I contacted Dr P's (if he's even a real doctor) on Sept 13,under the assumption, based on his webinar presentation, that i was paying for a cellular inflammation test AND a consult w Dr. P**** himself to evaluate my situation.
I had to reschedule bc i forgot i had a prior engagement so did so but got an instant email for the initial date and not the new. Then, received an email from some Josh W***** guy stating i would have my assessment w him instead of the actual Dr. The email also stated i needed to complete the assessment i already did upon purchase-how would they not know if it was part of the purchase? It also stated in my email that i'd purchaded a thyroid test and not a cellular inflammation test. I've been seeing an endo for 40yrs and regulatly have my thyroid tested. That is NOT what i was supposed to be ordering. At thr hopes I was wrong w what my gut was now hinting at (that i"d neen scammed) i fecided to do the test anyhow, since my assessment appt is supposed tp be this evening. My test, upon taking it,even w one or 2 drops of urine, came out the reddest possible and is beginning to feel like a sure scam. Pay $167 and send cheap test that everyone comes up the worst on just to pitch them a high priced program. After doing a little digging around, albeit, maybe what i should've done more of initially, i find everyone seems to indeed come out the same. This docyor promotes himself as an MD..not sure he is now...AND cons based on being a christian, playing on people's beliefs that he's honest, based on that. No clue who the Josh guy is,that i'm now supposed to meet w instead of the doctor but guessing a sales rep. I want a refund of this scam price and a warning put out for others, seeking help for themselves, that this guy is a scam artist. You will NOT get an appt w the actual doctor, nor the test you thought you were getting.

Sept. 8, 2023, date of transaction. Amount $167.00.
Dr. P**** sent this urine test to do first thing in the morning. Wait 2 mins text them a picture of the bottle of urine to see what color. Then the next day was my appointment and was told to make sure you had that test with you. I had filled out a 65 questions before hand twice because right before my call they text and said they did not get them. When the call starts I expect the person to tell me more about what’s my problem and that’s not really what they do, they are more concerned if you can pay the $8000.00 but if you sign up right away then they will a rebate to help you with the cost. He even tried to tell me I can finance this through American Express and it would be a soft hit on my credit. That’s a lie. There was no type of degree this person had or even showed you. But at the beginning of the call he said out of thousands that sign up for their program only about 800 get accepted in their program that’s how demanding their program is and getting to the root of the problem and the cells. They never ask for me to send the urine test to them or anything, but they are going to expect me in their program but I’m the beginning of the call it wasn’t that easy to get accepted……I believe this is a scam and people need to know. I want my refund of $167.00, because the test did nothing and they don’t even use it, it turned dark pink immediately which I thought was weird from the beginning and then I just text a picture to them.

Dr P**** was supposed to give me a urine test in order to detect and explain where my health problems are emanating but instead I was given a test that explained absolutely nothing and merely showed red color in a solution. There was no explanation given, only a sales pitch for an $8000 program to follow which again had no explanation as to how it was going to help me nor what my health issue was. This is in my opinion a scam, as I am the mother of 2 physicians! I am seeking a refund of my $167.00 paid to Dr P****.

I believed the tests I was purchasing would provide specific details/indicators of neurotoxicity and inflammation in my cells, not that the test would only indicate generalized inflammation, which I'm already sure I have. I did not realize recommendations would be coming from a questionnaire. I have already completed plenty of questionnaires in books Ive purchased and per similar programs, and am knowledgeable as an RN. I really believed these tests would be more specific. In addition, oddly, on my receipt the test was called a Thyroid Inflammation test. Which I had no intention or interest in purchasing. So that was further confusing to me. I am requesting a refund, for these reasons. These items were duplicative for me, I feel it could be communicated more clearly, what exactly is being purchased.I don't doubt that Dr. ********************** has a wealth of information and good intentions to share with others and would be a good starting point for many. I just believe this is not for me. I have been beyond this point in my wellness journey ad am not looking to repeat it. I have not received the test nor completed the questionnaire or call it should be simple to agree to my request.Thank you.

