      I purchased the entire Papa program. They convinced me to get a credit card and charge the entire program and then pay it off. I was assured over and over again that it was 100% money back guarantee if it did not work. I completed the 5-month program and several additional months with additional expenses for more supplements. I have not seen Improvement and when I tried to email and ask how to go about getting my money back there have been no responses. I'm truly disappointed in this company I took their advice and had many other procedures done such as all of my amalgames out of my teeth air purifiers redid the bathroom to make sure there was no mold. I'm asking for my money back at least for the initial purchase

      Date of Transaction: Sept 7, 2024,Amount: $6,920.90 The Dr ********************** told me that they can help & cure me from my digestive & anxious illness. They promised me the world and how I was going to be with Specialists when in fact, these were just regular workers trying to find solutions and sending me different recommendations. They were very quick to take my money and now that I want a refund, its been a slow as a snail process with wanting to talk to this person, or its in the hands of that person. I started the process on Oct 1st for a refund and its the 11th and every other day I have to wait on someone else because it has to get escalated and prioritized. But the next person says they now have to do an investigation. I started with a little bit of anxiety and food allergies which I told them multiple times of. They sent me natural supplements that contained some of these items from my allergic list. And they denied it because its natural.I had to go on bed rest after taking their supplements and the only thing the coach could tell me is oh its working. Imagine me in bed rest with 2 kids under 3 running around and I cant feed them. I had to pay family members to fly down to help me do basic chores in the house. When I kept complaining they switched the protocol to a sensitive regiment. But my body would just reject it. I cant take this stuff anymore and I let them know, and now they tell me thats how its supposed to work. My doctor has now advised me to stop taking these pills as its not doing me any good. I want a full refund.

      Its been 23 days since I initially called to receive the refund originally (Oct 1, 2024). The person who is supposed to call me back disappeared and their supervisor also does not answer back. 

      Im very disappointed as Ive called the last 5 business days to get an answer but I get told someone will call me back same day and nothing.


      I was told by customer service that all the calls are recorded and noted so I dont understand what investigation takes 3 weeks for a refund.

      I signed up for the Pompa Program in February of 2024, mainly because I had been watching Dr. ************************ videos via social media regarding certain health ailments and thought maybe his program could work for me. I ordered the urine test ($99+) to find out if I was full of toxins. Of course this test turned red almost immediately, indicating that "I need this program to get healthy." I am now reading that this test is a SCAM...a way to convince everyone to sign up for the program. I met with a guy named **** via a video call. I had many questions about the program, i.e. do they repeat the urine test after the five month protocol to see if the person improved? Answer...NO. That seemed strange to me. I decided to give the program a try, knowing there was a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if I had not improved after the 5 month protocol was complete. Well, after the 3rd month, I realized I wasn't improving (and never did even after completing month 5), thus inquired about the money-back guarantee. My claim was recently denied...for two reasons: Not complying with the diet and Not addressing upstream issues (yet no specifics were given), which I have requested in writing. It seems to me they could easily use these one or two excuses to not honor their guarantee. I have laboratory reports showing this program did NOT work to "fix the cell". My thyroid function also WORSENED while on the program. My cholesterol went up as a result of following their Keto diet. I got headaches and had trouble passing stools (not good for someone with IBS). I shared this with my "health coach". She was NOT experienced in helping someone in menopause, with thyroid dysfunction, who has the ***** gene defect, and is a cancer survivor. She was a dietician, not a nurse or healthcare provider of any sorts. They should not be putting everyone on the same Core protocol and should NOT be trying to treat anyone's health ailments with even more costly supplements...and honor the guarantee when the program fails!!!!

      Better Business Bureau:

      The Pompa Program emailed me shortly after I filed this complaint, offering me a 50% refund of the program price I paid. I should note, they didn't get notified of my BBB complaint until AFTER I received their offer for a 50% refund. This means they acted in good faith to resolve the issue, thus I wish to have this noted and included in any communication regarding my claim. 

      Given the issue has been resolved, I went ahead and reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that our agreed upon resolution is satisfactory to me.

      On 8/ 22 or 23 I watched the video and signed up. I completed the intensive assessment of my history and medical issues. I'm now reading where people are spending thousands of dollars for supplements. I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on supplements, not even hundreds. But I so much wanted some help. My zoom conference call is this Friday, but I'm inclined not to continue with this program and to request my hard earned money back. I'm retired but having to work two p/t jobs to help pay the bills. I'm disappointed that supplements must cost so much.

      After reading about the test and that they high sell pressure you I felt like this program was not for me. *******, called me up. We had to discussion about how I felt and she said that if I decided that I wanted to refund that I could just let her know. Now shes just ignoring me will not return any of my text messages. Its very unprofessional and very upsetting because Dr. ******* claimed that this was a comprehensive test. Anyone whos gotten the test knows that that is not true. It was very disappointing. I was looking forward to getting some relief to the issues that I am experiencing. I told her about all the complaints that I read, and she then became extremely hesitant to even discuss anything with me. Please take my advice and do not waste your time and money on this program. Everything that they are offering you is something you can do on your own. I just doing some simple research. Im glad that I had the opportunity to express high feel.       May 15, 2024 Paid $6920.90 Claimed they could heal my autoimmune issues within 6 months or guaranteed money back. Also said I was a good fit for their program even though I specifically stated I didn't want a program taking a bunch of supplements & more money. No mention of 90 days to quit to get money back. No contract was sent to me. Just a receipt.June 7: Started program with first coach call. June 15: Started first box of supplements...which I complained about but was assured it wasn't going to be that much & adjustable.July 15 I was taking over 21 pills. Complained that was not what I signed up for. August 12th wk, sent email to *******. Coach said she would talk to ******* about my complaint. Did not hear back. August 26 Wrote *************** i wanted to quit the program & requested a refund. Sept. 4: Finally heard back from ******* stating the refund process had begun. Sept. 13: Kenadi ****** from Pompa emailed & said I was past the 90 days & can't give me refund. This program is a scam making claims that are not under the guidance of a Dr. *** only that, in order to finish the program to "heal" they require taking out all silver fillings w/their "partner" dentists in **********/******...but costs thousands of dollars more! None of this is revealed in the initial call.I specifically said I didn't want a program that didn't require supplements. They outright lied & were not forthcoming about part of their program being extensive dental work. I expect a full refund as they lied about their program being a good fit for me, knowing it was not & not mentioning the 90 day refund policy & the extensive dental work. My timeline from start of the program to when I requested refund was within the 90 days. I had two coach calls & two boxes of supplements, only one box was fully used. They also automatically unknowingly sign up for Longevity using your card for autowithdrawal. Why is it not included?

