4/6/23 place and paid 167.00 for test and consultation (virtual). Made appt for consult, Order Receipt from Order #********
Was contacted by Steve R***** stating he had a dental emergency and would not be able to meet and rescheduled my appt for Sunday at 1:30 4/16. Then he called and said he could not find my medical questionnaire that is required to have in order to have consultation. This was the 2nd appt cancellation so he offered to refund my 167.00 payment that they had received through PayPal and he would call me the next day after he talked with IT and crickets- I have reached out via text and email and no response - no credit was issued and no contact was attempted. Seems a bit like a scam after the last phone call from him
Steve R***** ###-###-#### / email from **************. Someone should investigate - I feel scammed now.

April 2 2023 we my wife saw an ad on social media the signed up to have a consultation as to removing toxins from our bodies. She spent $264.00 and Pompa sent us a kit to test our urine that we were to take prior to our consultation. P into a cup ad red fluid and match to color bar. We did that and there was a difference between our samples. When we had our consultation , the woman questioned us a to a survey of health and histories we took online already. The sales pitch started with a stsement that they weren't accredited by the BBB yet and said were waiting for final approval. The the woman told us she was not a doctor herself but her job was to try to find out if we were good Fits for their program. During the questioning our surveys she said she was looking for exposures from prior events in our past. This is when the buying questions began and also misleading statement of Mitochondria is what energizes the body. False, mitochondria provides the energy of cell function within the cell, it does not give us functioning energy. It was then I realized the whole purpose of the call was only to sell us something. I began asking direct questions and she acted shocked and deflected with " we will get to that later" when asked what heavy metals or toxins were indicated. again deflected when I asked what she called the Meta-oxy test would show. She began asking why did we decide that we needed detoxing and how important is that to use. I got the picture, this was a two part sale and she was the setter and getting paid to set us to the "doctor" who could answer our questions, who in turn would charge between $6,000 and $8,000. when I asked what ADP was she didn't know but used the term like it was generally understood. We did this on Zoom and every time I asked a direct question her facial expression showed huge shock at real questions. Yhe Meta -oxy test was a simple PH test with color never intendingt to discern any thing. This is a scam. Flse claims of forever consulting services. Very clever but still a rip off of sick people trying to get better.

      Good Morning *****,

Thank you for sharing your review. We agree, often those on fixed or low incomes are marginalized with a traditional medical system.
Utilizing creative payment programs, we can often make the program accessible to those who can't pay the cost out right.

Lab work and blood tests, specialist visits, etc. get extremely expensive, even with health insurance. We avoid those costs by getting to the root of the issues our community members are facing.
It's our mission to make the program as accessible as possible for those who need it, while keeping the process sustainable.

I was not able to locate a purchase under the name *********************** or under the email address  *****************.  We can absolutely issue you a refund, we just need to locate the purchase.
Please email ******************************* or reach out  to our customer service team at ************** and they can get that triggered for you.

I purchased their program and they said I was a good fit for it. After 2 weeks of being on the program I started to feel extreme anxiety and several stomach issues. I expressed this to them and told me to take a break for a week and then continue. I did that and as soon as I started to take the supplements again everything came back again. I told them what had happened. Ive been dealing with anxiety and stomach issues ever since and I cant get rid of them. I flat out cancel the program and they said that no refund was due. I started in December of 2022 and been struggling since. I have contacted a lawyer because they claim this is for everyone and its not. After $4600+ I am in bad shape and trying to get better with traditional medicine. Be very careful. Its not for everyone. I just want my money back and the money that I have spent in other doctors.

Hi *****, thank you for taking the time to share this. We are so sorry that this was the experience you had. We are always looking for ways to better serve our clients and take reviews like this very seriously. Although we do have a specific qualification process to see if the program will be a good fit for potential clients, it sounds like the experience that you had was not typical and we are concerned that it had this effect on you. A lawyer will not be necessary, we would like to discuss this with you directly to find a solution.

1/22/23 I purchased a urinalysis for myself, my son, and my brother. Mr. ****** touted himself as a doctor and professional but am not not seeing Dr. or MD. affiliated with his name. I spent almost $400 in the hopes of getting the results of my urinalysis. After purchasing, I watched a video and it showed the little test vial. I was already speculating that I may have just gotten ripped off as there didn't seem to have any way to get the vial back to the company. I awaited the tests in the mail and sure enough, it was a pH test basically you do at home and a questionnaire online. Now my understanding is I will meet with a call center professional (he refers to as his highly trained assistants in the sales pitch) to go over my results but all other reviews are pointing to is simply another sales pitch. I will take the call on 2/10. This screams Ponzi scheme and I am disappointed in myself for falling for it. I was a perfect target as I search health, metabolism, and thyroid information regularly as I am struggling and motivated to get answers. His biggest misleading claim is that the urinalysis results are so much more accurate and more informative than what your Dr. can provide through a blood test. At no point in this process does the urine make it to the label. So this is an outright lie. Unless you have 6k - 7k to invest in this process, I would say buyer beware. I simply wanted concrete data regarding my pituitary and thyroid health. That is what I purchased and I will not be receiving it.

The Meta oxy test kit is not looking for heavy metals its looking for cellular inflammation. If you want concrete information on your pituitary and thyroid health that certainly would be a different test, that we do not perform. The questionnaire you filled out helps us determine what protocols will be need in your program.

The consultation is to review the questionnaire and cellular inflammation results to determine if you are a good fit for the program.  We have payment options for people who cannot afford to pay in full upfront AND we do have a refund policy in place should you decided not to move forward with the program.

What you get with the program; 5 Mo. Access to Dr. *********************** 5 Mo. Access to Nutrition & *****************, 5 Mo. Access to Personal Health Concierge, 5 Mo. Access to *************************** 5 Mo. Access to Daily/ Weekly Webinars, Lifetime Access to Pompa Program Toolbox, Safe Detox ********** ********* Dental/Mold/Breast/Infection Removal ********** Advanced Targeting ********** Dr. ********************** Recipes & Cooking Instructions, Extensive Approved Foods & Drinks List, Pompa Program Success Evaluation.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee, all that was needed was to call customer service.  The complaint is not accurate. Client was expecting something different and feels like we are a scam because of the price.  We have helped thousands of people and are far from a scam because someone is not in position to afford the option does not make it malicious.

I will refund your meta oxy test kits this morning and hope that you would consider updating/ removing your review.

I purchased a 1 hour health consultation with the pompa program hoping to shed some light on my husband's negative health symptoms and the root of them. The health consultation was sold as being worth $500 and being reduced to $167. However, there was no expert advice or health help whatsoever but was rather a sales pitch for a $6,000-7,000 program that the pompa program offers. If I wanted to listen to a sales pitch, I would not have paid $167 to do so and I feel it's completely dishonest to convince someone you are helping them with a health consultation and then spend that time listening to their symptoms and convincing them they need to spend $6,000-$7,000 to actually receive any advice or help. I contacted them to request a refund and they ignored my e-mail.