I am 65 years old. I was convinced after watching a presentation that it would erase my current health issue. After all, Dr. P**** said that he had been working with physicians for years (first lie, he did and they kicked them out). I took the urine test home without returning it to the lab (strange). I filled out the health assessment test and received an email confirmation that it was completed. I had my Zoom appointment with a Doctor on Aug 12, 2023 (I don't want to name him here, but I have the name). I was excited to find out what would come out of this appointment. I was deceived. The dr. received the assessment almost blank (funny because I spent nearly 45 minutes filling it out). I thought he would reschedule our appointment due to his need for more information about my health. He did not and said that we would go through them all during the appointment. During a couple of hours, I could barely explain the details of my health issue, and he seemed uninterested. He described a few things and tested me on them. I was interviewed to see if "I" would fit their program! When I replied that I was always skeptical, he almost turned me down. So, I changed my tune and convinced him I wanted to continue. He then showed me some slides that would not be emailed. Suddenly, here it came. I had two ways of paying for something I started to believe was another scam (for the lack of words). The total price was nearly $8,000 with a discount if you pay upfront, nothing in writing, all verbal. He pressured me to make some payment, but I said I had to check my credit cards to find the best way to pay for that expensive "thing." That is a lot of money the insurance won’t reimburse. When I asked him about his credential, I had a vague answer. If you look at his profile, there is NOTHING about Dr P**** on his FB page. After that fiasco, I began to look into it. Come to find out that the urine test was not legit, that all customers had the same results, and that the consultation was a sales pitch. I want my $167 refund. To top it off, the sales pitch starts with, “We are a Christian base company”… shame on you!

I heard about the Pompa Program on ********* As someone who has been diagnosed and dealing with this autoimmune disorder for years, desperately looking for some sort of solution.. I now look back and feel that this is was a set up from the start. I watched the webinar, was drawn in by the pitch and even the promise that this condition could be cured with their help. I purchased a test for my self and a couple family members, scheduled the initial appointment and read/watched all of the required material.. was really looking forward to the possibility of getting this help. My family and I had an unexpected issue come up so I followed all of the necessary steps with their NON medical professional to reschedule my appointment for the following week. Was a little weary since all of the emails and texts I got after were still referencing my initial appointment time.My family members and I all took our tests the same morning and all 3 tests immediately turned dark red. We thought that was strange considering we all have different health scenarios and it seemed very unlikely wed get the exact same results. After researching to see if any other people had similar results, it appears that the test is not legit. That everyones test gives the same results in order to draw you into their program even further. They fool you with a simple pH test. I feel so disappointed and upset that this company would prey on people genuinely looking for help with their health conditions. I hope others out there see this review before they waste their time and money. This is a total scam and I want a refund.

      Good Morning Madison,

We received notice of the BBB complaint you filed with a request for a refund.

I understand your concerns surrounding the accuracy of the meta-oxy test.  The test looks for Cellular Inflammation, not toxicity.  Since there are many factors that drive Cellular Inflammation, including diet, it is not unusual for people to have similar results.  The amount paid was not only for the meta-oxy test, but also the specific analysis for the *** responses, which are individualized per person.  We use the combination of the meta-oxy test and the *** to proceed with the best option of relief for each person.

I see that your call had been rescheduled for 8/4.  We do offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on these consultations so there are two options.  1) We can go ahead to cancel that call for you and process the refund, or 2) you can keep the call and if after you do not see the value, we can process the refund at that time.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

After coming across the Pompa program on social media, watching many videos, listening to the hour long webinar, and debating if I could even afford to invest in myself, I was excited to just go for it. I purchased the Pompa program. I did everything I needed to do and scheduled my consultation. Almost immediately someone from Pompa texted me to me to say they double booked and needed to reschedule my appt. Meanwhile my email was telling me my appt was still the original time and date. After feeling suspicious about this, I started reading reviews that were not provided by the company themselves. The results were unsettling. I’m afraid this is a scam.. the consultation sounds like it’s gonna be a sales pitch, the $170 something dollars is just the beginning. I am literally a victim to social media targeting me for having a medical condition. I’d really love to have my money refunded. Shame on this company for making a cash cow out of peoples really life issues.

We signed my wife up for the program and after 3 months my wife did not feel any improvement in her health and the program payments were becoming onerous. We asked to opt out of the program by phone conversation and email, but were told we were responsible for the full program cost. We have disputed this, but Pompa Program has deducted as much as they could withdraw from our bank account using my debit card number without my authorization. We believe this program to be a high cost trap for the uninitiated. We believe potential customers should have full financial disclosure of excessive terms and conditions and complete lack of any recourse for unsatisfied customers.