      I am rejecting this response because: 1. I did not receive any contract paperwork. I received a receipt. I was also not informed by initial call about the 90 cancellation policy. 

      2. I specifically said I did not want a program that relied on supplements. Your entire program is reliant on YOUR supplements. 

      3. You were not forthcoming of the dental espense in order to heal. 

      4. I started the program June 7. Requested cancel in August. But you did not respond to me until Sept. 

      5.  You already cancelled my program b/c you cut me off all support so it seems you dont want me to continue the program. Which means I should be issued a refund. 

      6.  Yall lied when you said this program would be a good fit for me even after  I was upfront when I told you I did not want supplements as they do not work for me.

      I watched the entire video and paid for the kit and the private consultation, which was scheduled for today September 14, 2024 at 1 PM. I received the invite 15 minutes before I got on the zoom meeting through the link provided and waited and waited and waited for 25 minutes and it kept saying waiting for host to start the meeting. No one ever started the meeting. I emailed three times during that 25 minute period with no response and on the third email I asked for a full refund. I arranged my entire day around this appointment, and was very disappointed. I feel this is very suspect.

      POMPA PROGRAM
      I started this program because I have been desperately seeking something to help my aches, weight gain roller coaster, and swollen ankles for 20+ years.
      The ONLY REASON I MOVED FORWARD is because I WAS TOLD, THE PROGRAM WAS GUARANTEED TO WORK OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
      We spent around $11,321 for my husband & myself just to get started. We spoke to Dr Tony on July 23 then maybe a week after spoke to Milena who connected us with our coach Katelyn. We began the first group of supplements Aug. 8th.
      During those two weeks, I was accepted by the FB POMPA PROGRAM SUPPORT GROUP. I read A LOT of what the customers were saying. Some good results, Some no results, Some scary results when they were doing the Body/Brain Supplements and not feeling well, Some didn’t know what they were supposed to be feeling. THAT started me doubting - do the supplements work? They don’t give you access to this secret Pompa Program FB Page UNTIL AFTER YOU JOIN. Probably because they know this stuff does not work.
      After joining the program and reading post are post questioning things, it really scared me.
      The MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is not really 100% guaranteed! So beware. You will have to fight for your money or accept it. I technically started July 23 but really ordered supplements on Aug 1 then canceled on Aug 13 and was refunded $7,399 on Aug 19th. I was charged for 2 calls with the concierge and 2 calls with the coach because my husband was also on the calls. The last two calls to the IT concierge & coach were actually cancellation calls. So I’m out $4,000 for 2 weeks and one month of supplements. YOU ARE NOT 100% GUARANTEED ANYTHING! BUYER BEWARE!!
      I’ve read where others have completed the 5 months and STILL DID NOT GET THEIR MONEY RETURNED!!

      I ordered a urine test kit for myself and my son after watching the video on 8/24/2024. I googled his information and then I saw complaints of scams from other people who purchased. I sent messages immediately for a refund I contacted the program. I did not receive any test kits and I asked for a full refund.

      Discovered the Pompa Program and out of desperation spent $224 on two test kits, one for myself and one for my husband. Saturday morning, 8/24/24 we took the tests and we both had instantaneous dark results.Saturday evening 8/24/24 we had a 2 hour zoom meeting that went over the program and whether or not they would choose to help us. During the meeting he said he can only choose 4 out of 20 people per week. After choosing to help us we had to try to come up with the $11,320.90 to pay for both of our treatments up front to save $3000. We made a call after the meeting to try to borrow the money, but couldn't.After hearing this he started sending me texts of credit cards to apply for, he was very insistent that we needed to pay and get started right away.For being a ******************* and quoting scripture left and right this didn't seem right. I told him we would work on getting a loan for the money this week and I would let him know as soon as we knew if we could get the money. To which he said, "when do you anticipate going to credit union? so i can hold your spots" I told him I had to call Monday morning for an appointment to apply for a loan but we would do our best to secure it before the end of the week. To which he replied, "Ok. Just if you can update me as you go, this is going to HAPPEN!??????? have a blessed night"After how pushy he was about getting the money and signing a contract immediately to start the program Monday morning something just didn't sit right. So Saturday night as I was getting ready for bed I started doing some research on the company and found 173 complaints against them filed with the Better Business Bureau. It seems that everyone gets instant dark results from their urine test, everyone is pressured to pay right away, and they don't like to honor their money back guarantee. Needles to say I immediately emailed to get my $224 back I had spent on their test kits, and we are NOT entering the program!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My main focus is to have no further contact with the company and make sure no further charges are made, as I am not entering the program and I've seen that they have recharged people in the past without consent.
