      I started the pompa program sadist I have been sick for the past 2 years willing to try anything to feel better. The pompa program came with the promise for a full refund if you don't get better. I did everything my coaches asked me to do. I finished the program according to their guidance and I'm still not any better. I have lab work that shows this. I requested the refund and they are only offering me a refund of $2,460 squad they said I didn't watch 2 modules of video. My coaches never assigned me those modules. So I assumed they didn't pertain to me. I wasn't asked to watch them. But because I didn't watch them I am only entitled to a refund for 1/3 the amount I paid? Watching those videos wouldn't have changed the outcome. I'm still sick. I still get hives. My hormones are still out of wack. My thyroid isn't doing any better. Dr Pompa said "God showed him this healing journey and wants him to use it to heal the world" but he just uses sick people desperate for help to scam out of money.

      August 8th was billed $6,920.90 for a program called Pampa Program. that I have Two FaceTimes were made and both were unsuccessful the last one they never even called and didn’t answer the text back as to what I was supposed to do to get the video call. It is now December and I haven’t heard a word and cannot find a way to get in touch with them. Obviously I do not want to do business with such a company and want a full refund.

      I watched a video for Pompa Program on 11/01/2024 and signed myself and daughter up. We both completed the health assessment and medical information required. A zoom meeting was scheduled for us to start the program. After doing some research, I found out this program was in fact going to cost thousands of dollars for each of us, and involved purchasing their supplements. I am retired and can't afford such a program and feel this should be divulged to potential customers prior to signing up and taking our money. Instead they claim they can make us well and never mention the outrageous cost. I canceled our Zoom appt and notified them I would request a refund. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service and have not received a response from them.

      On November 15th, 2024 I had a consultation for the Pompa program. I paid in full and ***** ****** said I had 72 hours to cancel contract if I needed to. Within 18 hours I decided to cancel the contract to get a full refund and to cancel my appointment with the Life Coach ****** *******. I have emailed, texted and call with NO response. It is like they are avoided me. I have all my documentation for when I emailed to cancel and when I texted with dates and times to show that I am within my ***** hours cancellation to receive a full refund. They ghosted me. So now, I dont know what to do.

      On 4/5/2024 I signed up for the Pompa Program to detox myself from chemo I'd been given. They said that their detox program would help me. They lied. I was deathly ill that day from a severe sinus infection that landed me in the hospital for 3 days after that. I received their weak ineffective supplements which did nothing to help me. I had 2 zoom calls with them and was charged an excessive amount for them. Their coach confirmed that the program would not help me for the chemo and the Chronic Active ******* **** Virus program was separate and another charge. It would do nothing to help me either. I called them to cancel on 4/24/2024 and also called *************** to dispute their charges on my card. On 5/3/2024 I received a credit of $4,959.90 but was still owed $1,961. I have been disputing this with B of A and they declined my dispute cuz I supposedly signed a contract with Pompa. I checked my email and the attachment of Contract was empty. I don't remember signing anything. Pompa sent a 20+ page contract that had ONE docusign type signature of mine which means nothing. Anyone can type my name and sign unlike my usual signature. They scam people re: their health and finances. Research dr ****** pompa lawsuit and you'll see that he's a career criminal. I want my $1,961. back in check or a credit on my B of A card. They are a scam and advertise to buy the program for your health or become an Associate or Coach with them. There are complaints on the internet and with you. People got their money back when they complained to you. Please help as that is a lot of money to lose over nothing. They need to be shut down.

       Pompa Program gave you the same dance that they have given me and B of A. The so called contract was voided out on Docusign. I told youo before 
      that the email they sent me months ago was empty. It was. titled CONTRACT BUT IT WAS EMPTY!!!

      I purchased the entire Papa program. They convinced me to get a credit card and charge the entire program and then pay it off. I was assured over and over again that it was 100% money back guarantee if it did not work. I completed the 5-month program and several additional months with additional expenses for more supplements. I have not seen Improvement and when I tried to email and ask how to go about getting my money back there have been no responses. I'm truly disappointed in this company I took their advice and had many other procedures done such as all of my amalgames out of my teeth air purifiers redid the bathroom to make sure there was no mold. I'm asking for my money back at least for the initial purchase

      Date of Transaction: Sept 7, 2024,Amount: $6,920.90 The Dr ********************** told me that they can help & cure me from my digestive & anxious illness. They promised me the world and how I was going to be with Specialists when in fact, these were just regular workers trying to find solutions and sending me different recommendations. They were very quick to take my money and now that I want a refund, its been a slow as a snail process with wanting to talk to this person, or its in the hands of that person. I started the process on Oct 1st for a refund and its the 11th and every other day I have to wait on someone else because it has to get escalated and prioritized. But the next person says they now have to do an investigation. I started with a little bit of anxiety and food allergies which I told them multiple times of. They sent me natural supplements that contained some of these items from my allergic list. And they denied it because its natural.I had to go on bed rest after taking their supplements and the only thing the coach could tell me is oh its working. Imagine me in bed rest with 2 kids under 3 running around and I cant feed them. I had to pay family members to fly down to help me do basic chores in the house. When I kept complaining they switched the protocol to a sensitive regiment. But my body would just reject it. I cant take this stuff anymore and I let them know, and now they tell me thats how its supposed to work. My doctor has now advised me to stop taking these pills as its not doing me any good. I want a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Its been 23 days since I initially called to receive the refund originally (Oct 1, 2024). The person who is supposed to call me back disappeared and their supervisor also does not answer back. 

      Im very disappointed as Ive called the last 5 business days to get an answer but I get told someone will call me back same day and nothing.


      I was told by customer service that all the calls are recorded and noted so I dont understand what investigation takes 3 weeks for a refund.

      I signed up for the Pompa Program in February of 2024, mainly because I had been watching Dr. ************************ videos via social media regarding certain health ailments and thought maybe his program could work for me. I ordered the urine test ($99+) to find out if I was full of toxins. Of course this test turned red almost immediately, indicating that "I need this program to get healthy." I am now reading that this test is a SCAM...a way to convince everyone to sign up for the program. I met with a guy named **** via a video call. I had many questions about the program, i.e. do they repeat the urine test after the five month protocol to see if the person improved? Answer...NO. That seemed strange to me. I decided to give the program a try, knowing there was a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if I had not improved after the 5 month protocol was complete. Well, after the 3rd month, I realized I wasn't improving (and never did even after completing month 5), thus inquired about the money-back guarantee. My claim was recently denied...for two reasons: Not complying with the diet and Not addressing upstream issues (yet no specifics were given), which I have requested in writing. It seems to me they could easily use these one or two excuses to not honor their guarantee. I have laboratory reports showing this program did NOT work to "fix the cell". My thyroid function also WORSENED while on the program. My cholesterol went up as a result of following their Keto diet. I got headaches and had trouble passing stools (not good for someone with IBS). I shared this with my "health coach". She was NOT experienced in helping someone in menopause, with thyroid dysfunction, who has the ***** gene defect, and is a cancer survivor. She was a dietician, not a nurse or healthcare provider of any sorts. They should not be putting everyone on the same Core protocol and should NOT be trying to treat anyone's health ailments with even more costly supplements...and honor the guarantee when the program fails!!!!

      The Pompa Program emailed me shortly after I filed this complaint, offering me a 50% refund of the program price I paid. I should note, they didn't get notified of my BBB complaint until AFTER I received their offer for a 50% refund. This means they acted in good faith to resolve the issue, thus I wish to have this noted and included in any communication regarding my claim. 

      Given the issue has been resolved, I went ahead and reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that our agreed upon resolution is satisfactory to me.