We have reviewed your complaint and the emails on your account.  Our Accounts team was doing what they can to take into consideration your financial situation, we were extending the offer to take smaller payments on the balance due per your contract.   As you have now filed a dispute, we have to ride out the dispute process that can take up to 45 days to resolve.  We would ask that you remove the dispute so that we can escalate your case for consideration to leadership and resolve the matter vs waiting out the dispute process.  Per the contract they are obligated to follow policy.  We can take a deeper look at your time with ** and review coach calls etc. to take into consideration a potential settlement. I was very clear with the Pompa Program that I have struggled ever since a surgery "tipped my bucket," as their jargon goes, to take supplements. I said that sleep was the biggest problem for me, and everything else was secondary. I also mentioned Lyme disease at high levels, and explained that I knew about diet and all else that was part of the program. They insisted this was different and safe, and that sleep was usually one of the things to return. I ended up with total insomnia, massive acne which hasn't gone away in 6 months, and dangerously high folate levels. I did everything the non-medical coach said, and when I said look, I am getting worse here, she insisted it was normal. it is not normal not to sleep more than 2 broken hours a day. This will wreck anyone. The EXTREME HAIR LOSS and acne was also a sign of massive hormonal disruption, which is also a sign of danger. A blood test revealed that the non methyl folate was causing toxic levels of folate in my blood. I also gained 20 pounds during this process supposedly eating well. It is not for people with severe dusautonomia. it is probably great for people like Pompa who have mercury poisoning from fillings and certainly, those who eat an ******** diet stand to learn from the materials, which told me nothing I didn't know well. They also wouldn't accept my posts on the ******** forums saying it was not the right material, but I didn't have any questions that resembled the usual about coffee brands, products, and bile pushes, I jsut didn't. The coach's advice was dangerous, and I have been bed ridden since then. I merely asked the company for a 50% refund which is still an exhorbitant loss of $4,000. But now I would like it all back plus feel I need a lawyer if they don't come through. I simply need the money for real medical care. Also, they said get a doctor, so I got one who is integrative, and he said you need to stop, you're getting worse and worse as thought I didn't know. But they told me to continue

      Good Day,

Our records show that you graduated from the program as of December 2022.  At the time of graduation the Pompa Program there was no mention of a refund.  Customer service, shipping and coaching teams has done all they could with your existing health conditions to recommend protocols that would aid in your healing journey.  As per the contract you signed, Pompa Program does not guarantee results and is not liable for clients' health.  We do not claim to diagnose or cure our clients, and the recommendations made by your coach are recommendations not requirements.  You have already received all services and supplements, and it is well past the timeframe in which we could offer a refund. (We are not able to take the supplements back as its been past 30 days, almost a year since signing up)  You do however still have access to the portal and all its resources, and this access will remain for your lifetime.  The request for a 50% refund will require some additional research and considerations by leadership.  It would not serve either party to continue with legal threats as there is plenty to be considered regarding your time with **.  We will reach out via email by end of day tomorrow 5/17/2023 with a response on your request for refund.

I am rejecting this response because: Guarantee or not, the level of so-called, medically presumptuous and dangerous "coaching," which was not even interacting coaching but a regurgitation of the information in the portal, this product was not only neutral, but harmful. It also doesn't prepare you for the thousands of extra dollars and hundreds of hours you are to spend on other supplements and treatments. There was NO facilitation to even get those treatments, what with my medical limitations which were stated up front. I also was unable to benefit from the online group and found it emotionally abusive to be told again and again to "watch my questions" as though I was not appropriate in asking information or expressing my difficult and dangerous reactions to the protocols for they would "scare or disturb other clients." If my truth is scary, then the program was toxic for me. There was nothing delivered, and as I was clear, I do not want access to the portal as the whole process was damaging to my health. it is medically unethical to sell a product to a person like a used car when they are sick, and when they get worse and worse, to not allow them to back out at a strategic point. I asked to change coaches immediately and was told mine was "one of the best" although she offered me NO SOLUTIONS to the issues I was having. I had toxic levels of some of the vitamins in their products building up in my system, and as I told them BEFORE I signed on, I really did know about diet, feasting and fasting, oils, and keto, all the rest, as I have worked in the field. I am asking for a 50% refund and kindly ask where I might get a lawyer who will ask for far more. The program is medically aggressive, and there can be no excuse for ignoring complaints of total sleep loss, hyper agitation, the loss of more than half of one's hair, and severe breakouts. I was blamed for having the reactions I had, and nothing was resonant. They delivered only harm, and I am urgently demanding back half of the exhorbitant amount I paid.

      Sincerely,
