      I purchased the cellular inflammation test kit not one, but 2 because they offered a special buy one for $99.00 get 2nd one for $67.00 after listening to Dr *********************** videos , I thought I was going to finally get some answers that can help me with understanding why my CRP blood results from my regular blood test were elevated and what I can do to help with my inflammation. Unfortunately, after reading disturbing reviews that everyone seems to come up dark red after doing Dr *********************** inflammation test and that it would cost somewhere in the range of$7000 for answer, I knew this had to be a scam. I would like a full refund for the purchase of the 2 test. I had hope that Dr ********************** really wanted to help people who were struggling with finding answers to why their body always hurt, tired, had brain fog etc., If somewhere in the introduction of his video, he said it would be costly, I would have never purchased the kits. Extremely misleading and very disappointed but yet another ***

      The coach I worked with was a wonderful person, so none of what I say has to do with her. I think all the people who work there have good intentions but the reality is that a lot of health issues are not going to be able to be solved by this program. They definitely take advantage of people with health issues who are looking for a solution to complicated things like autoimmune diseases. They think that this program works for everyone and every single health issue and that is simply not the case. I wanted to return unused and unopened products and they refused to let me. The program costs $7,000 for 6 months which includes all the supplements but I do think, in the end, I could have invested that money better. This is probably good for people with light chronic health issues, not serious, chronic issues.

      I started this program2 years ago and It wasn't easy. When my body had gotten so toxic through the years and starting this program, many signs om my body popped up making my symptoms worse. I was reassured by my coach to lower the program supplements, helping my body ease into full detox. After doing this for 6 months I was on full protocol and hadn't felt this well in years. Trust me we are all at different stages of wellness and toxic overload. But as long as it took my body to become so toxic, it took a long while fore me to get well and I haven't looked back. The Pompa Program is an excellent program that teaches you the proper way to detox and heal your cells. It is not a quick an overnight program and done it is a lifestyle change.

      Do NOT let the negative reviews of people who have never tried this Program stray you away from the healing Dr. ********************** has given me and my daughter. The healing he's done is miraculous, and the employees in this company are professional and kind. I remember my first meeting being a bit nervous and skeptical to get started, but I got the push I really needed. Sometimes we need to get out of our own way and take a chance on ourselves and our health- it's all we have!!

      These people are a rip off. They do not tell you their ingredients, and when you get the supplements, they tell me you are stuck with them, even if you can't use them. It is practically impossible to get your money back, even with financial hardship and devastating illness. Further, their "coaching" is maybe 5 sessions, 20 or less minutes a piece, and something very cookie cutter. I had three coaches in two months and only found one to be knowledgeable, but I was totally disgusted how they handled a reasonable request for money back when the program wasn't going to work for me due to multiple allergies and a severe illness. I should have known better, and I hope no one else spends the extremely high priced, low quality services they provide.

We recognize the health and financial challenges she has described, and our intention has always been to support her well-being to the fullest extent possible within our program structure and refund policy.After reviewing her account, ****** enrolled on May 9, 2025, and completed multiple coaching sessions with three different coaches. Her first coach transfer was made at her own request, and her second change occurred when her coach was promoted internally. To ensure a smooth transition, she was then paired with one of our most senior lead coaches for continued one-on-one support and *********** enrollment, ****** disclosed several allergies and sensitivities, and her initial protocol on the Cellular Solutions supplement line was customized to remove those ingredients. Later, when additional allergies were identified that had not been disclosed at the start, our team again modified her plan with further product swaps and dosage adjustments to help her continue safely and comfortably.Although her refund request was submitted well outside the seven-day refund period outlined in her signed agreement, our team still extended multiple good-faith exceptions, including a significant refund offer that reflected a generous and client-favorable calculation. These offers were respectfully declined, as ****** requested a full refund instead.We truly understand how stressful this situation has been and wish ****** the very best as she continues to focus on her health and recovery. Our goal throughout has been to act with fairness, compassion, and integrity while honoring the commitments in our agreement and providing as much individualized support as possible.

      As a chiropractor myself, was severely disappointed with the utter lack of transparency and information about the program given to me over the phone by ****** *******. She sounded like she was straight out of *********** and was all about asking me questions, making my case seem like practical life or death and challenging if I was serious enough and had the commitment to do the program as there were few spaces available..she has absolutely no knowledge herself of healthcare and was reading a script as she was very redundant and so robotic it was scary. Then she said the pricetag was *****k and when I asked if there was anyone I could talk to she gave me a generic testimonial video from 2022 and I found on a BBB complaint website that just as of June of 2025 the fees were half that...6-7k. She was supposed to send me data on their supplements and more info on how exactly the program sequentially worked and never did provide..it was all about vetting me for my funds and all sales..what an obvious turnoff. I use ************** for my health info and with my smarts and analysis I will go from there. I asked if I could speak to Dr. ********************** as a fellow doctor in his field..NO was the answer. So many complaints about not being given appropriate customer service or refunds if someone has a bad result..ie..one person was in the ** and still the company refused to give her a refund...they are supposedly Christian based.....wtf? Too much of a ***********-esk scam to me. They use the typical bait and switch..are you good enough for this program, are you strong and serious enough...committed enough as we will judge you and take this away if not..they plan to close you after you gave them an hour of your time, they did not address any questions on their end and they treat you like a stupid cow who can't access their weaknesses..for instance, ****** actually asked me why I need more data-what a crock of c*** This is one person not falling for this BS. They should be shut down.

      I purchase the test kit and had forgotten about it dealing with sudden health issues of my husband. When I was texted I said my husband's death is imminent and requested to postpone the call. Were caring for him at home. Im a retired nurse and he dudnt want hospice. The response sure not today but partial quote was.....this is expensive to set up so next week wasn't viable it would have to be this week. I under duress agreed to take a call which will be later today. My husband has passed yesterday. Now im clearer and realize even more how cold that text was and horrendously inappropriate. I will not be taking the call.

      I've heard and tried so many programs to feel better but no one ever said that we needed to heal the cells first before you do any detox or take supplements for you to start feeling better. Dr ********************** is the first ever that starts from the root cause of your health issue to help bring healing to your body. No surface cleaning when your bucket is over flow with full of toxin. I was diagnose with diabetes type 2 and high blood pressure, I have been going through so many ailment for over 5 years now, frozen shoulders, fatigue, brain fog, ***************, feel sick to my stomach, dry mouth, constant urinate, dry skin, hair lost, and this program is the first time that it makes sense and bring healing to all my ailment.
