, was a red flag and i should have listened to my gut, but they do not give you that test until after you pay. This is a scam, and i want my money refunded asap. I have a 30 day to get a refund. I ordered it today and emailed them right away and they wont respond. I want a refund.

      This test is very vague and the treatment process for the program were never discussed and I cannot afford upwards at $8000.00 as a single mom! This is a man with a bachelors degree calling himself a doctor!!! Refund needed!
